Luxury 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo. Close to Downtown Tampa.

My friends and I came from Indiana and Nebraska to relax and enjoy a vacation which includes pool time for us. The property listed as having two pools. One was closed down and the other was so dirty-algae in it and pool chairs were broken, too—obviously wasn’t maintained. 😠. We needed two restrooms and one toilet didn’t workin one restroom. We called the manager and he sent maintenance but the guy didn’t fix it. We told maintenance that we also didn’t have hot water either but nothing was done. We want some of our money back. I contacted the manager via text and phone but he hasn’t responded about financially compensating us. We left after the first night. We would’ve never stayed there had we known we couldn’t swim and use the pool. A side note- pot smoking everywhere around the condo. We feel it is not right to advertise two pools and not be able to use either of them.

Great location

This was a great location and 10 minutes from everywhere I needed to be. More space than I needed for myself but again the location trumped everything. The rooms and everything were set up well. The patio is screened in and being on the second level above ground, you really get a little privacy and peace. The neighbours are friendly but parking is terrible. If you're going to be out late and you have a rental, I suggest uber but during the day it's easy to find parking. It's clearly an older condo that's been renovated but the new touches are really nice and feel homey. I've already rebooked my next stay so that should say it all!

Property was okay. There was broken a. Broken table light. The light in the hall was burned out. Closet door broke. We were told someone would meet us at the condo but no one did. We talked on the phone he said he got tied up someplace else. The parking was terrible.
