Good location, next to mall, close to Golden temple, nice spa and poll, great dinner and breakfast, great service.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent and it was easy to get to the Golden Temple. The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to attend in the evening.

Excellent place to stay in Amritsar. Great hotel and excellent staff. Very friendly and customer service is at par. I travelled with my 8month old and the entire staff was very accommodating. Gave us early checkin without any issue. I also did a massage session at the shanti spa, it was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visitjng Amritsar. 👍 Well done guys and thank u

Next to Amritsar Mall so great food and shopping options. Getting to Golden Temple very easy. Hotel food and restaurants are exemplary. Spa is a must!!!

Housekeeping was almost non-existent, room insufficiently cleaned, bathroom insufficiently cleaned, replenished towels and face cloths were intermittent, every day we had to ask for face cloths several times before they appeared. Bar was excellent and in our opinion the hotels saving grace. Breakfast was boring, tables not very clean together with cutlery.

Old rooms, very old gym, tatty curtains, stained mirrors and poor restaurant service

Very friendly helpful staff. The swimming pool was refreshing on the hot days. Breakfast was excellent, great choice and delicious!

Quite a old property and probably needs complete renovation. Some staff were a big disappointment as they were prompt to say no to any extended requests. Breakfast service was slack and wait staff seems to be hiding and orders were late or arrived wrong

Room appeared to not have been cleaned, dust on furniture, door handles. Only 2 Toliet rolls and that too half used. Room not wiped even after requested. Bed Sheets not ironed. Very tight bedroom, with the bed added for child. Overall a terrible experience.

Spent best part of an hour trying to check in with reception staff saying the hotel is not paid for yet we clearly had an invoice stating the cost of our rooms had been paid in full. Breakfast was no replenished and hotel was quite dirty

This is a great property in Amritsar. Staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms are adequately sized and kept clean. The breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of choice of Indian and western items. There is also a nice shopping mall right next to the hotel where you can spend some time looking for clothes and other items. I’d definitely stay at this Hyatt again.

The hotel is average. Customer service, hotel staff response time, and courtesy is excellent. Here is what I did not like - housekeeping banging the doors shut multiple times during the cleaning process, dirty and smelly carpets, someone was spot painting the scuff marks from the wall and the hallway was smelling of paint, our room was not equipped for 3 guests for example we had 2 coffee cups, 2 towels and 2 sets each of bathrooms accessories. The hotel is located next to a busy highway and you can hear the horns and noise inside your room (we were on 17th floor). There is a mall next to the hotel which is great but the rest of the area around the hotel is dusty, and noisy certainly not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. The room was fairly small. The desk next to the bathroom door has sharp corners. Certainly not safe for kids and older adults. It can cause serious injury if they bump into it. The window drapes are blackout which is great to keep the room dark during the day except that the drapes are poorly installed as sunlight peeks through the hook area where the drapes hang from. We reached after a long 26 hours flight and wanted to get some shut eye during the day but the room was too bright to sleep. The breakfast buffet had great options. We had enjoyed it very much. One last thing the hotel staff must encourage no noise policy in the hallway. People are having loud conversations in the hallway, kids are running, and dirty room service dinnerware are noisy.

Rooms and bathroom were very clean. Restaurant was quality and had wide variety of menu. Staff were very helpful.

Overall an amazing experience but one of the worst bed qualities. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I have immense back pain and because of that I will have to seek professional back massage. Never ever have I slept on such a bad mattress.

I chose this property instead of other Marriot hotels and it did not meet my expectations, the rooms are poorly kept. For exemple, the flooring is so old it pinched my feet while walking and pillows are literally empty pillow cases. Also for the price the rooms are very small compact.I would choose wisely before booking here again.

Staff was nice however had issue with the card reader. Even though they switched me to a different room I had to go down 3 times to get them to open door with master key. Also I asked for AC not working, room was switched and was told that they will look into it but you cant lower the temp bellow 21 so was hot through out the night.

Nice room over looking pool and GT Road, staff was amazing, very helpful.

Rooms were small for a club room. Ac was set at 16 but never got cooler than 24 and was humid in the room. Especially on a sunny morning when the sun hits the windows and warms the room upto 26. Service and staff were 10/10 as well as cleanliness. Rooms needs some reno and bed wasent as comfy. But pillows were 10/10. Included breakfast buffet was 10/10 for indian food. Continental food didnt have many options.

Service was terrible.. waste of money. Wasted 30 mins at counter for payment. Machines were not working. I told to charge on room they denied. Ridiculous service and customer support.

Hotel was as expected from a Hyatt Hotel. Have visited many different Hyatt’s while on my travels around the globe and feel comfortable and relaxed when booking with Hyatt. Hyatt Amritsar was a pleasant stay and to the high standards as expected. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. I have no issues or concerns with regard to my stay and look forward to returning in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful stay !

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. The staff was so inexperienced that they had to be told what to do. From checkin to housekeeping to checkout, all of them did not have a clue of what they are doing. Best Western would have been much better.

I would have given full stars, I only used the hotel room for the one night stay so basically to sleep. I skipped breakfast but was told it was by those that I was traveling with that is was wonderful with a great selection. Staff at the doors were wonderful and quick to help. The front desk service was lacking for me. I found the lineup queue did not matter and front desk allowed people to bud in front and allowed others to distract from them assisting you, mid conversation. I had 3 visits to front desk and all three times this occurred. Had this not occurred, I would have given full stars.

I called the day before to arrange airport pickup. The driver was there on time. Check in was smooth and easy. They have a huge shopping mall next door and also arranged a taxi from the hotel to the harmandir sahib

What a wonderful hotel!! Everyone was friendly polite courteous. Nandini was so helpful at reception. Rooms where comfortable clean. Arranging taxis was so easy. Felt very safe. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning to stay. Location was perfect. Had a few spa treatments and Youdon was an excellent therapist.

One minute walk to Nexus Shopping mall, one of the best mall in the city, highly recommended especially for families.

The Hyatt is ideal if you want to see golden temple, wagah border. Jallia Walah bagh. And close to Amritsar airport. Take rickshaw for all the places it’s cheaper and a better experience with the locals and there way of life.

I enjoy staying at hyatt. The staff are so friendly and courteous. Breakfast has the full array of varieties. Nexus is so near and that makes shopping easy. Transport to golden temple is available
