Hotel confortável mas pretensioso, os espaços são mal aproveitados, sauna minúscula, sem sauna úmida, há um desperdício enorme de espaço. Falta área social ao ar livre.

Tudo muito bacana, hotel maravilhoso etc mas o forte eh a piscina. Ela da pra dentro e pra fora do hotel e eh aquecida. Então vc fica no frio da parte de fora porém dentro da piscina quente. Eh muito bom. E lá no verão só escurece as 23h então vc fica até tarde na piscina vendo a paisagem.

A estrutura do hotel é belíssima mas falta serviço. Na recepção, extremamente fraca , sem nada de boas vindas . O spa , belíssimo , falta serviço , manutenção e charme. Sem lampiões, velas ou enfeites. Sem funcionários para limpar , recolher copos, toalhas molhadas …sem manutenção, a passagem para fora está toda danificada . Serviço de hotel 3/4estrelas . A vista é belíssima!

Esse foi um dos melhores hotéis em que já me hospedei. Staff muito bem selecionado, treinado e atencioso. Lugar com uma vista deslumbrante e uma piscina externa aquecida com vista infinita para o Canal de Beagle.

Sensacional, impecável. Staff atencioso e bem treinado, café da manhã variado e muito bom, trilhas ao ar livre, quartos confortáveis, silenciosos e com excelente blackout. Boa calefação. Piscinas muito boas, bons restaurantes.

Hotel maravilhoso localizado em um monte de onde é possível ver todo o cabo de beagle e tb as montanhas cobertas de Neve. Tudo moderno. Tem um mirante com vista 360o. Tem trekking com 3 trajetos diferentes no hotel. Tem piscina aquecida com jacuzzi e borda infinita. O restaurante é fantástico e há música ao vivo final de tarde no bar.

Upon arrival, the check-in was a little slow. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a great view. The parking lot is ample and convenient. Good shower (the shower handle was slightly cracked and squirted to the side). Facilities are ample if somewhat stern. We had the year-end buffet party and it was very good. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. We had dinner at the restaurant twice and the food variety at the buffet was outstanding. Good selection of wines. A special recognition to the grill chef, Gustavo, who was very courteous and prepares some of best roast lamb and ribeye I have had in Argentina and Chile. Service at the restaurant was very good. Overall I give the hotel a 4.5 which I rounded to 5. I definitely recommend it.

What an amazing property, the views, the pools, the outdoor heated pool were exceptional. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. Very clean, and the stay was fantastic. A must visit when in Ushuaia!

The spa was a lovely retreat, although a bit chilly during my massage and mud therapy. The heated infinity pool featured a unique passage leading outside, and when submerged, you could hear soothing music and even whale calls! There was also a cold-water pool and two hot tubs, along with complimentary Scottish showers that some of my friends enjoyed. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering multiple options as well as a menu to order from. The hotel offered several dining options, including a lobby bar with stunning views of the town and mountains. Rodrigo at guest services went above and beyond, assisting me with booking several excursions, renting a car for exploring, and much more. Surrounded by the Cerro Alarkén Natural Reserve, the hotel offered some fantastic hiking trails, perfect for hours of wandering and exploration. The rooms were impeccably clean, with a proper turn-down service each evening that included chocolate as a welcome gift and nightly treat on the pillow. If you’re into unique experiences and unsure about venturing to Antarctica, visiting Ushuaia and staying at this resort should definitely be on your list. You won’t regret it! I should also add that they use “WhatsApp” to communicate

Accueil froid...25 000 pesos pour entrer dans la chambre avant 15h (mais check out à 10h). Service shuttle toutes les heures (irrégulier) pas très pratique. Eau verte dans le jacuzzi. Chambre avec beaucoup d'électronique mais aucune décoration. Petit déjeuner très copieux mais presque exclusivement du sucré. Restaurant cher et pas à la hauteur. Qui a mis cet hotel dans la catégorie "Leading hotels of the world"? Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Habitación impecable y la Atención de recepción excelente

Hotel incrível com localização diferenciada. Em cima de uma colina, o que permite uma vista de toda Ushuaia. Confortável, limpo e com serviço "invisível". Um lugar para retornar mais vezes!

Très bel hôtel décoré avec goût, la chambre était parfaite, avec tous les équipements nécessaires, et offrait une jolie vue. Le spa et la piscine sont exceptionnels, chauffés à température idéale, avec une incroyable vue sur les montagnes, et le personnel est vraiment au petit soin. Nous avons également reçu de belles attentions pour mon anniversaire et notre voyage de noces, avec un gâteau, des chocolats, et un petit mot très touchant. Cependant, gros problème : nous n’avons pas pu prendre une douche dans notre chambre. L’eau des robinets était constamment marron, ce qui était vraiment décevant, surtout que nous attendions avec impatience un bain avec vue sur la mer. Nous avons dû nous doucher avec des bouteilles d’eau minérale chauffées dans une bouilloire, ce qui a été très désagréable. L’hôtel n’a pas proposé de dédommagement financier, mais nous a offert un late checkout (jusqu’à 18h) et des boissons. Malgré ces gestes, l’expérience a été mitigée. Dommage, car l’hôtel avait beaucoup de potentiel.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, very clean, wonderful place to stay!

We had high expectations for the Arakur Ushuaia Resort & Spa, but unfortunately, it fell far short of what we’d expect from a 5-star hotel. Firstly, the room was unbearably hot—stuck at 25°C even though it was freezing outside. We had to switch rooms because it was so uncomfortable, smelled of sewage, and was incredibly noisy being right above the lobby and entrance. Oddly, we were told this was a “free upgrade,” but the location was terrible, with constant noise and a bad view. Our new room wasn’t much better. It was still unbearably hot despite having the windows wide open and a fan running. There’s no way to turn off the heating, and we were told there’s no air conditioning at all. Other basic amenities were lacking. There’s no iron in the room or even available upon request—you’re forced to pay for ironing, which is ridiculous for a supposed 5-star hotel. There were also no coffee or tea facilities in the room, another odd omission. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was one of the few decent aspects—there was a good selection, but it wasn’t enough to redeem the overall experience. The only highlight was the pools, which were genuinely lovely and well-maintained. They offered a great way to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery, but sadly, it wasn’t enough to make up for the many issues with our stay.

Superior in every imaginable way. Pool and spa is breath taking. Food was excellent. We had a classical concert on-site. Rooms were large and well appointed

O quarto é excelente. O café da manhã tem muitas opções, e usamos o transfer que o hotel disponibiliza.

Incredible stay with a wonderful staff.

Amazing location. Poorly managed hotel. Sub-par service and no attention to details makes it not worth the 5 stars title. Our hotel transfer car was 50 minutes late: I asked for tooth paste that did not come until 2 hours later with 3 separate staff members bringing it to me; service at the lobby bar was horrible and staff were incredibly inattentive; the concierge did not seem invested and did quite little in showing us activities. We had a good time and surrounding areas is beautiful and hope the management can step up their game.

An amazing hotel that sits atop the mountain overlooking all of ushaia. It has a 360 view from mountains to sea. Very relaxing environment. The staff went above and beyond. They were very accomodating, they made my stay definitely an experience worth remembering

Nous sommes restes plus de 28 jours en Argentine. Nous avons fait du Nord au Sud en ne restant pas plus de 3 jours dans chaque hotel. Malheureusement cet hotel a était le seul dans lequel nous avons compris que nous étions que des touristes. Nous avons demande un transfert de l hotel au port de Ushuaia car nous avions plusieurs valises et surtout un enfant de 6 ans. L hotel nous a bien confirme que dans ce tarif le chauffeur nous laissé devant notre bateau et non pas devant l entree du port. Mais tout l inverse c est passe. Le chauffeur nous a laisse au nord de la route devant le port contrairement à ce qui était prévu. Nous avons donc demande un remboursement à l hotel qui évidemment n a pas été accepté malgré nous plusieurs demandes. Pour info : transfert en Uber ou taxi : 6€ environ. Transfert par hotel avec fausse prestation : 150€. Ils ne sont pas honnêtes.

O hotel é maravilhoso, tudo conforme as fotos. Quarto grande e confortável, piscina surreal de linda. O atendimento do checkin e checkout que poderia ser melhor.

Beautiful property with great views, a lovely staff and a shuttle to downtown

If you are one the fence about staying here- DO IT. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, the amenities are fantastic and the staff is superb. It is located a little further out of town but we had no issues getting rides back and forth on the resort shuttle or Uber (if we didn't want to wait for the shuttle), and it is a beautiful ride down the mountain. The more remote location also means great views and some really nice hiking trails immediately adjacent to the hotel. The staff is awesome- everyone from the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning staff were friendly and welcoming and really helpful. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. The restaurant is quite good and the pool/spa are fantastic.

The hotel is situated beautifully, and truly impressive. The hot tubs are great, and make for a very relaxing evening after any activities. The location of the hotel, however, does throw up some difficulties: the shuttle runs every hour (or less) which is limiting, and - as we were staying over the festive period - we encountered real difficulties getting taxis (to the point where a LOVELY bell boy had to drive us to the airport himself!) The hotel is certainly a nice place to stay, and I imagine if you had a car, or were simply doing organised tours that picked you up and dropped you off, that it would be wonderful, but it's worth considering what type of activities you want to do before you book.

Excellent view! Breathtaking!!! The only downside is the road driving up to the hotel is very bumpy.

Best views of Ushuaia!

Three nights and days to explore the region. This hotel is probably the nicest in Ushuaia. The only downside is that it is located outside of town, about a fifteen minute taxi ride.

Everything was great but to get to the hotel you should be awake that the road is not paved.

Sehr großes komfortables Hotel, relativ neu gebaut, großes Zimmer, das Hotel steht auf erhöhter Lage - dadurch eine wahnsinnig schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht und die Siedlung. Schönes Frühstück, freundliche Bedienung, Shuttlebus zum Zentrum - war alles perfekt!

Amazing pool, the staff was really nice, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel is located on top of a mountain with amazing views. The room has electronic blinds and a bathtub. Best hotel views from the pool and spa. We had dinner at the restaurant one night it was good but they sat us after 45 mins from our reservation. I would stay at this hotel again and I would recommend it to anyone going to Ushuaia
