Stayed 3 nights

The room was filthy, had some food or liquid (something that I had to clean off the walls) killed roaches 4 times. Had to pay $14.00 dollars per night for the privilege of parking my car!! I WILL NOT EVER BE STAYING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! This is the only time, in my travels I had to pay for parking. And if this the quality that Hampton Inn is allowing I would not stay at any other of there hotels again.

My stay was good. My bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom clean. Could use an exhaust fan in the bathroom to help with steam but overall my stay was good. There was door slamming around 6:30 am that woke me from my sleep. Hate that I had to pay for overnight parking on property that I paid to stay at.

Meghan was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived after a very frustrating travel day. Eric in the kitchen in the morning was very friendly and accommodating during breakfast. Thank you. Our stay in Charleston was unplanned but your hotel made the disruption much better.
