Overall average stay. Me and my wife only stayed 1 night but got charged twice for self parking $42. I was refunded, but I am still waiting to get deposit of $125 back and it's been two weeks. The resort fees, and parking fees made a one night stay more costly than intended. Just be prepared for fees.

EV charging stations listed as a hotel Amenities are nor supervised by hotel staff. People park any car at the EV charging stations and nobody cares. Hotel does not care about guests with EV cars. I stayed 2 nights and could not charge my car. EV stations were opened but occupied by other parking guests with gas cars.

The hotel is really run down...the pool was the worst...we did the lazy river and all around there was so much trash in the bushes...from bottles, cans, glasses... They also have a lot of cute ducks walking around the property...and I love them...but they all get in the pool and the amount of 'duck poop' floating was disgusting...we did not got back into the pool and we saw a lot of people doing the same...the positive thing is that you can use the pool at Waldorf next door...and it's soooo much nicer, cleaner and less chaotic...

Property is fantastic. Clean, huge, great rooms. However, the pool was full of ducks drinking the water (low chlorine) and swimming with the people and the hotel restaurants were limited and expensive.

Stinky bed linens plus super stinky carpet. Room was very humid, my son has been coughing every night during stay, maybe moulds were hiding somewhere. Maintenance was not good, hair dryer surface is sticky. You can easily see dust and dirt on the switches. Shampoo and body wash was refilled bottle, the body wash hasn’t been refill for the whole stay, is that because I brought my own? 5 nights stay like a nightmare…

Our stay was decent overall, but there were a few disappointing details. When we arrived, the sleeper sofa hadn’t been made, and we actually found Cheerios in the mattress , definitely not what you’d expect from a Hilton property. Also, the breakfast buffet felt overpriced at $34 per person. Two eggs, a slice of ham, and toast just don’t seem worth that kind of cost. A few improvements in cleanliness and pricing would make the experience much better.

I'll start by saying I know Florida has cockroaches, and even the cleanest hotels can’t keep out all bugs. HOWEVER, the snarky and dismissive attitude from the front desk and customer service suggests this is a very common issue at this hotel. We stayed one night, and in the morning, I found a German cockroach in the bathroom. I killed it and informed the front desk before leaving. Their response? "How many were there?" When I said just one, they replied, "Oh, they won’t do anything about that if it’s just one." I was shocked and asked for management to contact me—they never did. After four days, I reached out through Expedia, only to receive more dismissive comments, including, "Here in Florida, we have all sorts of interesting creatures that wander in from the nature preserve we border." That would make sense if I were on the ground floor, but I was on a high floor with sealed windows—this cockroach didn’t wander in; it came from inside the hotel. What I wanted was a simple, "Sorry, we’ll have an exterminator check it out." Instead, they ignored my requests for follow-up. TL;DR: If you find one roach, expect zero concern. If you find more, maybe they’ll care, but my guess is they have a lot worse things to worry about at this hotel than cockroaches.

The hotel said that they would refund me for this night and I have it documented in an email. They told me to reach out to expedia so that the refund can happen. I need my money back for this night. Had to change my room 3 times upon check in because none of the rooms were cleaned. There was hair, blood, and fecal matter on the sheets. Housekeeping even reached out to apologize to me. I need my money back ASAP.

Nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Occasionally housekeeping would not replenish water/coffee in the room but reception were happy to provide what we needed. The food options were pricey and variable. This is a conference venue which became very busy at times especially in the bar and lobby. The pool area was nice but again became very busy at times. Overall a nice hotel.

My room was not ready by 4 PM as promised and as your policy. They told me it was because it was still being cleaned. I had plans and could not wait we were rushed once we got to our room to be able to get to our reservation. Unfortunately my room was filthy! $500 for one night I expect a lot more than this type of treatment

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. But, the AC in our room was opened and not working the whole stay. We let the front desk know right away and they never came and fixed it. The top was taken apart and a piece was outside of the machine which was a hazard for our child that was with us. We did notify the staff each day but no one ever fixed it. That was rather disappointing for such a nice hotel.

When you enter the property you are greater with a sweet flower smell, check in is easy and staff is super nice. Rooms are good, poor lighting and beds are a little hard. Shuttle service to and from Disney is easy and times are accurate. Our stay was at the same time of a big conference, this made it difficult to get to the bar for a drink at night since the group of 200 or so were all in the lobby and you felt out of place. Pool had plenty of seating, food and service was excellent, the pool needed some attending (leaves everywhere). We would stay her again, but I would make sure there was no large conference going on

The rooms at the Signia Hilton are spacious and well appointed. The mini market/ Starbucks in the lobby is well stocked with all kinds of snacks, treats and take away meals. The lazy river pool was totally relaxing and the water slide was fun!

Unfortunately it was a mediocre stay. The photos and the lobby make it seem like a much better place than what it actually is. The room was uncomfortable. The A/C would not cool below 73-74. The beds were supposed to be queens but felt much smaller. It has the feel of a Disney resort but the comfort of a value hotel.

We showed up early afternoon on Saturday. Our Cabana was taken over by another family because the TV was not working. We were not happy about that and the fact that there was garbage and wet towels left there and our snacks were gone. We alerted management and they immediately sprung into action and made things right. Mistakes are opportunities, and the staff took advantage of that and have earned customers for life. Thank you to the management staff by the pool.

One issue I experienced was the morning of my check out I was woken up by the cleaning lady at 8:45am. Check out is not until 11am anfld I am sure she could have asked the front desk if I had already checked out before knocking and waking me up. She was very rude when I addressed this with her. She stated I should have placed my do not disturb on my door but I could also hear her knocking on other doors. Too early for that.

However, texting worked very well and was very responsive. Real people, or AI? Not sure, but very helpful info. We come to visit this amazing place at least once or twice a year just to take a break. I must say, this is the first time in eight or nine years that we did not thoroughly enjoy our stay. We are giving it a three star rating because the employees were all wonderful. In a nutshell, the first room that we received was stinky… We couldn’t figure out the odor so we asked for a different room. We couldn’t get a room right away, so we came back after an hour and a half lunch, but we still could not secure a room. At that time, there were only two people manning the front desk and tons of people waiting in line. We finally got into our room and it was very nice. Once we got in there we noticed that all of the bath amenities were near empty except for one —we had requested a couple of other amenities and towels, but never received them. We noticed also that there was no ice bucket or ice bag in the room. A few other things… We always look forward to the harvest bistro breakfast buffet, which was advertised at $28 online. When we got the bill we were charged $34 apiece. We always enjoy the fires upstairs during the evening near the bar area, but none of them were lit, and when we ask for them to be lit, no one ever showed up. We went to the Beech restaurant and had great food, but noticed only one girl waiting on all the tables that we could see. She was doing fantastic, but it made for slower service. Water filling stations were empty for hours by the pool. Just disappointing.

I was disappointed in the staff at the front desk. I was also disappointed that they gave us a handicap room that we did not request. The shower got water all over the floor. The pool was lovely and the staff at the pool bar were very nice. I would not select this property again because of the treatment at the front desk.

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We were excited that the hotel advertised chargers for electric cars, however, upon arrival, we found out that there were only two for the entire property. Unfortunately, one of the chargers was broken, and the other was occupied by an electric car that was not using the charger. The closest supercharger is about 15-20 minutes away, so this was definitely a huge inconvienence. Additionally, the hotel advertises that they have shuttles to all of the Disney parks, however, doesn't specify that there are times in which there is only one shuttle making many stops at different parks. One day it took us almost an hour to get to Hollywood Studios (which is a 10 minute drive maximum). We wish this would have been made more clear when we were boarding the shuttle. We will say that the shuttle drivers were incredibly friendly and helpful, we just wish we had a better understanding of how long the shuttles take (we lost out on a lot of time at the parks as a result and likely would have taken an uber/lyft instead). We also found that the cost for coffee was more expensive than inside the Disney parks!

Had a good shuttle service to Disney Parks and Disney Springs. Disney Springs is 10mins drive away there is lots of places to eat and shop. Any other parks Universal etc you have to use Uber or yellow cabs, Uber is the cheapest option, Unless hire a car. Location is convenient.

We really loved our stay at the Signia. From the moment we checked in, every employee was kind and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The dining options were perfect especially the Italian restaurant! The lazy river in the pool was so fun for the kids and having the bar/grill right next to the pool was extremely convenient. Hotel and amenities are nice. The mattress in our room was terribly hard but the pillows were very nice. The restaurant La Luce was extremely overpriced and the food was meh. We even had to pour our own wine because the server never came back to check on us. The menu is very limited. Drinks at the pool and bar are very high as well.

The restaurants on the property can use a little training on customer service. Went to the Harvest Bistro, our waiter was more interested in taking care of BIG party size tables. We waited for our food for a real long time. A large party came after us and our waiter moved ALL his focus on them. Then I waited even more time to get my bill. I also went to La Luce and attempted to get food to go. I was informed that the restaurants in the property do not allow to go orders, but I was able to do that in the Harvest Bistro. I am not sure why one restaurant allows you to take food to go but another one does not. Other than these situations that occurred, I very much enjoyed the stay in Signia. Will come back soon, just won't be dining in any of the restaurants in the property.

They really need to clean up the poolside and offer better service . So many bugs, leaves, tree needles. Very unkempt gardening efforts. The service poolside is very poor and slow. The restaurants in the hotel are overpriced (expected) but lousy quality and service.
