Great property for our stay to go to Spark Arena - easy distance to walk. Staff are great and helpful and very welcoming. Easy car parking as it is attached. Ear plugs provided in case traffic noise an issue but didnt bother us. Great to have a hotel that still provides "normal" milk (ie not powdered) with ample selection of tea, coffee, sugar, hit chocolate and even a biscuit. Overall a great place to stay.

This was the prefect place for me to stay prior to my Procedure at Auckland City Hospital.The room was accessible with my mobility issues.Room was very clean and nice and quiet so I could rest. Very handy to the expressway and Hospital and not to far away from Westfield Newmarket. Staff very friendly and parking on-site made this a 5Star experience.I will highly recommend The Quest Carlaw Park to others looking for accommodation in Auckland.

Nice apartment style room with kitchenette and laundry. Has everything you need for an extended stay. Access to the fitness centre around the corner with sauna,spas,gym,pools - nice place if you have time. 15min walk to central Auckland. Not much around the hotel itself other than a cafe and convenience store

Convenient if you are going to spark arena just a walk 10 min max walk Place was great and clean the only issue I had was that the tap on the shower was nearly falling off and we booked parking but she did not tell us what level just in quest parking so had to call from the car park after looking for 15 mins in the end a person got back to us and the directions was easy - be good for reception to tell people when they check in that the parking for quest is on the 1 st level in the cage on the right hand side as you go in - simple and will stop people driving around - otherwise great stay easy to get to and from

Absolutely beautiful accommodations that were spacious enough for our family of 4 to feel right at home. Comfortable beds, immaculate bathrooms, washer AND dryer (one of only 2 places we stayed in NZ that had one available), full sized fridge in a well-appointed kitchen and smart tv which my sons appreciated. Walkable to nice dining options and the Auckland War Memorial Museum. Easy in/out parking for reasonable daily fee. Housekeeping came daily which was a surprise since most places no longer do this. We stayed 4 nights at the hotel, during those days our room wasn’t vacuumed and we only had a small pocket tissue - there were no tissue box in the room. The toilet door made loud sounds when opening and closing. Shower water was rather warm not hot and very weak.

Room was tidy and clean. The kitchen had a great selection of utensils, plates, a microwave, cook top, etc - very easy to cook your own food. The washer/dryer was also a bonus. I found the room quite hot and the aircon didn't make it into the bedroom as there was a large wall across the room. Great location, very friendly staff. Would stay here again

We arrived "after hours" at 4 pm on a Sunday. Had to wait at the intercom to contact a representative to give us access to the lobby. But otherwise a straightforward stay. The room was generous sized, with separation between bedroom and kitchen area. There was a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. It is very handy if visiting a student, adjacent to Stewart McCutcheon house.

We arrived "after hours" at 4 pm on a Sunday. Had to wait at the intercom to contact a representative to give us access to the lobby. But otherwise a straightforward stay. The room was generous sized, with separation between bedroom and kitchen area. There was a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. It was very tidy and clean. The shower was atrocious though. No pressure and wobbly fixture that needed constant fiddling. After battling the evening before, we left without showering in the morning and showered when we got home. We had chosen Quest for proximity, convenience and parking so we could get to a concert after driving to Auckland. We didn't use the kitchen or any other facilities. Bit of a pity really, as the unit was good otherwise.

Fantastic apartment style with fridge, stove, microwave. Including silverware, dish soap and laundry soap. Only thing to note is a good uphill walk from cafes & restaurants and right around hotel business/ student area that closes on weekends.

I love everything about this place, helpful friendly front desk staff, rooms have everything including washing machine and dryer, always spotlessly clean. You get complimentary use of health club that's 5 minutes walk away with a gym, 2 pools and gigantic gym floor. It is convenient to motor ways but is quieter than most places. There's lots of restaurants and food places a few minutes walk away and also " in house" food places

The after-hours check process was easy, and the staff were personable and helpful. Everything worked as it should, and it's very handy for Parnell restaurants for evening meals.

Absolutely beautiful accommodations that were spacious enough for our family of 4 to feel right at home. Comfortable beds, immaculate bathrooms, washer AND dryer (one of only 2 places we stayed in NZ that had one available), full sized fridge in a well-appointed kitchen and smart tv which my sons appreciated. Walkable to nice dining options and the Auckland War Memorial Museum. Easy in/out parking for reasonable daily fee. Housekeeping came daily which was a surprise since most places no longer do this. Would love to stay here again if in Auckland, highly recommend!!!

I think this is 100% one of the very best places to stay in Auckland with the most lovely, genuinely friendly staff. The apartments are comfy and quiet and every room has all the amenities to make it a home away from home. I love the complimentary use of the NextGen health club and gym with 2 pools, spa, sauna, steam room and a massive gym floor with everything you can imagine for training. The apartments are very handy to a good variety of restaurants and cafes, plus takeaway options along Parnell rise which is 5 to 10 minute walking distance and it's also handy to the motorway. I have stayed here often-both solo and with family and friends and always had a great stay I love the little touches like complimentary cookie time cookie .

安全で静かなところにあるけれど、交通の便も良く出かけるのにとても便利です。部屋も清潔で、キッチンには必要なものすべてが整っています。お部屋にランドリーがあるのも家族でステイするのにはとても便利でした。私の泊まった部屋について１つあると便利だと思ったのは、冷蔵庫に、アイスクリームが入れられるような大きめのフリーザーがあるといいな、と思いました。

The apartment was super comfortable and had everything i needed. Both front desk staff i meet on this stay were very personable helpful and friendly. I especially enjoy the complimentary entry to the gym/ health club just 100m down the road. Next Gen gym has lovely pools, spa, sauna, steam room, plunge pool a well equipped and enormous gym and there's a Cafe with great Beirut of healthy food options. I also appreciate the lovely Italian restaurant and bar and the cafes and sushi place adjoining the hotel. Parking at the hotel is undercover and costs $30 per night

Apartment clean, tidy and ok. Requested sheets to be changed due to me having just had big dose of chemo treatment, immune compromised and needing absolute hygiene. Even tho staff aware of this it would only be done if I paid additional fees. Disappointing
