Property in poorly maintained state, wifi works only occasionally, when checking with reception no help was provided even though outside the room there was wifi Cleanliness also lacking but not Terrible

Not worth of 13k for family of 3 - classic premium villa. Old property not well maintained.. bathroom is ok although WC need replacement. Even no hook given inside bathroom for hanging cloths. Poor lighting in room , wardrobe. Shower area near Pool is in pathetic condition with water logging. Looks worms are playing with each other. Rooms has spider web. No tissues papers. No vallet parking, insufficient staff. If u get this property in 5-6k, then stay or else look for better options. Rooms: 2/5 |

Clean & Spacious Villa, Beautiful & huge property, Nicely maintained greenery, Wonderful Private beach access, Good Food. Just 2 suggestions 1. The Resort seems understaffed so basic services like delivering toileteries, pantry items takes more than 20 minutes. 2. There are only 2 buggies for entire property so guests have to walk a lot, its difficult with infant,toddlers & senior citizen

On the day we checked-in the washbasin was flooding and also there was major leakage from below. The staff arranged for another room but again shifted us back the next day. on the next day again the bath was flooding. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
