This hotel was the best one we stayed in. Not only was the room huge but they had an onsen right in property. Another big thing for me was they let you do laundry for free with all the products for it too. It's also right on the beach and they offer free lockers and showers!

The bar was only open 2 hours a day. Only two restaurants open, hard to get a reservation. The breakfast buffet was expensive, there was no alacarte alternative. The pool area was very nice, well staffed, but you were not allowed to eat or drink there. Very limited tourism transportation, no cabs after 5pm. If you go here plan well ahead for tourism.

The hot spring indoor was super hot and they had vending machines near by which had ice cream. Property was right near the beach and it was quiet, truly an amazing experience. There was two restaurants we ate at the Italian was pricey but was fantastic food.

The staff was friendly and very helpful except the old guy at the front who was maybe having a bad day, idk but he definetly felt rude when I tried to register as Tokyu member. The overall atmosphere, surroudings, the almost private beach was very pleasing and relaxing. Outside parking lot is very big and spacious enough you don't have to worry about parking slot for your car. I went there by car, so idk about public transportations. Seasonal outdoor pool felt amazing, sad it closes by 16.00 around this time of year.

全体的に綺麗に清掃されていて気持ちよく滞在できました。オーシャンビューの客室から満月と海が見え、感動しました。ただ客室や廊下は綺麗ではありましたが、20年くらい経ってる感じはありました。これから改装するとのことですので、さらに良くなると思いました。期待をこめて、星4です。また、交通はレンタカーが時間単位で借りれたので良かったです。

Great facilities, restaurant within is very expensive, rooms are clean, housekeeping is great. Watch out for the hidden tax upon check out that we weren't told about when we checked in. An onsen tax even though we didn't use the onsen.

チェックインからチェックアウトまで、スタッフの対応が迅速で丁寧でした。日本人以外のスタッフの方も大勢いらっしゃいましたが全く問題なく”オモテナシ”を受けることができました。もちろん、部屋も清潔でプールやビーチも至近で大変快適でした。　七滝の食事も美味しく温泉もゆったり浸かることができて大満足でした。来年も是非お邪魔したいと思います。

早前看到2024年有一人投訴有床蝨、應該是個別事件，住了2天覺得酒店十分清潔。溫泉設施清潔，及有locker提供。房間很大，早上可看到日出。酒店有接駁巴士前往河津站，帶大型行李出入，車長還幫忙放行李上車，服務很好。如坐jr到今井濱海岸站，行3分鐘到酒店，但要行小小樓梯，有行李就不方便了。接駁車到河津只是5分鐘車程。自助早餐，選擇不小。

Overall the staff at the hotel were very friendly except when we went to the Japanese restaurant to see if there is a table for lunch, we were turn down with a very rude attitude. Also the bed is a bit old, you could felt the spring in the mattress.

The shower head is not adjustable so only very very tall guests can enjoy a satisfactory shower. I am 5 feet tall. The hotel shuttle bus service is good but can be excellent if one/two more ride/s can be added between 5pm and 7pm from the train station to the hotel.

The HVAC in our room did not function. We were in a family room with 3 kids. I was told by the front desk that it was “an old building” and the HVAC control didn’t actually do anything as it was central… it was blowing warm air instead of the needed AC cold air. I was not offered anything for the problem.

The view from our room was absolutely amazing. We strolled along the water along the beach. The breakfast was delicious and there was quite a large selection of food. The staff was very courteous. We did have a bit of difficultly speaking with the receptionist on arrival because of his limited English and we didn't speak Japanese. He was very nice though but it would have been better if there was someone who could speak English a bit better.

We used the hotel for one night as a break between sightseeing Tokyo and Kyoto. I have a food allergy (wheat allergy+gluten intolerance) and it was no problem to get a nice breakfast. (Staff informed during the checkin day before) A list was handed out to me to compare with all provided foods during the brekfast. The list was marked in green (ok to eat) and red (not ok to eat). In addition to that i got assistance during the brekfast what is ok to choose from. Excellent. Great Hotel, very friendly staff, superior service. Free Transfer shuttle from Hotel to next station. Wonderful location. Beach is very close. The pool size is absolutely ok. There is a onsen but we didn't use it. Room was wonderful. Beds also. Nothing to complain. Thank you for this pleasant stay. どうもありがとうございます。

I love everything about the hotel. My favourite is the view of the ocean from my balcony. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous with varieties. Even though there's a free shuttle bus to and from Kawazu Station, we couldn't use it on arrival because it stopped operating rather early. As we flew in from Asahikawa in Sapporo, by the time we reached Imaihama Kaigan Station, it was nearly 8pm. As there's no more taxis in service, we had to walk to the hotel with our luggage with limited lightings. Fortunately, the moon was bright that night. And there's no eateries and convenience stores nearby.

Fantastic hotel service, large rooms with facilities and in hotel dining options. Great place for kids and situated by the beach with a pool and a walking garden path. Only downside is the area, lacking food options if you do not wish to dine in. However should not be judged based on that. Kawazu is just only 2 minutes away.
