酒店位置絕佳，距離岐阜名鐵站和JR站都很近，不過附近街區比較老舊，酒店本身亦有一定年月，所以設備都有點追不上時代，亦很難清潔得很徹底。不過，酒店員工都很親切友善，這點可替酒店加分不少，而且房間寛敞，房價親民，是平價酒店很不錯的選擇，

レパートリーが広いのは良いですが、カニやらラーメンは朝から食べないけど？少しやり過ぎ。美味しいパンとコーヒーだけで十分です。風呂の黒いカビが気になりました。後は綺麗でした。コスパ最高です。

I did not partake in the breakfast as there was a Sukiya 10m from the hotel. Room was clean, spacious, even Ethernet cable was provided for laptops. You get new water and towels every day which seems like overkill but is appreciated

The hotel's location is very convenient, being very close to the JR station. However, its neighbourhood is a bit dilapidated. The hotel is also a bit aged. That is why the room cannot be cleaned very thoroughly. The hotel staff, however, are very friendly and helpful. This can make up for what is lacking in cleanliness

ちょっと古いホテルなのか、空調は自動と冷房の選択肢しかないから27度にしてもちょっと寒かった。しかし必要なものは全部揃ってるし朝食のクオリティは高いからまた利用すると思います。（カニを食べれるのは決定打）

The room was spacious and i love it, comfy bed. Kinda old style room but good, although the aircon is not functioning right.. But, I think they really have to improved the breakfast buffet setting.. i mean it was bad. When we came there is no even plates, spoons forks cup & glass to use.. we have to wait for 5-10mins.. Foods are almost gone, staffs are panicking.. poor services we've been on different hotels breakfast buffet but this place will leave you speechless.. they really have to do something about that..

Due to the nature of the trip, my schedule was quite fluid duirng the stay. They bent over backwards to accommodate my requests for changes with a very short notice. I was very happy with the amenity in the room and what they offer at the front desk. Everything is clean and well-cared for. They seem to have high occupancy rate, so you'd want to let them know ASAP if you want to extend your stay. The check-in time is 3 pm and even though they accommodate an early check-in, they charge a fee of 1,000 yen for each hour you want to check in early. The breakfast buffet is extensive and that is worth the stay.

I originally booked for 4 nights stay and was able to extend for another few nights. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had. It was only a short walk to the train and bus stations and lots of dining options nearby. If in the area, I definitely stay there again.

I returned to this hotel because of the pleasant experience I had during the last visit. This time, we had a little challenges due to my mistake on the dates of my stay (and Hotels.com's inability to correct the mistake in time) and due to the hotel's inability to accommodate the last minute change because they were sold out. But the hotel staff did their best to make changes to accommodate my needs, which was very much appreciated.

ブュッフェ形式の朝食を待たされ、様子を見たらスタッフがあれ程居るのに、席の食器の片付け待ちでした。しばらく待ちましたが、出発の時間に間に合わないので、チケットをフロントに返したにもかかわらず返金も無し！客を舐めているとしか思えないホテルです。 1200円をドブに捨てました。混雑が予想されるのであれば、事前に通知するべきだと思います。

The hotel's location is very convenient, being very close to the JR station. However, its neighbourhood is a bit dilapidated. The hotel is also a bit aged. The room was spacious and i love it, comfy bed. Kinda old style room but good, although the aircon is not functioning right.. But, I think they really have to improved the breakfast buffet setting.. i mean it was bad. When we came there is no even plates, spoons forks cup & glass to use.. we have to wait for 5-10mins.. Foods are almost gone, staffs are panicking.. poor services we've been on different hotels breakfast buffet but this place will leave you speechless.. they really have to do something about that..

部屋も広くてとても快適でした。枕が低くて柔らかいので枕が選べるともっと嬉しいです。郷土料理の朝ご飯が目当てでしたがとてもメニューが豊富で美味しかったです！また岐阜に行くときはこちらに泊まりたいです。

朝食バイキングの料理が豊富で良かった。岐阜の地産地消の食材を使った地元料理は特徴的で好感が持てた。また、地理的には両岐阜駅（ＪＲ，名鉄）に近く、非常に便利な場所である。次回以降も是非利用したいホテル！

ブュッフェ形式の朝食を待たされ、様子を見たらスタッフがあれ程居るのに、席の食器の片付け待ちでした。しばらく待ちましたが、出発の時間に間に合わないので、チケットをフロントに返したにもかかわらず返金も無し！客を舐めているとしか思えないホテルです。 1200円をドブに捨てました。混雑が予想されるのであれば、事前に通知するべきだと思います。

朝食は全体的にとても美味しく満足出来たが、写真のカニは無かったのがとても残念後は客室も清潔でよく、リファのヘアアイロンも貸して頂けて良かったです髪の毛を結ぶゴムがあると良かったなと思います

Good price and nice staff. But the bed is really bad, the cheap mattress is uncomfortable and when 2 people sleeps in, they keep waking up each other.

Two blocks from the train station and the bus terminals, very easy to take a day-trip. The hotel is big and the room is spacious, much large than a typical Japanese hotel's. It is in the area with many restaurants.

The pictures were a lot nicer than the hotel. When we got there, it seemed like a barely average hotel. Out AC did not really work, just the fan, couldnt adjust it. The room smelled like old motel carpet and when we asked for sheets to cover up the foldable chair, the first night, they said no, they were able to give that. The second night, we were able to get another set of sheets but it just wasn't a pleasant stay and we wouldn't go back. The pictures make the place look amazing for the price...
