Excellent whenvit comes to cleanliness and staff. And comfort.only concern was the safety of the vehicle.the option to select forvparking did not accommodate my needs...we were told to park at the checkers and walj back to the hotel if we need the csr to be under a parking.my husband suffers from his chest so this was definitely not to my standard and liking

The place was far much beyond my expectation. The stuff, cleaning ladies and men and security are so amazing, alwats helpful and friendly. The place was spotless, very clean and had everything i need. The breakfast was great and the location of this hotel is excellent. Everything is absolutely amazing, the shower, the view.....

Yes, except the aircon. The aircon did not have a remove and it would be nice for the aircon to be next to the bed. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean.

The ladies in the dinning area where so rude they didn’t want us to dish up food… then they started packing the food infront of us… rooms where ok fine but the staff is so unfriendly and professional

Great service, well located just by the beach. Great places around like joe cools club which serves great food. Parade hotel has great buffet breakfast but the breakfast gets a bit too crowded. the limit of guest after 21:00 is a bit of a turnoff

The property was very clean and staff where good the breakfast was excellent but the coffee needs to be hotter maybe add a little hot milk to the mix The streets are unsafe to venture out at night Overall i give 5 stars for my stay

I found the the overall experience to be satisfactory. Police presence was there to protect the tourists. I have new hope for Durban if they continue this work. Hotel was great value for money plus breakfast. The staff were very friendly.
