Located in Montagnac, this 48 m² villa welcomes up to 4 guests and features 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. The living room offers a TV, small desk, Wi-Fi, and a rapido sofa bed (easy to open, quality mattress for a comfortable sleep), ideal for relaxing or working. The private kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, filters, new lighting above the countertop, and a new dishwasher. The villa is on one level, with Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living area, washing machine, and enhanced LED lighting in the living room. The bedroom includes a WC with a door; the bathroom, separated by a sliding pocket door, maximizes space in both the bathroom and bedroom. Relax on your private covered terrace or in the shared garden. The outdoor pool is shared with the hosts (open June to September, not for outside guests) and kept at 26°C. In September, enjoy sunny days and cool nights (pool covered at night). A shared barbecue and gas plancha are available for outdoor cooking. Children remain under their families' supervision. Families will appreciate the shared play area near the pool, equipped with a large parasol, protective cover, toys, and children's books. You have a parking space in front of the property and may bring one pet (please note, we also have a dog). Events are not allowed. A tennis court is 10 minutes away by car. Check-in from 4 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m. A baby bed can be provided on request. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra fee. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
