Front desk personnel was very friendly, got me in my room earlier than I anticipated. Shuttle was convenient, fast, and drivers were friendly as well. Hotel was nice, clean, quiet, and affordable.

Hot tub was extremely gross- so much nasty stuff floating. Women’s restroom in hot tub area the floor was flooded with water and the door rotting from it. Was a big bummer since that’s the main reason I pick a hotel is for the pool area and hot tub. Like the dirtiest body of water I’ve seen at a hotel. Chlorine was super strong it made my body beat red and burned. Showered after and that was painful so definitely a chemical problem. The men at the desk on all shifts were professional and dressed nice. The women were in sweats and on their phones- odd for any hotel let alone a Hilton. Room was clean. Rooms are outdated for sure but still a clean room. We didn’t have trash bags in any trash cans. Fridge was off. Property didn’t have any outside ash trays- so that was weird. Room was very quiet and the restaurant food was good for being in a hotel. Super friendly waitresses.

Didn’t like you close the pool an hot tub to early. When you get back to the motel everything is closed at 10 can’t enjoy your self in the pool an hot tub.

What a great experience. We left our car in their parking lot for 2 weeks and stayed before and after our flight out of Indy. 100% customer experience. Highly recommend!!!!

The facility itself was nice and a great location. The purpose of selecting this location was for the hot tub and indoor pool. I saw the pool open upon my early arrival. When I return later that afternoon to check-in I was told the hot tub and pool closed early. Bummer because Saturday we really needed either of those for relaxation. We decided to vist the bar for a drink and saw a teenager wet and her dad said they decided to open the pool. When I asked Ms. Nina why she didn't call to inform me they decided to reopen the pool her only true response was "it will be open tomorrow". Sunday was not an option because we had events to attend. Also the coffee area was a mess that evening with trash overflowing and open packets etc on the table. I informed the desk staff and he did not move. I also informed him that our refrigerator was not working but maintenance never came the next day. Sunday, the iron was working then made a terrible noise and stopped working. My friend went to get coffee Sunday morning and there was none. The staff saw her and didn't offer assistance. I had to call the desk and ask if coffee was being served. Maybe the staff needs a refresher training.

As always, my stay at the HGI- Airport in Indpls was superb!!! The quality of desk staff was outstanding, Gerald, was so helpful in locating a safe room near the elevator for my friend. This kind of service rarely happens. The two servers in the restaurant work so hard meeting the needs of guests. Great job on 100% I also enjoyed the gym room, equipment was nice!

The lobby and hallways and amenities were nice. But the room was dated, dark, and reeked of BO. There was nothing wrong with the stay but likely better options in same area. Had dinner at Holiday Inn because the Hilton restaurant was not operating—much better energy and vibe at Holiday Inn.

We stayed at the hotel for the eclipse. We were surprised by a very nice souvenir and some glasses which to view. The staff was outstanding and very helpful. The bed was really spacious and very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant and the food was pretty good! Overall I would say we had a fantastic stay.

The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. This is not a complaint of any kind on the hotel but there are no resturants besides the one in the hotel that are walkable. But the hotel coffee in the lobby was always available and it was really good.

As always, my stay at the HGI- Airport in Indpls was superb!!! The quality of desk staff was outstanding, Gerald, was so helpful in locating a safe room near the elevator for my friend. The restaurant didn’t look like much, but the food was surprisingly freshly cooked and very delicious. We played it safe with a burger and fries and the brisket grilled cheese, but next time, I would trust any meal from the menu.

The rooms are always clean, parking is easy, staff if friendly. The bar is a bit of a fake. The wine brands that are listed in the menu do not match what is actually available, and the staff does not know the difference. As long as a bottle says Cabernet Sauvignon, they think that it matches the menu..when wine was terrible, I said it could not be the brand..the staff showed me the bottle. He did not know that Trinity Oaks was the brand...showed me another, which was also not on the menu. Neither was worth $9. They need to either just offer a "house"...and be honest as to what it is or actually carry what is on the menu.
