2度目の宿泊です。前回とても良かったのでまた利用させていただきました。駅から近い立地と､24時間営業のセブンイレブンが隣接しているのが何より便利です。今回､1泊の予定が急遽2泊する事になったのですが、すぐに対応していただき､部屋を変わる事なく延泊出来てとても助かりました。アメニティも充実しているので､また次回も利用したいです。

9/8から9/13まで連泊して毎日朝食を頂きました。でも、メニューが全然変わらず毎日同じでした。 2泊以上宿泊してるお客様の事を何も考えていないとがっかりしました。コインランドリーのお金が100円硬貨しか使えないが両替機がなくフロントまでいかなくては、ならなかった。また、コインランドリーの部屋にフロントとの電話も無いために何かあったらわざわざフロントに降りることになります。もっと客側の目線で対応を考えてほしい。

Ausstattung der Zimmer dürfte ruhig mal erneuert werden. Waschmaschine hat leider nach 5 Mal Geld nachlegen zum Trockenen immernoch nicht ausreichend getrocknet sodass wir alles nochmal im Zimmer aufhängen mussten, sehr ärgelich. Auch die Angestellten waren nicht sehr freundlich, eher genervt. Lage des Hotels dennoch top, direkt am Zug- und Busbahnhof, Supermarkt direkt im Gebäude mit drin.

It was quite obvious - brownish red on a white cover - I wonder if it is an old stain - which they should have used some bleach or was it just not properly cleaned / changed. Otherwise, the toilet was fairly new and the breakfast was decent. Would have really been happy with the stay if not for the bedsheet.

駅近で、非常に便利な場所でした。何より安くてよかったです。施設の老朽化は致し方ないと思いますが、カーテンの染みくらいは新しくした方が、気持ちはよいかと思いました。

I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and it was great. Coming back after 5 years a little different. Need to improve on the cleanliness. Pillow smells like it hasn't change at all. Curtains has a lot of stains and air conditioning not working well. This hotel need to refurbish or improve on the cleaning. If i return to Hirosaki, I will opp for another hotel.

Tiny rooms for 3 so luggage and coats were a struggle but we had our own beds and super comfortable pillows. Hotel was a stone throw from the station so it was convenient even while snowing. Checked us in early so we could refresh before exploring the charming Hirosaki.

Paid for breakfast on our 2nd day due to rain. Good variety and great breadpudding (needs a warm sauce, though). Room was clean and bed had an area to enter from both right and left sides. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

2歳位の子供連れでしたが、朝食の時に子供用プレートや椅子を用意してくれ助かりました。チェックアウトの時に林檎ジュースを子供に渡してくれて凄く喜んでました。小さな子供に気遣い素晴らしいと思いました。

寝てお風呂だけの使用、朝食付き。チェックインの際、ホテル内の説明は簡素化され、荷物は自分で部屋まで。避難する時の説明なし。食事はブッフェ形式で品数豊富でしたが、空になっているものもあり追加されないみたいで残念。食べたかったなあ。11:00までとなっていたのに、10:00になっていないのに。ゆっくり過ごせなかった。スタッフの片付けモードが気になった。アメニティのDHCシャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープ、化粧品類はすごくよかった。

9/8から9/13まで連泊して毎日朝食を頂きました。でも、メニューが全然変わらず毎日同じでした。 2泊以上宿泊してるお客様の事を何も考えていないとがっかりしました。コインランドリーのお金が100円硬貨しか使えないが両替機がなくフロントまでいかなくては、ならなかった。また、コインランドリーの部屋にフロントとの電話も無いために何かあったらわざわざフロントに降りることになります。もっと客側の目線で対応を考えてほしい。

駅前にありどこへ行くにも便利なのと朝食のバイキングがどれも美味しく種類も豊富なので大満足でした。窓から岩木山が見えるのもまた良かったです。そして値段もリーズナブルでした。

If you are visiting from the West, know you are in a 2 star hotel that thankfully is cleaned to Japanese standards.It's utilitarian, has the basics of what you need and the beds are comfortable. You are visiting a small town with a lot of history and beauty to see. Remember the purpose of your trip is beyond your hotel. Bonus, 7 Eleven is connected the hotel! I came Hirosaki for the cherry blossoms and to view at night and in the morning. This is the best option, if you want to be in town.
