The person who checked us in was friendly and efficient. Hotel is very pet friendly, good breakfast, decent gym. They don\'t clean the room during your stay (I guess this Covid policy has become the new normal in many hotels), so you have to be proactive about asking for soap, towels, whatever--they are happy to give you whatever you need. Only downside is the surly guy who is the overnight manager--definitely should not be in the "hospitality" industry.

We really like staying at the Brevard Hampton Inn because we travel with our mid-sized dog. Beds are very nice and bathroom is clean and well-equipped. Water temperature and pressure were great! Thermostat was easy to adjust.

Everything was great the shower stayed hot and the water pressure was very good. The bed was great and comfortable. The cooling in the room was also very good, the air conditioning kicking on was a little loud but not a big deal. Didn't use the pool, didn't have time but looked nice. The complimentary breakfast was great. Oh and ice machine was broken on second floor but wasn't a big issue to go up one floor for ice.

Stay was good. Staff friendly. Breakfast standard. 3rd floor hallway carpet needed a good shampooing and vacuuming. Now my Room was not very clean. Mirrors were dirty, under bathroom vanity was dirty, stuff on the floor on carpet. Bed pillows and mattress comfortable.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was good, but the employees fixing the breakfast made it better. The cleaning staff were friendly and wanting to make sure we had everything. And the staff at the front desk were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I think your staff both for breakfast cleaning and front desk were the exceptional part that made this day so much better.

We were not aware at the time of booking that this was a pet friendly hotel, both of us having asthma and sleeping with C-Pap, we had a difficult night. The room smelled of animals and pet hair was on the bedding and the carpet. The staff was friendly However.

The room itself is fine. It’s clean. But we booked a room for 3 people…2 adults and 1 child. This room should not be allowed to be booked for 3 people. They were not able to provide a rollaway bed due to the very small size of the room so we had to make do with blankets and pillows on the floor…gross! The hotel and all the surrounding hotels were sold out. Definitely not worth the price we paid. We made the best of it but not ideal. Hotel staff were kind but not able to offer anything…

Helpful staff, excellent breakfast, room was very clean and comfy. Close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, which was the reason we went to the area. Would definitely stay there again. My only concern was the noise that the central air made when it came on, but certainly not a deal breaker.

These rooms are tiny. If you wanted to walk past the person sitting in the chair, they had to get up and push the chair under the desk. I asked for a room that sleeps 5 and got a room with 2 double beds that barely held two people. No cots, no space for an air mattress. One of my grandchildren had to sleep on the floor. When asked if they had a bigger room was told that they could give me one for a discount, even though I had already paid for the room I was in. The person on duty kept reiterating that they couldn't help me because I had booked through a third party. Umm, it's your reputation Hampton Inn.

This was a last minute stay. The hotel wasn’t bad. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. They have a small store to purchase snacks, etc. The front desk staff when we checked in was great. The front desk staff when we checked out was too busy talking about personal matters to allow me to ask a question. The breakfast options were great, again…the staff? Not so much.

Everything was great other than morning breakfast area. Was messy and coffee was out. I actually informed early morning staff that area needed attention he was on his phone at desk. He did get up adrestock and wipe down a bit other staff members were very attentive.

We had a quick stay and service was excellent! Friendly front desk Pam was very helpful getting us assigned to our room. Libby had great snacks and breakfast buffet. Rooms were very clean and felt new. Great stay!

Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location to get to several area waterfalls. The breakfast is good with many choices, and the staff very friendly. The hotel is not far from the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 15 miles, and the road to the parkway is just beautiful with the tress making a canopy over the road!!

Stayed there for a weeding, incredible staff; tried to accommodate me on the same floor of the weeding party but couldn't. I also did not book with the group but i appreciated that they tried. The day I arrived I noticed the breakfast was kind of missing a lot of stuff towards the end of the shift but it may have been that there was not enough staff or just too many people had breakfast at that given time. It was good the next day. The only thing that I can point out to improve is that you could clearly see light coming from the hallway to the room (I was in two and both of them happened this). Which means that if light is coming in, so does noise. The doors of the bathroom could also use some better maintenance and maybe updated locks. Apart from that. Recommend stay indeed and would visit again.

Room was very nice with 2 comfortable double beds. Bathroom was very clean and had everything we needed. We LOVED that our friendly & sweet Pittie was welcome! I was very appreciative of the free breakfast, but the "hot items", with the exception of the fried potatoes, were not very appealing. The oatmeal, bread items, and cereal were fine! I REALLY enjoyed the 3 tasty blends of coffee and the add-ins.
