The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests and has been furnished with great care and attention to detail. Our goal was to create a place where you immediately feel at home, combining a modern and welcoming atmosphere with all the comforts you would expect from a luxury holiday apartment. Its spacious layout provides plenty of room to spend quality time together while also allowing everyone to enjoy their own privacy. The bright and inviting living room features a comfortable seating area, a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. You'll also find all the cookware, crockery and utensils you need to prepare everything from a leisurely breakfast to a delicious evening meal. Casa Selucia offers three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds, while the third bedroom includes a single bed with a pull-out bed that easily converts into a double bed, making the apartment ideal for families, friends or golfing groups travelling together. The modern bathroom is fitted with a spacious walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. A washing machine, air conditioning and heating ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year. One of Casa Selucia's greatest highlights is its generous outdoor space. The apartment boasts a private terrace and a spacious garden of over 100 m², something quite unique within the resort. Here you can enjoy the Spanish sunshine all day long or relax in the shade whenever you prefer. The garden is furnished with a comfortable lounge set, a large dining table, a barbecue and sun loungers.
