Overall room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff could be more welcoming. Outside areas could be better maintained. Overall was sufficient for an overnight stay only.

The motel was well kept and the room Was clean and overall we enjoyed our stay just disappointed we did not get to have a swim the pool looked so inviting and beautiful it just sparkled

The rooms are run down, dusty and stains on the bedding. The reception wasnt manned and breakfast wasnt offered as advertised. The pool was only just cleaned so full of chemical and the chairs around the pool were filthy. There is no disignated smoking area. So there are ashtrays outside everyroom so the smell of cigarettes comes into your room. My kids were playing in the pool at 6pm are were screamed at by a resident to shut up. Pool closes at 8pm

Location was good and close to shops, pool was very inviting. The host was helpful with where to eat both close by and our future travels. Would stay there again.

This place is an awesome little find! Loads of parking, immaculate rooms, showers have incredible pressure and there’s even a little common area with a gas BBQ. The owner Sam is a super friendly guy who is lovely to chat to. We will definitely stay again. Bargain!

The reception person I encountered was accommodating, but not friendly. The parking is a bit tight and most likely not in front of your room. Overall, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. For the price you pay it is ok.

Hotel Grande is nicely located on the old main road, about a 3-5 minute drive to Tamworth CBD, depending on the star rating of your Uber driver. Shout out to Warren. Legend. Upon pulling into the hotel area, you're met with a quaint little 11 units/rooms so not overly busy, if at all. During checking in, hotel staff were very polite and helpful and did whatever they could to accommodate you. I read reviews on this place before booking and after what seemed like nothing but good things being said, I booked this room for $130 a night, (which based off reviews seemed to good to be true) and expected $130 standards (not in a good way). Walking into the room, I was stoked. The room was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable and the shower was probably the best water pressure I'd ever had in a room. Although the shower was a little small, it felt homely so that was a nice touch. The air con worked first go straight away, no 10 minute delay and the roller shutters were a good addition and easily operated. TV was new and gave options for all channels and digital movie services to log into your account. Housekeeping fixed everything and replaced all things that were used and it was done well. 5/5 there. I'll just say this. I've stayed in a lot of places in Tamworth and I'd say this was the best place besides The Powerhouse. But if im looking for great value, great amenities and service, this is it. I'd honestly stay here over The Powerhouse and will book every time I go back. A

Decent room, clean and in good condition. Not the most comfortable bed. Biggest issue was the road noise from early morning (3am onwards). My room was roadside and it was just too loud to sleep through.

Clean, comfortable & well priced. Rooms are well stocked & the grounds are quiet. Netflix on the TV is a nice modern touch!

The only issue was the fact that the fridge wasn’t working properly. It also took us some time to get the TV to work. Room was very clean and bed really comfortable

Could do with a bedside table on BOTH sides of bed, I had to put glasses & watch on the FLOOR, Wifi also far to weak, connected to but couldn't even get emails, also what's the point of supplying a toaster, but no knife & only saucers as a plate? Will not be staying again!

Nice motel - rooms modern and clean with great bed and air conditioning. A bit too far away from CBD but shopping centre not too far away! Crockery and cutlery are available from reception :) A pleasant overnight stay.

Lovely staff at reception

I liked staying there and the check-in was amazingly quick and no fuss. I really appreciated the friendliness , the lovely soft pillows, confortable bed and the room overall was comfortable.

My son and I had a sporting fixture that was cancelled due to a weather event. We were unable to give 24 hours notice as per the policy. This decision was out of our control. We called the hotel to explain our position and they were not flexible. We did not want our money back but wanted to change to a different date. They refused. Wotif contacted the hotel and the manager and still they refused. Very disappointing as this was out of our control. We will not be coming back and recommending this accommodation to our peers who regulatory attend Tamworth for sporting fixtures.

Generally a nice experience. Room was well kept and looks renovated. Great value for money. Only let down was no milk in room, which is usually standard these days.
