I would recommend this hotel for your stay. It's clean, well kept and the staff was friendly. My only complaint would be that the elevators did not always work but they did give me an inconvenience refund for the elevator not working.

Ice machines didn't work, vending machines have been removed. Forced to buy from lobby store where drinks are $4 a piece and price manipulation. Pool was closed and dirty. Breakfast was good and the room was clean.

There was an elevator button that was stuck. It worked our first couple of days there, but after that we had to take the stairs down. We were told that maintenance was going to address the issue. It continued to malfunction for the remainder of our stay.

Pool was NASTY green and when we tried to look at it the lady at the front just yelled across and said "the pool is closed". Just seemed a bit aggressive. Also, our toilet wouldn't half the time and our hot water took for everrr to get warm. And really those pillows are garbage. The lobby was nice though! Ps. The area is super sketch.

Both elevators were overheating and shutting down so we had to use the stairs most of our stay and we were on the 4th floor. I was told that check-in starts at 3pm when I arrived at 3:30pm expecting my room to be ready. Also the front desk person had a disposition on annoyance and attitude upon me inquiring why the room wasn’t ready. Fire Ants invaded my car while I was parked in the shade directly across from the side door closest to the pool which was a nightmare. I literally cleaned my car out before coming there then had to go dollar general to get ant spray and go to a car wash just to vacuum the car afterwards. The ice machine didn’t work on the 4th floor. The pictures online deceive you into thinking the room is bigger than it actually is. None of the housekeepers spoke English . Anytime I tried to ask about toilet paper, clean towels or which floor the ice machine worked they said “no English”. How the hell did they get a job if they no speak no freaking English? What is happening with Hilton? I could’ve had a V8, better yet I should’ve stayed at a Marriott property. I’ve never had any issues with them . No one offered me a complimentary item, nothing. I’m never staying here again.

Besides the lobby, all common areas were HOT. Our room temp was fine, but the hallway from the elevator to our room felt like it was being heated, rather than cooled, while it was 90+ degrees outside. Would have been nice if the staff had mentioned they were having issues so we were prepared for the heat. Our room’s carpet was stained in many places. The bathroom had a piece of baseboard broken off and laying on the floor. The conditioner container had broken off the shower wall and was sitting on a shelf in the shower. The shampoo container was empty. Also, it took forever to get hot water in the shower, to the point I thought it wasn’t coming. We were only there for one night, so it wasn’t worth addressing these issues or trying to find another room. Bed was comfy, and that was all that really mattered to us on this trip.

Property is very clean, room was very clean, spacious & beds super comfortable, I slept like a baby! All hotel staff I came in contact with were very nice. When checking in she informed me of how to get to my room, where the elevator was, the pool & pool times & also informed me of breakfast times. Breakfast was very good & had many choices. Only downfall was one elevator was completely out of order & the other one kept getting stuck and pretty much not working either. I was on the 4th floor & had to use the stairs which was a huge inconvenience especially when I had surgery on my leg. The pool was a nice size but it was a bit dirty from leaves & debris from the trees. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool. My husband has a back injury and can’t really go into the ocean so we were looking forward to lounging in the pool. After we checked in and we’re heading down to the pool, the staff told us it was closed for cleaning and would be open tomorrow. The next day we went back and were told it was closed again. Now we check out in the morning and have basically wasted our vacation without getting in the pool! I would have never have stayed here if I’d known the pool was closed. I will be contacting a manager for some type of refund because I’m definitely not getting what I paid for! I will not recommend this hotel!

I do not recommend this hotel. We stayed here twice. I don’t know why. Big mistake. On the first stay we were put in a room where the shade didn’t work, so the room was like a dungeon. The desk clerk said she could repair the shade which would have been impossible since there was no cord. I asked for another room and was was given an attitude. They were remodeling the lobby so there was no sit down breakfast. Basically, they had just muffins, coffee, and cereal. We stayed there again at the end of our vacation, and, once again, we we’re put in a dungeon. There was no working shade. The sit down breakfast was no better. In fact, the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel. To top it all off, my husband found a huge cockroach in the lobby.

I was up late working and found two bed bugs - one on the desk and one by the bathroom floor. I was moved to another floor at the opposite end of the building. The exterminator confirmed that they were bed bugs but said it was an isolated case as he did not find anymore. The second night I found another bed bug on the wall. So much for an isolated case. I will not stay here again.

Tried to give us a queen bedroom when we booked a king suite. Had to wait to get in the room. Microwave was hanging on wall looked like it was going to fall off . Pocket door to bedroom wouldn't open. Parts missing. Faucet in bathroom was not attached properly. Lobby was dirty and elevator where dirty. They sounded like they were going to break. Really disappointed in this Hampton inn. We've stayed in so many this one was the worst one. TV was gone out of the suite part.

Hotel was okay. Checked in on Thursday evening. Realized after we were settled there an one of those fake eyelashes on the shower wall. Told the two ladies at the front desk, they said they would have it cleaned. Came back Friday late afternoon and saw that it was still there. Went down and said something to the new desk clerk. She wasnt concerned at all. We have stayed i. Several Hampton Inn and never had a problem. Wont be back. I have a picture but it wont let me add it.

This is a great hotel- with very personable professional staff. The manager circulated through the breakfast area, asking guests about their stay and their plans for the day-a nice touch. We also noticed that all the employees seemed happy to be there and that filtered through to their attitude in dealing with guests. No one seemed to have an attitude.

I understand that hotels charge higher prices on weekends. But, to pay more and not have your room made up at all during the stay is ridiculous. Also, the first morning someone on the first floor was smoking pot in their room and no one did anything. It stunk up the whole first floor including the lobby. Will never stay there again.

Stephanie was phenomenally helpful! She made sure a room was ready for us early since we needed to change our clothes for a funeral. When we were running behind schedule, she was concerned and called to check on our whereabouts. When we finally checked in, she gave us a hospitality bag with some water bottles and shared her condolences with us. She went above and beyond! Best hotel service ever! .

The young woman at front desk ,Meghan, was pleasant, helpful and professional. Easy parking. I was alittle upset i couldn't get any Hilton points since i booked through an other website not Hilton. But i know for next time. The hotel was so very clean from front lobby to room. Nice that a lovely breakfast was oncluded with the stay

We evacuated here from Hurricane Milton, along with a lot of other Floridians. The front desk staff was amazing! They were friendly, empathetic to our situation and responsive to our needs. This included making fresh coffee for those who couldn't sleep waiting to see if we would have homes to go back to.

What I didn’t like is it’s located it’s near in a shady area, we’re I don’t feel comfortable and safe. But aside from that the place is clean all of the amenities are pretty nice and maintained. My second time at the hotel and still my top list to book whenever I visit Charleston

Really nice hotel that is about 20 min from downtown Charleston. The room was great, clean, and spacious. The shower was nice and clean. They had a nice free breakfast. It is pet friendly and they have free parking. The area around they hotel seemed fine, just other hotels and a few restaurants. It is right off the highway which takes you into downtown Charleston. Overall this hotel was reaklly good.

This hotel was easy for us to get to and check-in was so easy. The entire staff was very accommodating. The only criticism I would offer is that the entrance from the road to the hotel is adjacent to the driveway for the neighboring building.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast had limited options with no non dairy options. And no oatmeal. Only grits. The guest doors slam loudly. It started just before 7 am and went on for the next hour. I was awoken far earlier than I had hoped to be. Otherwise good location near restaurants. Good price for the night.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Lobby and room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, grits and a waffle maker along with toast, yogurt and juice. The shower had no pressure and couldn’t be adjusted to spray properly. The facet in the sink is so close to the edge you have a difficult time rinsing your hands.
