It's a 3 star hotel. What my wife and I most like was that all the employees were very friendly and they always have a nice smile on their face in order to help us out anytime. Unfortunately, if you expect to use the bathtub in those pictures as the ads suggest, we must forget about it. You won't be allow to do it. We got very frustrated on that. I am very thankful for the staff that provided the room that I asked for. "-)

Estive no hotel em Julho de 2022. Hotel bem localizado, quarto limpo, camas confortáveis, roupas de camas limpas, toalhas limpas. Não sei se é normal nos outros hotéis da cidade não ter Frigobar, mas neste não tem e senti falta. O café da manhã, são TODOS os dias as mesmas coisas, não muda nada, nem mesmo a posição, são produtos comprados pronto, então não vejo o porque não variar……. No Último dia você já nem tem vontade de ir tomar o café…… Apesar do detalhe do frigobar e do café, voltaria a ficar nele porque achei confortável e limpo.

The advertisement states free shuttle between airport and hotel and port and hotel yet the hotel could not arrange a shuttle from either the airport or to the port. There were repairs that needed to be done in the bathroom. Specifically the handle to the shower kept falling off and the toilet seat was loose. The showered handle never got fixed and I had to tighten the toilet seat myself.

The rooms were cleaned and staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok. The rooms were very warm and we could not make it cooler. There is not AC just the radiators to warm up the rooms. We left the window opened and closed the valve that was so supposed to turn off the heater but it didnt work right away. Location is good and walka distance to the downtown.

The property is located on the main shopping street (San Martin) and was conveniently located to the waterfront and touring operators, etc. There were plenty of options for dining nearby - all within walkable distance. A couple of issues had to do with: (1) loud motorcycles revving up each night that seemed to go on for several hours, as well as loud talking in the street below; (2) the fact that there is no air conditioning, which meant we had to open one of the (tiny) windows to try to get some airflow (since we visited in December which is summer in Ushuaia); (3) the elevator is pretty small and the three of us could not take it up together with our luggage...we had to do two trips.

This hotel is very clean and near a main shopping area as well as walking along the harbor. The only thing I did not like was that my room faced a busy street. Good view of the harbor but there were loud motorcycles until Late at night. I had to use earplugs because I had to keep a window open. Room was a little warm when I got there. Remember they don’t need AC. Wish I had brought my portable fan. I was there in late February, early March. It still their summer but quite chilly out.

We checked in with a previously booked room, they made us pay significantly higher rate than what was booked. The rooms are very noisy and we could not get good sleep. There is no temperature control in the rooms, customer service was terrible, everything you ask the answer was a “No”. they wouldn’t even book taxi for us. The reception staff very extremely rude. They even charged us 5 dollars for a extra plastic key. I do not recommend this hotel.

Excelente estadia em Ushuaia com ótimo custoxbeneficio. Os funcionários são excelentes e gentis. Gostaria de parabenizar o trabalho do Sr. Cesar da recepção que nos ajudou em um imprevisto de viagem! O café da manhã é otimo com boa variedade considerando a região e o clima extremo. O quarto tinha um tamanho adequado com um banheiro excelente e box de vidro. Apresenta também boa calefação dos quartos e em todos os ambientes do hotel. A localizacao também é excelente na Av. San Martín, fica perto de tudo. Tava esquecendo de elogiar a fragrância agradável no quarto!

Sweet little hotel out of the super touristy area of town but just a few minutes walk from it, with plenty of dining options along the way, and very close to the water's edge, parks and famous Ushuaia sign. But bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, because if you get the front side of the hotel, you'll be woken up by locals on their motorcycles. Breakfasts were a mixture of European and North American, with something to please most.

Sweet little hotel out of the super touristy area of town but just a few minutes walk from it, with plenty of dining options along the way, and very close to the water's edge, parks and famous Ushuaia sign.
