B&B HOTEL Köln-Marsdorf

Parken war sicher, wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht, habe aber Wasserkocher vermisst, sonst war alles sehr gut. Vielen Dank

Usually I dont post negative reviews. I figure it may be one off and rather speak to the manager; but this time I must! This is a budget hotel not a 5 star hotel but due to supposed “peak week” this room cost 3 times the usual rate! And what did I get for it? Practically nothing. My check-in process took longer than usual because they couldn’t find my booking, (ok that happens sometimes): there was no elevator so I had to walk up 2 flights upstairs with my heavy luggage (ok fine I’ll deal with it). Then I get to the hotel room: It couldn’t be more basic. No tissues (blew my nose with toilet paper) no bottled water, but even worse,not even a kettle to boil water! The hotel does not have restaurant yet there is no kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee or even a cup of soup (which I always carry with me just in case!). But they did have a vending machine with chips chocolate and soft drinks. But the worst part ? The next day when I got back after work, housekeeping hadn’t been and I had no fresh towels nor was my garbage collected from the dinner I had delivered the night before. When I went to reception, she said I needed to scan a QR code to organise housekeeping! (She was polite at least) If they hadn’t charged me an exorbitant amount to stay perhaps I wouldn’t comment but I’m getting sick of being ripped off. Happy to pay top dollar but that should come with value for money. Of course Hotel.com is also to blame. I won’t stay here again

De kamer was goed schoon en het personeel behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was goed en redelijke prijs.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Um vom Bett aus gut TV sehen zu können ist dieser recht hoch angebracht. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Das Bett war bequem. Das Fenster konnte man zum Lüften öffnen.

Das Zimmer war okay, hätte größer sein können aber für nur zum Schlafen war es gut.
