The front end and everyone we came in contact with was amazing and friendly. My only complaint would be as much as you pay for a night, you would think parking and resort fees would all be included in that nightly rate. Parking fees are pricey and parking can be frustrating especially when a conference is taking place. There was a conference on 8/10 and we couldn't leave to go anywhere because we wouldn't be able to find parking when we got back.

Hotel is nice enough. Main turn off was that there was dirt and hair found under the blanket - indicating that the sheets were not replaced from the previous guest. I have experienced this in 3 - 3.5 star hotels post-covid as housekeeping is getting lazier. There were sugar granules on the counter next to the coffee machine too indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. When i alerted the staff they took care of it within the hour but provided nothing more than some feigned remorse - which is less than i expect from a Waldorf.

This was my second stay at the property.... the 1st time was excellent. Ran into a few issues with the second visit; asked for a second luggage rack had to be reminded to bring - took all day to receive, had to request a blow dryer, blood on sheets that was not mine, room had a slight odor. Lost power for a short period of time as well.

While the staff was excellent and the rooms beautiful/well appointed, the common areas/property looked slightly run down. Some of the seating was fraying or stained, with the pool area being the least clean/kept area of the hotel (disappointing as this was the main reason/location we planned to enjoy). We were told a large group buyout of the entire place just left that day, so you could tell they were playing catch up to the best of their ability (hence my comment about the staff being excellent), but a number of factors above and beyond what was mentioned above stopped this from being the five star experience I had hoped.

My fiance and I stayed at the King suite with the balcony view. The room was very clean and smelled great, the bed was comfy, and the view from the balcony was awesome. The room itself was just fine, no complaints there. Minor issues incoming. No microwave. For the money we paid, we felt a microwave should be included. Parking. Unless you pay for valet parking, you have to park several minutes away at a parking garage. This can be a little inconvenient when you have to carry several bags back and forth, and also if you decide to leave for dinner, you have to carry your food all the way back to the room. This is where not having a microwave comes into play. The lazy river....we were really looking forward to this one, and while it was fine, there are way too many water fountains spraying water around the river that kind of detract from the experience. You're trying to relax, but when you constantly have water spraying on your face and body, it's hard to take the experience in. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay. Again, these are minor details we wanted to address, and don't want to make anyone think we had a bad time.

Check-in was painfully slow with long lines, which set the tone. The room itself was large and comfortable, but the biggest miss was food and beverage. Brunch options are very limited and lunch felt heavy and inflexible. At 11:00 a.m. we were refused a simple eggs-and-toast request because breakfast had just ended—surprising at a hotel claiming five-star service. The little café with ice cream and matcha shakes is a nice touch, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of a proper late-morning menu. Staffing also seemed thin: on a Saturday night there was only one doorman and no bellman available to bring a delivery to the room. Overall, this felt like a solid four-star property—not a true five-star. I wouldn’t choose it again. Four Seasons (and even Grand Floridian) delivered a far superior experience. I can’t think of a reason to return unless there are no other options.

We stay here often, however, this past time we encountered terrible service a few times. There were issues with our front door and balcony door. We were told someone would come and fix it twice and they never did. Also, housekeeping came and forgot to leave washcloths. I called down more than three times before someone came. It took around 2 hours to get them. I normally don't complain but when checking out I let the front desk know. They were very polite and apologized. We love the Waldorf but when issues arise like this it leaves a bad taste.

Best service I’ve ever received from a resort. Only thing I didn’t like was there’s no walking options for Disney Springs. That has nothing to do with the resort itself. There’s literally no sidewalks along the way. May be a safety thing to keep tourist off the roads. Other than that, stay here was one is the best decisions I made in Orlando. Shout out to Anthony at the front desk!!

A lovely hotel but one to avoid unless you have a lot of time to waste waiting to be served and/or travelling. Not enough staff on duty anywhere. Took 45 minutes to get some drinking water delivered to room. Gave up trying to order food and drinks at restaurants or pool because there were beleaguered staff members trying to get around about 200 people. Pool was disorganised Chaos. Also the hotel is hotel in the middle of nowhere. Not even a small shop to buy water or snacks. Not keen to spend $9 for one coffee (including tip). Note: don’t follow hotel recommendation on taxi service. They were very expensive rip off merchants. Uber from airport for less than half price of recommended taxi company and get nice clean car instead of old wreck. Overall pretty poor for the exorbitant price.

This property does not live up to its name. We were very disappointed as it did not seem like a 5star Waldorf Astoria Hotel. It felt like a 3Star Hilton Hotel. The breakfast restaurant wait time is no less than 30 min every morning. Make sure to carve out at least an hour in the morning before you head to the parks. The housekeeping was pretty basic. Room Service was cold . Couldn’t enjoy our dinner.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel! The service was outstanding and we had excellent food, drinks and golf! This is a wonderful, high-end resort and I look forward to our next visit. 5 stars from me to these guys - super pleased with our stay!

The property was beautiful but, wasn't able to get drinks or snacks after 9pm. Also seemed to be under staffed at front desk.

Good and comfortable lux hotel. Couldn’t handle restaurant crowd and in room dining on busy nights. Room service won’t replace the used items in the room (glasses etc). Asked for black tea - the guy handed me more chamomile and ran away. And it’s not a “disney” hotel. Limited shuttle and you can’t book lightening passes 7 days in advance

The crown jewel in the Disney empire. This hotel rivals the finest hotels we’ve ever stayed in in NYC Vancouver Miami etc. Dinner at the Bull and Bear was extraordinary the spa was fantastic. You’re on the Disney property. They were super dog friendly - really dog welcoming. But what stood above all of this was how warm and helpful the staff was. Just terrific. As good as any we’ve ever seen anywhere in the world. Will be back and soon.
