I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. They were all super helpful and friendly. The hotel itself had a lot of construction, and I was a bit upset that there was nothing mentioned about the pool being closed when I booked, but the staff went above and beyond to assist me multiple times so I highly recommend this hotel.

コインランドリーが2個しかなく汚い。全然空かないので、外へ 1番近いコインランドリーは非常に汚くエアコンなしで待つしかない。シーツ交換はなく綺麗に整えてあったのみでした。

ゆいレール壺川駅から少し坂を上った所にあり建物は新しくは無いですが、プールやジムもあり、コンビニもありました。スタッフの方々も優しく、とても素晴らしいホテルだと思いました！私は膝のリハビリでプールやジムを使わせて頂いたのですが、とても快適にトレーニングが出来ました。またリピートさせて頂きたいホテルです。

高台にあるため全体的に眺めが良く、特に最上階のバーからの眺めが良かったです。施設は時代を感じますが、手入れが良くされており高級感があります。また、レストランが複数ありどれも非常にクオリティが高かったです。

スタッフの皆さんは、懸命に働いておられ関心しました。だからこそ、言うことができなかったのですご‥タオルに虫がついており、不快な思いをしてしまいました。髪を洗ってタオルを巻いて、外したら驚きました。ショック。湿気も多い南国なので、リネン室などで繁殖していないかと心配してしまいました。\u3000お値段通りなのかなと自分自身も反省し、エキストラベットの設置も含め、狭かったので次はしっかり課金しょうと思いました。ホテルで結婚式も見ることができ、やはり古き良きホテルなんだと思う場面もあり、良かったです！常宿にしたい。

They initially said it was fine — but a little later, they came back and told me I couldn’t sit there after all, without offering any alternatives. I understand if there are rules about the space, but clearer guidance or a suggestion would have helped. With nowhere left to go, I ended up heading to the airport much earlier than planned. In short, the stay was comfortable, but once you check out, the hotel doesn’t offer any support or space to accommodate you. Rooms were well maintained and the breakfast buffet was amazing. We stayed here 1 week and I have no complaints. Staff was able to use translation apps to communicate in English if they didn’t speak it so the language barrier was very manageable.

まだ改装中だったので、ところどころ工事していたけど、部屋は改装後の新しい部屋だったし、全体的に静かで過ごしやすかった。国際通りにも歩いて行ける距離だったのでとても便利。

Clean room, excellent service. Staff all courteous and helpful. Wonderful stay. 10 minute walk to main shopping street with loads of restaurants, drugstore and souvenirs. Highly recommend for convenient location. Inside the wonderful 7 11 for affordable bites, great coffee and alcoholic beverages. We will stay again

駅から少し歩きますが、その分静かです。ホテルの部屋も広く清潔です。那覇に滞在する際は必ずこのホテルです。ホテル１階にセブンイレブンが入ったことも利便性が上がりました。

最寄駅の壺川からは坂道なのでゆいレールて来る方は注意。県庁前・国際通りまでは歩いて15分くらい。レンタカーなしの旅の場合はタクシー使うのも手です。

5回目の利用です、場所が丘の上にあり上りは大変ですが見晴らしはよいですホテル自体は古いですが何ももんだいはありません、ホテルの回りに飲食店はすくないですがのんびりするには最高です。

It was a nice hotel and comfortable room. The shower was the best feature. There was several baseball teams staying during our time which made for a busy and loud lobby but nothing too bad. The breakfast buffet was very nice. I was little disappointed that the Club Lounge put away their snacks early in the evening and had only chips and chocolate in the afternoon. It was walking distance to Kokusai Street which was very convenient. We would stay again.

国際通りからも1キロ弱と歩ける距離ではありタクシーだとすぐ着きます。また、朝ごはんビュッフェが沖縄の名物が味わえとても美味しかったです。大浴場があれば完璧でしたが、部屋に着いているお風呂も綺麗かつ広めでとても満足しました。

All is good except for breakfast, food needs to be replenished quickly, one has to wait for a while before they are refilled, and this happened every morning throughout my stay. One gets the feeling they can’t cope with that many guests. Room is great. Provides floats at the pool. Can do with yoga mats in the gym. Nearest monorail and bus terminal is about 10ish min walk from hotel, I am happy to walk everyday back and forth. I took taxi for airport transfer, about Y1600 one way.
