If a resort calls itself Ocean Views then it is not unreasonable to expect an Ocean View. Sadly not the case. Maybe scruffy backyard view would be more appropriate. Also the ridiculously complex security system drove everyone crazy! Otherwise it was OK.

Elevator to the parking garage was not working for 2 days and I had to walk down the ramp 3 levels to get my car. Rooms were not refreshed over my 3 day stay. Waste baskets in the room had not been cleaned out from the last guests.

Check in was easy, there’s free parking and it was no fuss to arrive an hour or so before check in time and our room was ready. The pool area is great and heated, even in winter, my toddler had a great time in the pool.

This hotel is in a great position. Good rooms with full kitchen and washing machine and dryer as well for longer stays. Very clean. Amazing rooftop BBQ with view of the glass house mountains. We could walk everywhere from here. A great stay.

A basic accommodation but the furniture is starting to age. sauna in need of maintenance as the wood is splintering. It was very noisy but view was lovely.

The view was lovely and location is excellent. We didn't use the pool area but we did use the gym and rooftop BBQ which is truly a star attraction for this resort. Location is so convenient for walking to the beach, bars and eateries. One street back from beachfront, this resort misses nothing!

Our apartment was damp. Enough that the carpets felt wet underfoot, the sofa too damp to sit on and the bed was damp. It smelt terrible. Couldn't wait to leave in the morning. It was a very disappointing experience.

Clean room, view overlooking old houes and untidy yards, curtains so old almost rotting material hanging on by a few hooks. Bed clean but hard uncomfortable mattress. Aircon barely cooling room. Ok if you just want somewhere to sleep for the night then leave early next morning but if you are looking for a little luxury holiday vibe go elsewhere

We selected a room with an ocean view however what we had was a partial sea view. Being on the main thoroughfare there was a lot of traffic noise. The bathroom was poorly configured, it was difficult for two people to be in there at the same time. The staff were friendly.

There was allocated safe parking. The unit was spacious & it was walking distance to shopping, eating and beaches. It felt very safe. We had glorious views & the unit was very quiet. Hopefully will stay there again.

Ocean Views by name only. I would find it hard to believe any rooms in the hotel would actually have ocean views. We arrived very late at night (after midnight) and checked out in the morning, so didn't really get the opportunity to enjoy the room other than to sleep. The room was large and tidy. The shower was over a bathtub tgst was extremely slippery, however had decent water pressure and was a good temperature. Everything else seemed pretty decent, I wish we had more time to use the facilities and give a more in-depth review.

All restaurants were fully booked & we could not get any food for dinner that night. Reception was closed after 4pm so there was no one to ask about other options. Understandable but a little annoying. The aircon vents in the room could do with a good clean & there needs to be a soap holder in the shower, but overall the room was fantastic. Great to have an undercover car park too.

The room I had on the 5th floor had a nice view. Furniture was of low quality and the hot water took over 10 minutes to heat up. I contacted reception and the guy just sniggered and laughed, saying it will get hot, eventually. Well, if you know there is a problem with it, why not be pro-active and get it fixed. As with most motels, no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Friendly check in with our room being available early. Lovely clean room with a large balcony overlooking the pool. Underground covered car park and wonderful location, walking distance to everything. Our second stay here. We’ll be back! 😃

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. We could check in early (though the SMS notification to let us know didn't work on the day). The room was very nice, extremely clean and set up with a great kitchen for preparing our own meals. The location was excellent for a short walk to a beautiful beach and all shops, and excellent value for the location and quality of the accommodation. Will definitely stay with Ocean Views Resort again.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the most wonderful receptionist. Nothing was any trouble, fabulous friendly personality and handled an issue in our room with effectiveness and speed ensuring a prompt resolve. Can’t thanks her enough. Room was spacious, clean and view was lovely. Would definitely stay there again.

It is easy to find a great location, just one street back from the foreshore adding to the quiet. The rooftop deck had great views and protected from the wind. Also the Sunday markets were a 5min walk from the hotel.
