No elevator. Small room. Tight parking lots.

Nothing was outstanding, but everything was perfectly fine. Convenient to highways, with plenty of parking. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Easy access from the highwy, excellent breakfast, pet friendly, clean, comfortable, well appointed rooms.

Easy access, staff very friendly and helpful. We were on motorcycles, the staff allowed us to park the motorcycles together in a special area.

Staff were attentive and the building and room were very clean. Parking was easy and location was great for getting back on the interstate. Breakfast was no frills, basic grab a bite, but great for just an overnight stay.

Very convenient location in a safe and quiet area. Rooms have been recently updated and dog friendly. Would highly recommend.

If you are handicapped, this place is not for you. The front doors, there's two of them, are not automatic. You must push/pull them manually. There are no grab bars in the tub/shower. Yes, it's a tub not a walk-in shower. Also, whatever they are using to clean the floors is sticky. I nearly tripped over my own feet!

Hotel room was clean. This is a no-frills hotel --no elevator to the second floor, basic services. Convenient to interstate highway exit. Not much to do in Lewiston.

Clean, affordable rooms, no musty smell from a/c unit, ground floor for easy access for pet walking.

Place was nice. Staff was great. I would stay again. Parking is tight.

Property still smells like stale cigarette smoke after renovation. Very noisy.

Clean rooms, looks like property has been newly updated. All items available for breakfast and they kept things stocked. No bottled water in room. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accomodating.

The hotel was very clean. Our room was also clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. However, I’m a stomach sleeper and the pillows were to fluffy. This was no big deal.

e bed and linens were clean. But the bathroom was quite old and in need of repairs. The hotel smelled badly, really unpleasant. And the smokers that congregated at the entrance and exit made it impossible to avoid cigarette smoke.

Seemed to be nicely renovated, clean and comfortable. Very quiet.

I tried to cancel my second night of this stay by 1:30 day prior (26 hours prior to check in) and they wouldn’t do it. The rooms have paper thin walls and the front desk was not helpful.

Very clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Exceptional friendly and helpful staff. Our room had wood flooring which was nice instead of carpet. Breakfast was pretty good. Bagels, breads, muffins, waffles, yogurt, fruit, egg cheese omletes that you had to microwave. We had enough to get full.

Breakfast offerings were limited and the breakfast area was too small for days like today when the hotel was busy. Dog toileting area was way behind the hotel near the woods, where there is a strange makeshift barricade keeping people out of what appears to be a path. There was definitely a higher demand this weekend because Bates was having Parents’ Weekend. I expected more for what I paid.

My stay was terrible. room was located directly across from the check in desk & next to the room where the ice machine was. So everytime the ice machine was used you could hear it and anytime someone checked in you heard the entire conversation. There was a truck parked outside my window and the truck was loud and noisy so each time it started I heard it. I was told a soccer team was staying there the same night I was there so you couldn’t get near the breakfast area because it was so crowded. With breakfast starting at 6:00 I could hear everyone’s conversation because of how close I was, Between 11-12 o’clock Friday night a guest was arguing with a staff member. The argument became very loud making it difficult to sleep. Not an enjoyable stay after driving 6 1/2 hrs to get there. On a positive note the woman who was covering the front desk was apologetic when I told her of my experience and when I finally was able to get near the breakfast, the breakfast was closed as it ended at 9 and I got to it at 9:15. The desk clerk allowed me and my 96 yr old mom to get some yogurt and bagels and she turned the juice machine back on so we could have some juice and coffee. I give her a 10 out of 10 review, the cleanliness of the hotel a 9 out of 10 review but the location of the room a 1 out of 10. A one because I was on the 1st floor. when I booked the room i knew my 96 yr old mom wouldn’t beable to do the stairs so I asked for a room on the 1st flr,but the location was noisy and loud

Check-in was very smooth and easy, the staff member at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. The other staff was friendly. I stayed with family and next time I come to Lewiston I’ll definitely book here. Bed and pillows were comfy, breakfast offered was good.

Rude front desk night worker… spoke to me like I was a child, I’m 30. Woman working the morning shift was amazing. I’d return, hopefully the disrespect I was shown was just someone having a bad night.

The breakfast service is very poor. The woman at the counter is very rude to the guests, which spoils the breakfast. There is no permanent coffee service for guests. The rooms are not quiet. For sure there must be better places to stay at Lewiston. The truth is that there is no good service policy in the establishment.

Hotel associate, Akia, reached out by text on Thursday, 9/26, if there is anything needed to just text her. Friday at 1:33am I woke up to loud blasting music. So loud that I also felt strong vibrations of the music thru the walls. I texted her the next morning and expected some sort of response / explanation what happened last night. But nothing from her. It was just an empty gesture on her part to say if there is anything I could text her. The sink was clogged and nasty odor throughout the hotel. Warning to all, to stay clear of this hotel. Don’t stay here at all !!!

A very odd night manager insisted on coming in the room to explain a light fixture upon our arrival at 230 am ! He also wanted to go into the bathroom of the room at which point we stopped him and asked him to leave It was creepy to say the least.

We had a very pleasant stay at the best Western. Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were all clean including the rest of the property. David was the manager on site and was extremely polite helpful and professional. I would highly recommend a stay at the best Western.

I work overnight shifts in the area and sometimes it's easier to sleep before making the 2hr drive home. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the rooms have everything I need. I recommend this place to all of my coworkers who nake the same sort of commute.

My wife and I were in Maine for a weekend wedding. We wanted to be close to the wedding venue and we were. We were looking for a place that was convenient; was quiet and where we would only be sleeping for two nights. This hotel fit our needs perfectly.

Our room was clean and spacious with a king size bed, small refrigerator and microwave, along with a coffee maker. There was also a large flat screen TV. The hotel is older, but appears to have been renovated recently. A continental breakfast is offered. Friendly staff at the front desk and housekeeping was top notch. Easy access from the Maine Turnpike.

Convenient and easy to find off the highway

Driveway is a bottleneck. Parking lot areas felt unsafe as people were loitering in cars and a camper trailer, drinking, etc. They were calling out to us as we were going into the building.

Friendly staff. Very clean room and soft beds. In room coffee, fridge and microwave. Easy psrking, multiple entrances from lot. Quite nice for a cheap hotel. Breakfast was extremely limited on choices and ends very early at 9am but checkout isnt until 11

This hotel was fine for a 1 night stay. The man working when I arrived late was very friendly. The breakfast area was very small, and they asked you to not take food up to your room. It got the job done!

Everything was great.The room was clean.The beds were comfortable.Everything worked well. Breakfast was good, nice, friendly staff. All in all an enjoyable stay. This hotel is also very convenient to everything in Lewiston/Auburn.

We were ther for my father's celebration of life. The support staff was okay; the management is unreasonable. The room was adequate. But for a party of four they only give you 3 towels and 2 wash clothes. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. BUT, YOU BETTER NOT THINK ABOUT TAKING BREAKFAST ITEMS BACK TO YOUR ROOM. I did not enjoy being lectured to as a child for bring 2 plates of 2 bagels, 2 omelets, and 2 waffles to our room. I was told this is not allowed and "this will make a mess, and you will attract ants" please do not do it again. If they are so interested in keeping the room clean, why did they not care to clean the stains and white goo off the fabric chair. This is the first time I have ever been told not to do that by any hotel chain, including Marriott & Hilton. We arrived at 2am that morning after a long day of delayed flights. The breakfast stops at 9am and we had just woken up at 840am. I thought I would at least grab a little bit of food before it was put up so we could get showered and dressed and not continue to starve. Also, there are only 8 tables and 16 chairs, which is not enough for the always packed breakfast area. One morning I stood to eat my food, as there was nowhere to sit, in fear of being yelled at again for taking food back to my room. Never mind the countless people at night who were ordering Door Dash and eating that in their room. The TV remote didn't work and it wasn't even the correct remote for the TV.

The hotel and staff were both just what I was looking for at the end of a long day of travel. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection and (most importantly!) tasty coffee! The only downside, which was not anything to do with the property itself, was some difficulty locating food for supper that was close at hand. Again, not a reflection on the property, more a lack of knowledge about the surrounding area on my part.
