物有所值 附近就是地鐵站、便利店及Aeon超市。 但最近住宿附近白天有裝修及聲音， 但不太影響，因為都只在白天，已出門了。 下次到大阪會再選擇這間。

Great location. Good size for us (a couple). Close to stations and walking distance to many popular areas, yet quiet enough that you feel you are far enough away. One caveat, there is some BBQ smoke that is sometimes quite thick coming from one of the restaurants close by. Some days are worse than others. Thankfully, there is a way to dry clothes inside the shower, as I would not put clean wet clothes outside. Sometimes the smell was also a bit strong inside from the smoke.

可能新裝修，所有設施都好新，但唔知係咪因為其他房未裝修好，早上裝修師傅9點就開始開工，有啲嘈，不過整體來講係好嘅。
