It was clean, nice size room. Gym is ok, hot tub needs to be fixed. Otherwise I would stay again for the price.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was pleasant and helpful. Pool is very small and gym area can literally only fit 3-4 people. Would stay again!

Been staying here whenever i feel like taking a break from everyday routine. I also like to get a room for family visitng from out of state which was the reason this time. I love the indoor pool but the spa was out of service this time which was kind of disappointing but no biggie. I also love the complimentary breakfast but honestly the options were not the greatest this time around. Besides those small details my overall experience was great as always. Thank you! Also wanted to mention the kind lady working late at night who helped us check in went above and beyond and she was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely hope to see her again!

Very nice will come back. Only problem was the missing control for the hot tub in the pool area.

Staff was great, Breakfast was awesome, exceeded my expectations, cleanliness was really good, only negative was the jets in the hot tub didnt work !!! Big bummer one of the things i enjoy about staying in a hotel is sitting in the hot tub to relax

The hot tub was not available when I thought it was going to be. There was breakfast food on parking lot ground. There wasn’t many lights on in the pool area and the pool bathroom wasn’t really clean. The rooms was very clean but there was food in the couch and the window screen was broken

Hot tub not working which was the reason we chose this hotel

Everything was great! Staff was friendly and a great location. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it was small and clean. I would recommend this hotel.

Parking lot was being worked on. Limited parking options and longer walk to get inside.

Bed werent comfortable. The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable. Breakfast area is way to small for the amount of ppl staying there. House keeping didnt speak any English so always had to call or go to the front desk for anything needed for the room. Hottub was hot but had no jets to turn on so pretty much pointless.

We were very disappointed with our recent stay. We booked a double queen room and didn’t notice till the next morning that there were blood spots on the sheets in both beds. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. We immediately contacted the front desk, and they assured us that management would follow up before we checked out. Unfortunately, no one ever reached out during the stay or afterwards. The lack of cleanliness and complete disregard for follow through from management was extremely frustrating. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

My friend and I stayed while in town for a concert. The gentleman working the front desk during the day was very friendly and extremely helpful. The overnight front desk associate seemed very disorganized - I asked for a second make up remover wipe (2 women, 2 beds, 2 face wipes) - she said it wouldn't be a problem and spent a solid 5+ mins searching for the thing. I told her repeatedly not to worry about it that I would just use soap and water, no big deal and she insisted that she could find one... This at 12/1 in the morning after we had returned from our event. I had stepped out to my car to smoke and she made a nasty comment about the smell - it took everything I had not to remind her that I smell because I took it to my car out of respect for their rule. I attempted to use the coffee maker but when I did a water purge just to get whatever dust out, the water came out brown (individual use coffee grounds bowl was not used as I was intentionally cleaning it). The whole coffee maker was absolutely filthy and obviously wasn't wiped down in any intentional way in a long while. Sunday morning we went to the hot tub after breakfast and the whirlpool timer was missing but we decided the hot soak would still feel nice as I am recovering from surgery. After sitting for a few minutes we moved our feet in the otherwise still water, we saw small chunks of what looked like wet bread crumbs and other stuff shifting around the bottom. Would not recommend

I only stayed one night. As a single female I felt safe. The room was clean.

They told me they were going to contact you guys, but I had to move rooms midnight because there were us a roach I seen come from under the microwave so I asked him about a discounted room or free night and they said because we booked through hotels it had to come from you guys. My lady was extremely disgusted about the fact, moved her purse all clothing, so no roaches got in contact with it.

The hot tub was not available when I thought it was going to be. There was breakfast food on parking lot ground. There wasn’t many lights on in the pool area and the pool bathroom wasn’t really clean. The rooms was very clean but there was food in the couch and the window screen was broken

No bathroom sink (how does that happen?), bathroom floor was dingy, needs to go from the 80’s into the 2000’s and a general smell of “old”.

This was a very clean recently remodeled hotel We really enjoyed our stay.

We did not get enough sleep due to the noise upper floor.

We got the jacuzzi suite and the room was amazing, the jacuzzi worked great. The bed was comfy, the pool was perfect. Breakfast was great. The staff were all so kind to us.

Hotel was great but jacuzzi yets did not work front desk told us to pack up and move to another room but the other room was unavailable so a waste of money because that’s why I booked the room housekeeping beat on door early in am hours before check out breakfast was horrible I KNOW THIS REVIEW SEEMS BAD BUT HOTEL IS REALLY CLEAN & COZY minus few problems I had I would return

We loved our king suite room as it was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Very helpful, friendly front desk staff.

Hotel was about half full it seemed, if that, yet I was given a room right around the corner from the front desk and next to eating area, pool entrance and elevators. Room 120. Walls were paper thin so I heard every word and movemet all night. I could also hear the person above me walk each step. Bed was hard, but pillows were good. At breakfast the male attendant filled the creamers and then sat in the eating area with his back leaning against the wall and legs outstretched and crossed while listening to videos on his phone at a loud volume for an hour. It was kind of unbelievable. When I left the hotel he was still like that and the area was a mess. I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

There is a restaurant next door but it isn’t exactly fine dining. The location is in an industrial area with few other options. The WiFi was weak. Overall we had a very good experience.

Very Clean and comfy Room. Lots of Space. Sitting area in front and nice TV in room. Microwave/Fridge etc….

Clean and convenient. The Wi-Fi was terrible. My room was near the front desk and could barely complete a Zoom call. Loading pages was slow, too.

Hotel was ok, but I had room 219 next to the elevator on second floor where I experinced a lot of "on and off" noise coming from an electrical motor/compressor or the like from a kind of service room next door. That room should not be rented.

The front office staff was absolutely incredible, this is our second time visiting this location, and it will absolutely not be our last. Other hotels can take tips about how to treat customers by watching what the kind folks here do on a daily basis!

Front desk staff was excellent! Friendly, helpful and when I had a small issue in my room they were right on top of it!!

Everyone was so nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff that keep the buffet properly stocked and clean. They are wonderful. Many thanks!

Staff amazing, thank you so much for everything, if you are going to Fermilab is the best place to stay. Also if you go to the town they have really good amenities like the pool and the gym

Great location. Clean hotel

We were there for hockey games - it was super convenient to have the rink a block away. The only problem we had during our stay was regulating the room temperature at night. The third night we used the AC and found a good sleeping temp.

Nothing walkable except a restaurant. Vending machines did not take credit card.

Clean, good staff service, only negatives were mattresses a little thin and hard, no exhaust fan in bathroom (don't eat mexican before going to the bathroom) so you either have to leave the door open so everyone can hear what's going on or suffer from a steamed up mirror and everything wet after shower (don't understand not having fans!). Water pressure could have been better. Only one restaurant in the area, fortunately it's a good restaurant and no need to drive into town.

Had a great experience while staying here. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, and parking was easy. The location was nice as there were many convenient stores located close and the highway wasn't far if I needed to go to downtown Chicago

Our stay was nice, although there was no meat at the breakfast —scrambled eggs and biscuits with sausage gravy - just odd? Breakfast selection was good otherwise. Pool closes at 10p which was early.

Everything is excellent. An easy check in with Pleasant personnel. Rooms were clean and nicely. Decorated beds were excellent in a very quiet setting. Breakfast was great with omelets and waffles

Water pipes made lots of noise. I never got really good pressure which I like to wake up. Breakfast wasn't really good, bare minimal. Staff was Super nice! But needs some upgrades for sure.
