This is a strange hotel. There is almost no parking, but there are two parking garages. It would be fine except for the stack of old mattresses in one of the garages. There is junk in the gym and fingerprints all over the elevators.

I didn’t hate my stay at Comfort Inn—in fact, overall it was a decent experience. My only concern was that the gates to the property were closed at night, which made it difficult for a friend of ours, who lives nearby, to drop us off after a night out. The gate was also malfunctioning, and the front desk staff member had a hard time getting it open. She made several attempts before finally succeeding, and I felt bad watching her struggle. That said, I really appreciated how accommodating the staff was overall, especially since I had informed them I’d be checking in late night 1. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great service and breakfast. Room was clean and spacious - even had a full kitchen! Bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the area and view was not the nicest. But the hotel takes precautions and locks their parking lot at night.

It was fenced which is great considering the part of town it was in. Staff was very friendly & it was clean & quiet. Breakfast was average but good. Would recommend to others.

The staff was super helpful and friendly, and we're always happy to answer questions. The gym was adequate but certainly could've use some improvement in the selection of dumbbells and the ability to change weights. The cleaning housekeeping staff was very nice and the woman maintaining the breakfast area was also, super pleasant and very proactive the area is a little funky and in transition so may not want to walk the main street at night. You can walk east on the street next to the hotel and it will be in a very safe neighborhood and you can walk over to the Lakeside school, where Bill Gates And Paul Allen attended

The neighborhood is unsafe lots of homeless and prostitution in the neighborhood. It was sad to see and not a place I would recommend to anyone. The hotel staff was nice the hotel is super outdated. Don’t stay here especially if you have a family. The gym is not open one of the reason I reserve hotels because the gym but it was not operational. They had a bunch of old mattresses in the parking lot making it look more run down than it already is. Prayers for this neighborhood and people 🙏

Fine for just one night stay. Parking was very limited and many cars were parking along the side of the building as there were no spots left. No AC in the lobby. Bed and bathroom were acceptable for the price.

My room was my only complaint. The shower was not cleaned good and the tub stopper would not stay up, there were dirty q-tips on the floor and other trash. Did not like there were no towel racks to hang wet towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was very good and the bed was very comfortable.

The property was in a sketchy area, however, once you were in the building the property was nice and clean and well appointed. I would not walk around that area after dark. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The bathroom floods when showering and the wallpaper is peeling in there with water damage and black mold. The phone didn’t work and the lights flickered a lot. So many things were damaged in there. The staff was the best part of our experience.

Well, the staff was very very nice did best they could with what they have. Oh the food was well done too. We only ate one day of our 6 days and they accommodated our extension. However ..it smelled TERRIBLE in our room it was a smelly wet dog carpet smell. It was bad the noise was bad. Every step the guest above is made was resounding...like super loud. There were guest on the 4th night that made so much noise up until 2 am then again from3:30 am to 5 am 9t was nuts no one answered the phone when we called to ask them to quiet them down. So we heard the fights the screaming it was impossible to sleep. It was a horrible week for us because why we were there to be with a relative that was dying. So we were exhausted so we just dealt with it. As we were emotionally spent. Overall it's convenient and clean. Oh the shower is not good. Dribble not shower

The hotel from the outside looks ok however when you enter it starts to get bad then going up to the room TV was to small bed was definitely used and I found blood spatter on the back of the bathroom. In the morning i went down to the fittness center which was less than desirable. Feel free to find a different hotel

Rooms were very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were okay, some were a bit lumpy, but there were 4/bed, so it worked. Breakfast items did not change from day to day, and were minimal, so could improve here. Area where this hotel is located is okay, and we felt safe, but there were "ladies" on the street corner across from hotel, that did not help with the location being a good one, but it was close to where we wanted to be, and parking was free, and we always found a spot to park. Overall, I would probably stay here again. View from our room was of downtown Seattle and Mt. Rainier, so if you can get a room on the South side of the building, that would be recommended.

The first day the bed was left un-made and the room not cleaned - only the towels were replaced. The next day the maid knocked on the door even though the Do Not Disturb sign was out, but ultimately the room was fully cleaned.

The rooms themselves are old and need to be renovated. There was paint cracking on the walls, felt very old and used. Didn’t realize the part of town this hotel is in. Very dangerous and lots of illegal activity happening all around.

This hotel isn’t super convenient to downtown, but we were here to visit family in N. Seattle so it worked well. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful, check in was fast, the room was huge, if a bit dated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had driven for roughly three days straight and our last two hotels had horrible beds, so this was huge for us. The free breakfast was meh, but the coffee was good. I’d happily stay here again.

Check in was easy. Given our keys, went up to the room. The room was lived in, not cleaned, not ready for new guests. Went back down to the lobby, many apologies, got a new room, across the hall from the other. The carpet seemed new, and the beds were very comfortable. The rest of the room seemed to be in various states of either repair and renovation, or were just falling apart. The bathroom door was not hung properly, so it was not flush to the jamb. The entrance door to the room required a shoulder push to shut it. The breakfast was saved by the malted waffles, the rest was just meh. The neighborhood was semi-industrial, with a few workers of the world’s oldest profession plying their trade across the street from the hotel. Overall it was overpriced by at least $50 per night.

Shortly after arriving, someone else was booked into our room. Fortunately, the deadbolt kept them from walking in on us. TV was difficult to operate. We called for assistance but they never came. We eventually figured it out. Our Lyft driver called the area “sketchy”. We didn’t know Seattle so was not aware of the area. The room itself was clean and comfortable.
Shortly after arriving, someone else was booked into our room. Fortunately, the deadbolt kept them from walking in on us. TV was difficult to operate. We called for assistance but they never came. We eventually figured it out. Our Lyft driver called the area “sketchy”. We didn’t know Seattle so was not aware of the area. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

The staff here went out of their way to take care of us. I had accidentally left something in the refrigerator in our room when we checked out. I called about it a little later and they went to our old room, got it, and took it down to the lobby so that when I made it back there they were able to just hand it to me. This was just one example of how they took care of us.

Worst hotel stay I\'ve ever had. My key card to enter my hotel room NEVER worked, so I couldn\'t get into my room each time I left. I landed up late for the main meeting I was in town to attend because I was locked out when I needed to get ready. Very inconvenient and very unsafe. You also have to swipe to take the elevator and it did not work properly for that. So I had to get my key card checked to go up the elevator only to find that it didn\'t open the door, over and over. Even late at night. They told me to "leave my door open" when I left so they could try to fix it, so I had to take most of my stuff with me. Finally, they told me they fixed the lock on my hotel room door, but it still did not work any better. When I asked to switch rooms, I was told that all rooms were booked. They later told me they were going to switch my room, but when I returned, the front desk staff told me my key card would now work. But, it still didn\'t work. Each night I would return having to go back to the front desk to try a new set of key cards. I was literally given about 6 different key cards--none of them worked. The mounted air conditioner in the room also didn\'t work. It only blew hot air. The hot breakfast tray of eggs or sausages was out each time I looked. This was a disaster of a stay. I left exhausted.

This hotel is on Aurora in North Seattle which is “colourful” but it felt totally safe and clean. The beds were super comfortable. Staff were friendly. It’s located only a short 10-15 drive to Ballard area and a little longer to downtown. I would stay here again if you just want a place to sleep and you have a car to get around.

The street where the hotel is horrible (Aurora Str), please be careful. There are sex workers, junkies and homeless everywhere. The hotel is ok. Room and bathroom are clean. The front desk attention was ok, not great. I won’t stay in this hotel for work or business.

Would never choose this location again. In a very sketchy area. Prostitutes right outside the property. Gunshots heard. Screams heard outside. Homeless & unsavory characters all around the area.

We stayed here for a long weekend trip to Seattle. The location was great but traveling up Aurora Ave was sketchy. Lots of prostitutes between days and and Chick-fil-A, so be ready.

The hotel was clean and updated, the staff was very friendly. The surroundings outside of the hotel property were horrible. There were prostitutes and drug users on the streets around the hotel all hours of the day. There was no place to air our dogs on the property forcing us to leave and walk on the unsafe streets. Breakfast was very sub par. Egg patties that were tasteless and spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce were the hot breakfast choices every day.

My room was my only complaint. The shower was not cleaned good and the tub stopper would not stay up, there were dirty q-tips on the floor and other trash. Did not like there were no towel racks to hang wet towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was very good and the bed was very comfortable.

Check in was easy. Given our keys, went up to the room. The room was lived in, not cleaned, not ready for new guests. Went back down to the lobby, many apologies, got a new room, across the hall from the other. The carpet seemed new, and the beds were very comfortable. The rest of the room seemed to be in various states of either repair and renovation, or were just falling apart. The bathroom door was not hung properly, so it was not flush to the jamb. The entrance door to the room required a shoulder push to shut it. The breakfast was saved by the malted waffles, the rest was just meh. The neighborhood was semi-industrial, with a few workers of the world’s oldest profession plying their trade across the street from the hotel. Overall it was overpriced by at least $50 per night.

There is no service practically, the amenities in the room were non-working and was never fixed even on repeated requests. Breakfast if runs out before the scheduled time frame, those are not replenished. Late comers are deprived of breakfast.

This place definitely exceeded my expectations. Im used to the Embassy but they were all out of rooms. My first thought was negative but the front desk was very informative with all the questions I had and very nice. The hotel was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and it was not noisy at all. Breakfast was decent for continental. I would stay here again.

The property was generally quiet despite being off of Aurora. The free breakfast they offered was decent. My biggest complaints would be that the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, and the coffee pot in my room only offered decaf coffee.

Definitely do not go by the pictures. The hotel itself is not in a good area. Yes the staff was nice but the hotel itself needs to be updated from top to bottom. Weird smells in elevators and hallways. It was nothing like the comfort Inn and suites I have stayed at before. This should not be an option on Hotels.com or any other site until this place gets renovated. Also, what’s the point of having a gated entry if it’s open all day until midnight? Sketchy people walking around all day and night! Very uncomfortable
