Everything was great. Plenty of parking, friendly staff, room was much larger than I expected, breakfast was delicious with lots of options (and I'm very critical as I usually travel with a diabetic and someone who doesn't eat pork or eggs). If I had to complain about something, I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a bar/restaurant on the premises. That being said the location was VERY convenient with many shopping and restaurant options within a couple minutes car ride. I'll definitely use this hotel for any future trips to the area.

Everything was pretty good but we especially came to this place because of the indoor pool which was not in function and not available when we arrived. It was told to us that it was under maintenance. But neither was the website updated for this discrepancy nor were we informed about that. I think this comes under the responsibility of the management/Hotel to update regarding their Amenities if any is not available prior to accepting the reservation.

The room is clean. Elevators are outdated and run down. The staff is nice but not always friendly. The rooms are well sized. The parking lot was plowed quickly after snow. Altogether a little disappointed in this being a Hilton.

Our room was clean and spacious. The facility was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had a wode variety of options. The only down side is the pool was temporarily out of service.

The room was great. The pool was awesome. Breakfast was pretty bad. I'm all about pancakes and french toast sticks, but yuck. They definitely need a waffle iron so you can have something fresh. Both days they had "sausage"... one day was kielbasa, the other was chicken sausage patties that were inedible. Frankly I'd stay somewhere else at a comparable price and hope for a decent breakfast if breakfast is your thing.

Property exterior and interior was nice. Went to use the pool and was not impressed. Used towels everywhere and floors needed to be cleaned. Garbage on floor and also saw a bloody bandaid on floor. Pool area needs some attention and renovation.

The breakfast food in the morning wasn’t fresh.. the fruits specifically! The condition of the hotel was poor.. needs repair, repainting.. needs maintenance. It doesn’t look as good as it presents on your advertisement. The gym and pool were smaller than it looked but we made it work

This was a great experience and close to family. The room furniture was a bit outdated but the suite was spacious and had all amenities listed. The indoor pool was a plus for the kids. The service of staff was attentive to our needs which were few. Recommended for a family. The two bedrooms for the price was a steal.

While we were pleased with the option to choose which floor we’d like to stay on, upon entering our room on the first floor, we discovered that the bathroom lights did not work. We were told that maintenance was gone (3:30 pm) and we would have to move rooms. Upon entering the second room, we were pleased that all lights were working with the exception of one bedside lamp. The room was average and seemed clean, no complaints. However, upon entering the bed at night, I noticed that the corner of the sheets had lifted up and there was a large reddish/brown stain on the mattress where my head would be sleeping. While the expectation wouldn’t be to dispose of the mattress entirely, I would hope that it was disinfected and that the hotel would put a mattress cover over that so that guests did not have to see it. When I informed the woman behind the desk in the AM before leaving, she apologized and told me that the two water bottles I was going to purchase would be “on the house”. We also informed her that the phone in the second room was not working as it constantly had a busy signal any time we tried to make a call.

Our room was in significant disrepair. Obvious areas where the walls had been patched- and poorly. Some holes still visible. Furniture with tears and rips. The fridge was tilted backwards to prevent its water leak from spilling onto the floor. The floor clearly had been damaged by water. The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly, but this is not what we expect from Hilton.

Did not use kitchen or gym. Wall paper peeling off bathroom walls. Caulking in bathroom and shower leaking. Sheets were not put on bed properly and really wrinkled. I have no problem reporting this. We have been staying here for years. Never before stayed here and felt this way.

Rooms are very clean pleasantly surprised with a full-size refrigerator microwave and utensils. The staff Gordon and Chelsea were very, very nice friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come back here and by the way, the breakfast was very good also.

We had an amazing experience! We were there for my cousin’s surprise birthday celebration. I was cooking and burned my finger. The front desk associate Taj was extremely helpful in getting some stuff for burn out the first aid kit to help me! I will for sure come back to this property! Thanks Taj! I really appreciate you!

Everything was great. Could hav a few more chooses at breakfast. And food should be hot. We had to take the food back to the room to heat up. . Room was clean but not all was in stock in room. Usually there is a small bottle of dish soap . Sometime to was the plates and glass with and 1 dishwasher tablet. I would have said something if we stayed longer. Staff were all nice. But rooms need TLC. Bed was way to soft for us.

I was not happy with breakfast. Usually, in Hilton Hotels we are offered Belgium Waffles and the fruit was not fresh and there was no bacon. Otherwise, it was fine.

The food for breakfast was great! Good coffee too! Room was spacious but bed needs to be replaced. Too lumpy.. great front desk help and friendliness. I’d stay here again.
