No elevator, waited for towels to be washed everyday, no juice in breakfast bar, no biscuits but had gravy, no meat for breakfast,no phone service in room,pool was out of order

this hotel did not have an elevator nor an exculator.

Overall, good for a nights stay. Don’t come in late from the casino you won’t find parking 😵‍💫

Window was broken and did not lock. The door had a large gap at the top. The beds were very squeaky. The tv would not work. Pool was out of commission. The ac worked good and the breakfast was not too bad.

Dirty inside the main desk area, front door seemed to be broken and would not close. Elevator was broken and had to take the stairs, stairwell was very dirty and appeared to have not ever been cleaned. Tv and phone in room did not work and there was hair left in the bathtub. First room card we received was to an occupied room. We left after one night in our two night reservation.

There was no hot water when I took a shower. The property was dirty and the ice machine was broken. There were no elevators. It needs a good remodel. When I got to the hotel the young man working was rude and sarcastic. It was definitely not worth almost $200/ night!

They let me check in 30 minutes early. I wanted a 1st floor room because they don't have elevators. I could smell stall carpet in the hallways. Thr ice machine stopped working on Saturday and I told the front desk they said go to the 2nd floor. I cant walk upstairs thats why i wanted the 1st floor to stay. The carpet needs replaced in the rooms. I feel the tooms were expensive for the out dated hotel.

Doors away from the front door open without a key. Sketchy people hanging around inside and out side of the hotel. Pool was good

I picked the pay later, but when I got there they said it was paid for. I looked at my bank account today and I have been charged twice. Room had a musty odor, also the outside door was completely open, key card not even needed. Bed was comfy and the breakfast was pretty good, but the smell wasn't.

Didn't like where getting checked out early due to my girlfriend her mother got bit by mature(BED BUG) just ruin the weekend. Plus the mattresses were old over 10 years no protection cover over the mattresses either (FAILURE) just too much also waiting 4 days for my refund to return screwing up my bank account just not right >:(.. There's no apology towards this something gotta change shutdown or get reported till the place meets the requirements having visitors to stay over...

Hotel was overall in a state of disrepair. The smell was terrible in our room, including the smell of urine in the corner by the window.

Bathroom had not been cleaned. Hairs all over, tub would not drain, roach in the tub.

This place was awful. The curtains, bed, mattress, etc. had yellow stains all over them and when I saw all over, I mean ALL over! It looks as if the room has had years of water damage, we couldn’t really tell if the bed and mattress themselves were covered in urine stains or if that was water damage as well. The ceiling, walls and baseboards were crumbling inside, on the wall that has the a/c unit on you can see the outside where the concrete, wall and frame have completely deteriorated. You could use your finger a poke a hole directly through the ceiling and sheetrock. The bathtub honestly looked like a tub from a horror movie with all of the rust stains inside the actual tub where you stand to shower or sit to take a bath. The rust is so bad that it is extremely sharp and it has tons of dirt and grime, not to mention the collection of hair and whatever else comes off of others in the shower/bath. This is definitely a huge concern for infection. We needed a hotel for a last minute casino trip and this was the closest and had decent reviews. We checked in, walked in the room, sat our things down on the table, didn’t even get 1/3 into the room and wanted to vomit! The room across from us was being cleaned and the door was opened so we walked in to take a look and I see if maybe it was just that room and we could be moved and nope…we already prepaid so we grabbed our things and ended up eating the cost for the weekend. There was no way in hell we were going to stay there.

This site has a lot of crickets that got in my room by crawling under door. They eventually died all over the room. 5 here 2 there 3 over there. Told front desk and a maid requesting they clean up the dead bugs while i was out. Nothing was done. I moved to another due to having a second reservations. Bugs in that room too but only a few

Room smelled like urine and the carpet was not vacuumed I couldn't make coffee because missing the filter cup where you put the coffee the bathroom sink dirty like someone dropped soda no small towels for body wash no eggs at breakfast I returned the room key to front desk and the lady talking to someone else behind her desk didn't even paid attention bad we were very disappointed I hope they did changed the blankets and bed sheets when we got the room

This room was filthy, including hair in the bathroom, floors h swept, stains on the bedspreads, and bugs in the bed. Questionable people hanging around outside and the hotel had the side door propped open for these people to come and go. Window locks were broken. We had to leave because it was so gross. They did approve a refund of our stay through Expedia though, so I appreciated that.

This hotel, including my room, was atrocious. The lobby was infested with flying bugs, and the general condition was filthy. My room also had flying bugs, and a disgusting odor of urine, must and possibly smoke. The furniture and carpet was filthy, there were crumbs on and in the refrigerator and other places, the toilet was not secured to the floor, the TV remote was cobbled together with tape.. I had a severe headache the next morning and my daughter not I were able to rest. My daughter and I spent the night only because the reception desk said they were sold out, and it was very late when we arrived (after midnight), so we were unable to find another hotel. We abandoned the rest of our stay the next day and found a clean hotel in La Quinta not far away. My photos wouldn't load, but I'm happy to send them separately.

I asked for a refund from hotel through your company neither will i use again. The mistake was on me, however i have receipt showing where i stayed at this hotel in February due to my mistake. This hotel.is horrible. Mold.on shower ceiling, the comforter dirty, the floors had not been vacuum prior to our arrival and the frisge was never cleaned.

Area is nice and close to shopping and fast food places. Lots of first responder sirens constantly tho. Lobby was clean, staff was ok, not rude and not bubbly friendly. Room 206, was what we asked for, 2 queens and a fold out sofa. Sofa had no linens or pillows put up for it. The shower ran, not dropped, ran all the time, from the handle and the spout. The air conditioner was a joke. It was so hot and miserable me in the entire hotel and our room was worse. No maintenance came to look at it (she was also the house keeper and errand runner). We asked a couple times. Finally the front desk came to look at it and informed us it was because the bed was blocking it. There’s no way to move the bed. We ended up opening a window to allow the slightest breeze in which in August was non existent as well. Needless to say hardly any sleep, laying in a pool of sweat because they didn’t have any of rooms to accommodate us, and no towels/tp when we asked we will NEVER come back.

The people upstairs were walking around non stop until 3 am. Floors creaking and people stomping made sleeping impossible.

Internet was terrible - speedtest showed 2mbps up and down load. Rooms clean - some cosmetic defects - but everything functional. Staff nice - Breakfast was good - but because a lot of contract workers - many items were gone by 6:35 am. No sausage nor coffee.

The door didn’t fit the frame, so even closed it wasn’t completely closed. The light coming from the hallway shone through the entire side of the door where there was a gap. The flooring and bedding had bright pink stains. The furniture filled up so much of the room we could barely walk through. The closet didn’t close. Half the tv channels weren’t included in the cable subscription. The labels for the hot and cold water in the shower were opposite of their actual temps. The air conditioner squealed. But the breakfast was good; the staff was friendly. The location as convenient.

Check in was delayed because staff was unfamiliar with the system or poor system performance. Very few of the outlets worked in the room, it wouldve been nice to see the news before bed, but the plugs the TV was using wouldnt work. I tried several outlets to charge my phone but only the outlet in the bathroom was operable. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, but does the staff check out the electrical in the rooms, even periodically? Property was decent, difficult to access, though.

Air conditioner was a bit noisy.

The stay was fine except shockingly there were only over the air channels, totalling 4! The staff was great but don't expect to snuggle down with a movie

The check-in was not as good as expected. The room was good but the TV had only one station available to watch which was the ID channel. The remote did not work with the TV as well. The toilet ran constantly during our stay. There were crickets in our room but at least they did not chirp while in the room.

The best part about this stay was the ease of booking the room. The night desk clerk thought he was a comedian and answering simple questions were inappropriate comments to the point of rudeness. Once in the room, several lights wouldn’t come on, and it was because they were unplugged. The room had a mini fridge and microwave, but neither would work nor would the tv turn on. Discovered they were all unplugged from the wall. Seems housekeeping would make sure all devices were plugged in and ready to use when the room was ready. Had the worst night’s sleep. Between the air conditioner motor squealing every time it came on, the toilet filling loudly multiple times through the night, and the loud voices in the hallway, we got very little rest. The bed was uncomfortably firm. The breakfast buffet consisted of all carb options and yogurt. No eggs or breakfast meat. Not worth the low price

Staff were very polite. The room was clean, but looked dated. My only real complaint is that there wasn’t a convenient outlet to charge the phone near the bed.

The man at the desk was absolutely rude and hateful.

Our check in was ok. The staff was very nice, however they sent us to a dirty room at first. They did correct the situation by sending us to another room.

There was an atmosphere of insecurity, people were going out the end door to the hotel and propping it open seemed shady, the night desk clerk was not helpful. I asked where the ice machine was at and he told me the one on the main floor was out and would probably need to go to the other floor to get some. I would not recommend to anyone to stay at this location.

The staff we're absolutely amazing. 😍 Made us feel right at home. The staff member who works the night shift, and is tasked with breakfast prep, asked my kids which waffle mix to make in the morning 🌄 and sure enough when we got ready to make our waffles! They were perfect and exactly what the kiddos Respectfully Requested! The 🍋 water in the lobby was a Refreshing hit. Being only a hop skip and a jump from the lobby, my family and I must of drank us a gallon of that sweet nectar of the Quality Inn and suites and am happy to report there were no cases of scurvy as a result! 🙏 Thank y'all for making our stay a great one! We look forward to doing it again soon 😀

Senedu was incredibly amazing. She truly made our stay wonderful. I mean it us with a great kind smile and follow up to make sure we were happy in every way. I highly recommend her and this place.

I paid for room through Expedia. On the morning after our stay the banged on door at 7:30 am daubing they needed a credit card for incidentals so my friend used hers. They charged $140 and it was not supposed to post but it did. I called hotel yesterday and a manager was to call me so I could get credit back in her card. No ine called. So we basically were double charged.

The quality was above average, it was very clean, and the young lady at the desk was excellent.

I arrived a little early and asked if I could check in early. I was told no and to come back at 3 PM. I understood, and found something to do for a while. I came AFTER 3 PM in hopes I could check in because I was already tired from travel. Well, I get back to check in and was told I had to wait because my room wasn’t clean and no towels. I WAITED. Patiently. By the time they put me in a room I was annoyed. The room had trash in the corner, such as pop cans. There was hair in our bed. The room had an awful smell to it. Overall just a gross feeling. I expressed my concern to the front desk and was told “that isn’t possible, we just cleaned in there”. Well, they did a piss poor job. I will never come back here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Durant Quality Inns and Suites, when we walked in we were greeted with smiles and very friendly front desk attendance very helpful and welcoming. I was very pleased to find that our room accommodations were just like we wanted them per our reservations it was a stress free check in the rooms were nice and clean, they answered all our questions that we had and also gave suggestions on attractions that made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was nice, we love the choice of the cable provider lots of things to watch on television, bed was very comfortable everything was conveniently located around the hotel, lots of restaurants, Choctaw Casino, Lake Texoma which was great we really enjoyed our stay would recommend to everyone.

The best word to describe this hotel is neglected. It is in need of some TLC and updates. The bathroom floor tiles are chipped / cracked. The room carpet is badly stained and worn. The toilet seat is ill-fitting. The bedsheets are pilling and worn. The pillows are lumpy. The bathroom towels are small and thin. The location is good with easy on / off road access. However, there are trains that go through the town several times a night with horn signals. The staff was friendly at check-in. This hotel charges top rates without offering top amenities. It definitely could use some improvements.

Overall, good for a nights stay. Don’t come in late from the casino you won’t find parking 😵‍💫

This is where we stay when we go gamble at Choctaw, rooms are clean and ac works great , nice rooms. And the staff has always been nice . But the biggest plus is the king beds super comfy! Definitely recommend

If the staff hadn't been so sweet, my ratings would have been a lot lower honestly. The location is less than five minutes to Chostaw casino. I loved that. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Another huge plus. The room was decent and affordable. ✔️ The automatic doors to the lobby get stuck halfway... safety issue. Room 131-- It's hard to get in and out of the door because it sticks on the locking mechanism... safety issue. A.c. worked great in the room. The beds were comfy. The Tv worked fine. Wish they would have cleaned the bathroom better. Found "hairs". Breakfast was subpar. Juice machines did not work.

Bathroom dirty, room smelled bad, breakfast was cold gravy and soggy biscuits.

Melissa was very welcoming and fast at check-in. Breakfast was not to good as the juice machine was out but they had a sunny d bottle. It was cold biscuits and warm gravy. The trash can had some brown stuff that got on my hand when i threw a napkin away. I just got coffee and left. We enjoyed our stay. Other than that we had breakfast elsewhere. We will be back to stay ❤️

Great place. Quiet, clean, and breakfast is awesome. The biscuits and gravy are on point.

Room was very clean, just not stocked with toiletries and towels, but cleaning crew with down the hall and she came around to fill me up. Breakfast was wonderful, just missing some scrambled eggs and bacon at least. our bed was very comfy.

Breakfast was very poor, I had to unplug the TV to reset before I could watch, parking lot was super full, a needle was in the parking lot.

Bed is very comfortable. Sheets feel like silk. Room is clean. Really like biscuits and gravy. Inside is quiet enough. Outside sirens like home.
