The elevator was Not serviceable during my stay. As a guest, one had to call the front desk to have the attendant push the elevator button from the first floor, for it to descend past the second floor. Very inconvenient.

Firstly and most important, please upgrade your pillows… the pillows are too small more like a cushion. The bed wasn’t comfortable either. I couldn’t sleep whole night. The whole room smells wired. Not sure if the room service did clean bathtub, the shower bar and soap that were used by last guest were still there after we checked in. The lady at the front desk was pretty nice and friendly tho.

Staff is so awesome. Location was perfect and I slept like a baby. No noise from Mardi Gras crowd. All I can say is, I will definitely stay there again. This hotel is frequently used by employees from cruise ships and contractors working. So expect minor wear and tear in some rooms but I sure didn’t mind. Feeling welcome and safe was most important to me. Especially at parade season.

The hotel was in a safe area & Houma is a nice little town. The only issue we had was our room was not cooling down, but as soon as I called down to the front desk, the lady gave me another room & the beds slept great. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the room having a separate bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area, as well as having a large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, large coffee pot, stove top eyes, a kitchen sink, and dishwasher. It was like a mini apartment.

Great place to escape to…the suite allowed me to prepare meals I wanted to eat and not spend excessively on food. The location was convenient to the east side and bayous of Terrebonne Parish. And the staff were ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC!

Room was great; clean, quiet, convenient safe area, comfortable bed, hot water. Staff were pleasant and competent, I understand these are suites with a kitchen, however, the listing photo of the breakfast area showed a hot breakfast section. I found that not to be the case. It was only a continental breakfast offering sugar and carbs. The Community Coffee was strong as you'd expect, but good and always fresh, which was much appreciated. When I asked about the hot breakfast I was told by staff that the Manager discontinued that since the hotel was all suites, and the implication was that guests were expected to prepare their own by utilizing the kitchen in their room. Hubby and I were there two nights for a funeral, and I was counting on easy and fast hot breakfast already prepared. Luckily Waffle House was about 2 minutes away by car and they are very fast.
