As we had checked in late in the evening we had the amazing front desk girl run up with me to check the room to make sure we had towels. She did a double check of the bathroom before she left. We would soon find out what she was looking for. Cockroaches, but don’t worry apparently confined to just one room!!! They refunded me but refused to help with dry cleaning or anything, but I did ask for plastic bag so I could wrap up all my things. By the sign of that many dead ones underneath things not only do they not clean very well, but the cockroaches have been there for quite a while. The husband of the owner, let me know to expect these kind of things since they live so close to a forest bugs are bound to come in… bugs but German Cockroaches.???

The mattress is so old, it was sloping inward. By morning, my left side of body was in complete agony, could barely walk. Guessimg that when i finally fell asleep, i twisted the wrong way into the matress. Checked matteess in morning and the owners had put a foamy over it to cover its deterioration. Now on painkillers! Front office lady was nice though.

We had to wait a little to get service to check in- but the young lady was great when she got there. Our TV initially wasn’t working, but they came immediately to fix it and then we had no problem at all. The room was spacious and quiet.

Room was small but cozy and very clean.Staff were friendly and welcoming. Our only issue was the lack of electrical outlets near the bed for my husband's cpap machine. A nice place for an overnight stop after a long day of travel.

I booked 2 rooms for 1 night one room for me and the other for my sister via Expedia when I arrived at the property to check in, front desk told me I only booked one room, I was force to booked another room that night for my sister, I was charged for 3 nights, they did not return the extra 1 night charged, I emailed them still no answer, I will not recommend this establishment and definitely not coming back, also there were bags of garbage around the hallway on the 2/F going to my room.

Reception was friendly and efficient. Older building that is kept in good repair. Air Conditioner was on high and room was very frigid when we first arrived. It was a hot day but was uncomfortable for the first 1/2 hour. Good location with nearby amenities.

Great place to stay, spacious rooms with a kitchenette with a microwave, hob and fridge should you want to eat in. Two big double beds and a good size bathroom. Recently refurbished so everything was very new and very clean. Breakfast is in the reception area and a good choice of cereal, yoghurt, bagels, bread, muffins, waffles and more. Tea, coffee and juice also. The staff were very welcoming and our room was ready when we arrived. I would highly recommend this place whether you’re passing through, as we were, or staying a few nights, theres restaurants close by, the Hop N Hog Steakhouse is a definite go to for a fantastic meal and a great supermarket across the road so everything is on your doorstep if you stay here. Thanks for making our visit enjoyable.
