Very friendly hosts. We were directly offered a save garage for our Motorbikes, They gave us very good recommendations for dinner restaurants. I came there twice and had always a warm welcome. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is a bit small but functional and the shower is very good. I will always recommend this hotel. Klaus Dorn

chambre assez spacieuse et propre, l'hotel est très bien situé pour profiter du centre ville. point de vigilance sur le parking (surtout si le coffre de toit ne permet pas le parking limité à 1,90) est proche mais petit.

Hotel no centro de Annecy. Cafe da manha simples, mas bom. Quarto pequeno, mas confortavel. A unica observacao é que tem que subir uma ladeira e nao tem elevador.

Amélie and her husband were so helpful and friendly! Coming to the property you have to go through "terminal" that are posts that block your way. There is a call button to get the posts lowered, and we had trouble finding that. Everything else was fine. Due to my bad back, the flights of stairs were tough. I wish there was a lift. But everything was so clean and the town of Annecy is so beautiful! Great hotel!

Gorgeous view from our room! While it's a bit of a hill to get to the hotel, it's a short walk down to the shopping, restaurants, and the lake. It rained quite a bit when we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy it, but there's a great deck that would be wonderful for a picnic. Loved our stay here!

The location to the Old Town part of ANNECY is the best! It's at the top of a hill right above all the restaurants and shops. The room we had was cute and quaint. Be careful of the steep stairs though. The staff were fairly nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Free parking when a spot was available which worked out for us really well. Would definitely stay here again! Comfortable bed, super breakfast and excellent location! Great view from our window as well. Loved it!

We were very disappointed with our stay in this hotel. We could not drive up to the entrance and had a difficult time dragging heavy luggage uphill on a cobblestone road. The staff could not offer any assistance. The room was very small, no A/C and no window screens. The bathroom was not well designed and the room flooded while taking a shower. The hill, cobblestone roads and the lack of service made it very difficult

When I read the reviews that the walls were paper thin I did not take it seriously, but you should. Thumping up and down the stairs all night, tourists talking outside and the person over us did not make a good nights sleep. Bed was tiny and bathroom was ridiculously small.

I liked the location at the top of a hilll. The view from our window was over the town. I did not like the noise at night from a crowed of people who gathered seemingly under our windowl However the noise stopped by eleven in the evening and the rest of the night was quiet. I had agreed to the room having the shower and toilet across the hall. And I knew that the hotel was not air conditiioned. So I can not complain about these.

It was a delightful little hotel with beautiful views. We needed room for 3 adults and though it was small, it worked well. Beautifully decorated with paintings/prints and colorful paint on the walls. My only complaint was that it needed some blackout or more opaque curtains because a lot of light streamed into the room at night. We enjoyed our stay.

Our room had an amazing view of the cute, old town and the mountains. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The bathroom and toilet were outside the room, and we were provided with keys. It was actually quite nice not having them in the room. It is located in the old town, very close to the Christmas market along the canal. We really enjoyed our stay during Christmas.

Charming, small hotel in a great location in Annecy. Having been told ahead of time by the hotel that it’s petit with no A/C was a big help for our expectations. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Gorgeous Alpine town!

I may have been a bit grumpy on arrival as I had taken an overnight bus and only dozed in 24 hours. Neverthe less the staff was not unfriendly but not warm and welcoming either. The door requires a code which I didn’t know so I went to the family door. I was told « there is a button » when I checked in I asked for the WiFi pwd, she pointed to a sign that said it’s on the back of the door. I guess I’m not very observant! The WiFi only works intermittently. I had to turn it off to access the app for my departure details. Good thing I had an e sim. The location was great with respect to to the old town and the lake but keep in mind it’s up a steep hill. I’m in decent shape but a lot of people were huffing to get up to see the chateau. Rooms are small even by European standards but clean. Breakfast is simple no hot items. I ate there once and out the rest not sure it’s worth the 11E there is a nice terrace to eat at or have a drink. Too bad weather wasn’t conducive, it looked nice! Finally the room key is on a heavy fob assuming so it doesn’t get stolen. You are asked to leave it on a hook in the lobby when you go out but even though the door has a code to get in anyone with access to the lobby can grab any key. On the dense if I’d recommend it. Just know before you go

Excellent location if you come by train, short walk to the hotel, although a big uphill portion of walk, just go slow😀. Near everything you would want in Annecy!

It was a short but steep walk to the hotel from the main part of the town. We loved the location. It was in walking distance to the lake, town, shopping, food, and train station. It is a beautiful area. Breakfast was nice.

Our room had an amazing view of the cute, old town and the mountains. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The bathroom and toilet were outside the room, and we were provided with keys. It was actually quite nice not having them in the room. It is located in the old town, very close to the Christmas market along the canal. We really enjoyed our stay during Christmas.

The location to the Old Town part of ANNECY is the best! It's at the top of a hill right above all the restaurants and shops. The room we had was cute and quaint. Be careful of the steep stairs though. The staff were fairly nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely, clean hotel very close to old town- everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. Staff is friendly. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Good location near the old city. Lovely outdoor deck area for breakfast or drinks. Hotel dog is a character. Breakfast was disappointing. Staff were quite friendly but there was no effort to give any extra assistance eg bags. The hotel seems to rely on its location and a constant supply of new tourists rather than providing a memorable and positive experience.

Petit hôtel très bien situé, petite chambre avec un lit 140 mais on ne fait qu'y dormir. La dame de la réception qui est la remplaçante des propriétaire est très a l'écoute et de bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner très copieux à prendre sur la terrasse sil fait beau fait très vacances ! Top !

I may have been a bit grumpy on arrival as I had taken an overnight bus and only dozed in 24 hours. Neverthe less the staff was not unfriendly but not warm and welcoming either. The door requires a code which I didn’t know so I went to the family door. I was told « there is a button » when I checked in I asked for the WiFi pwd, she pointed to a sign that said it’s on the back of the door. I guess I’m not very observant! The WiFi only works intermittently. I had to turn it off to access the app for my departure details. Good thing I had an e sim. The location was great with respect to to the old town and the lake but keep in mind it’s up a steep hill. I’m in decent shape but a lot of people were huffing to get up to see the chateau. Rooms are small even by European standards but clean. Breakfast is simple no hot items. I ate there once and out the rest not sure it’s worth the 11E there is a nice terrace to eat at or have a drink. Too bad weather wasn’t conducive, it looked nice! Finally the room key is on a heavy fob assuming so it doesn’t get stolen. You are asked to leave it on a hook in the lobby when you go out but even though the door has a code to get in anyone with access to the lobby can grab any key. On the dense if I’d recommend it. Just know before you go

This is a nice small hotel. Very well located near the old town .nothing wrong with the service , the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was small and no view to speak of. Breakfast was adequate continental.

Cute hotel and nice couple that runs it. Loved the home-y feel. Breakfast buffet was good too - fresh pastries, cheese and meat. The hill was steep so that was a bit much but also authentic to the location. Location was perfect and central.

Free parking when a spot was available which worked out for us really well. Would definitely stay here again! Comfortable bed, super breakfast and excellent location! Great view from our window as well. Loved it!

Stayed here 4 nights. The hotel has a pretty outdore area with chairs and table where one can sit and enjoy the view off the city. The staff is helpfull with everything and they speake a very god English. The breakfast is very god - just like the pictures shows. I recommend this hotel.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, proche du centre animé et du lac tout en étant au calme. Le personnel est très agréable et le petit déjeuner varié. Il n'y a pas de clim mais un bon ventilateur fourni sans avoir à le demander. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
