Great hotel with a very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is not the largest, but has everything you need and is fresh. Good coffee. Great to have pool close, and also the beach right in front of the hotel with access included. Tirrenia was also a pleasent area. Not the newest standard on the rooms, but upgraded bathrooms, nice bed and size. A really nice hotel overall! Would absolutely recommend, and we will be back :)

Fabulous large pool which was very quiet in the morning. Access to the beach also with chairs & parasols for free. All within walking distance. Room sizes were large although dated. Could do with more charging points

Hotellet ligger bra plassert ved Stranda. Som gjest disponerer en solstoler og parasoll på stranda. Vil du ha solseng koster det 8 euro pr dag pr seng. Hotellet er noe slitent. Rommene er pusset opp nylig men ikke gangene. Der lukter det gammelt. Verandaen hadde 2 plastikkstoler og en plastikk krakk. Noen kroner mere her så mye bedre. Frokosten helt ok men selvbetjent kaffimaskiner trekker noe ned. Kan anbefale dette hotellet👍

Overnatning var i top med gode og rene værelser. Stand og pool område er i top også. Morgenmad er OK men ikke helt i top. Parkering kælder er god men dyr i forhold til gratis parlering ude på privat vej.

The bathroom is very old and dirty. Shower drain was blocked and we needed someone to fix it. They came relatively quickly to sort it out. The pool and gym are fantastic. Close to the beach. Hallway smells like smoke.

Super hotel og gode omgivelser. Parkerings forholdene er ikke optimale hvis man er i bil. Selvom at man får en parkeringstilladelse af hotellet, så er det kun et held hvis man får en plads da parkeringspladsen deles med strandgæster, handlende osv.

Slitt hotell. Det var rent på rommene. Gang som en kunne bruke om en ikke tok heis var skitten. I hjørnene låg det fluer og skitt som i hvert fall ikke ble fjernet i løpet av vårt opphold. Treningsrommet var veldig varmt. Apparatene var klissete og det var verken håndkle, papir eller noe en kunne tørke over apparatene med. Stort basseng med mange solsenger Nær strand der en kunne disponere solstol

The staff were excellent, however the hotel is dirty. It's an older hotel but just not kepted up. We could barely see through the window, years of built up dirt, side of the bed was filthy, bathroom wad dirty and the hotel has a bad smell.

Fick byta rum efter två dagar då första rummet var rätt orenligt och eluttagen var både utdragna och intryckta i väggen, kändes inte så säkert. Inte så serviceminded personal på stranden, och personalen i frukostsalen var väldigt stressad och man kände sig ivägen när man skulle ta mat.

Das Hotel war grundsätzlich ganz ok. Zimmer war soweit sauber da wo man immer putzt, aus den Fenstern sah man allerdings kaum raus da diese so verschmutzt waren und auch die Vorhänge waren nicht sauber. Der Boden um den Pool hat eine weiche Beschichtung die teilweise echt ekelig aussieht und sich auch an vielen Stellen bereits löst. Strand war sauber. Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Wir waren einmal in dem Garten Restaurant des Hotels und das Essen war sehr gut. Um das Hotel herum gab es einige kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ca 5 min Fußweg auch eine nette Gasse mit vielen kleinen Restaurants in denen wir auch gut gegessen haben.

Alt alt for dyrt til standarden. Betalte næsten 6000 dk for 2 overnatninger. Værelset var slidt og ekstremt beskidt. Sand på gulvet også efter rengøring og lister samt ventilation var helt behårede. Fandt lange sorte hår i skufer samt vasken på badeværelset. Ved indtjekning Der lå kæmpe nullermænd under sengen.. sengen var ekstremt hård. Vinduer har ikke været pudset de sidste mange år. Møblering var slidt.air con. Larmede meget. Badeværelset var ekstemt lille til et hotel værelse beregnet til 4 pers. Bruseniche meget trang. Morgen maden var sparsom kedelig og tør. Vi gik på den private strand der hørte til hotellet for så at blive opkrævet ekstre penge for at få 1 solseng.. hele 10 euro pr stk. ikke normalt på hoteller der har strand. Pool området var okay men kedeligt. Vaskeservice var langsom. Skulle bruge halvandet døgn på 6 par sokker og 4 tshirts... personalet forstod kun minimal engelsk slet ikke pengene værd. Fantastic and helpful staff. We went in mid-October so no crowds. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance and the beach access was wonderful. A good spot within driving distance to Pisa and Tuscany if you’re looking to venture out. Room was clean and quiet.

A good buffet breakfast. Lots of beach opportunities, in appropriate season. Staff was friendly. Room is old but clean and otherwise it was good. It’s a quiet area with limited happenings, again, we were there in off season.

Slitt hotell. Harde senger. Fryktelige puter. Litt slitt hotell. Positivt at det aldri var problem å få solseng ved bassenget. Heller ikke problem å få solseng på strand. Må betale ekstra om man skal ha mer enn to solsenger på strand. Men MYE ledige senger der. Frokost helt gjennomsnittlig italiensk. Søvnig liten badeby. Litt folkeliv noen kvelder. Lett å få bord på restaurantene i området. Liten kiosk ved bassenget der du går kjøpt fries, toast, drikke osv.

Bra bassengområde og strand. Utmerket frokost med stort utvalg, noe som er sjeldent i Italia. Rommene og korridorene bærer preg av å være gamle og utdaterte. AC bråket veldig og slangen til hårføneren var sprukket.

Ok rom, med balkong og sjøutsikt. Trist møblert på balkongen. Vår AC var skrudd av og hadde 29 g på rommet første natten. Små rom. Fikk ikke info om solsenger og parasol på stranden som skulle være inkludert, så vi leide

Mehr als enttäuschend. Hotel ist uralt und renovierungsbedürftig. Duschen nur mit offener Tür möglich, da so klein. Rückenschmerzen durch sehr schlechte Matratzen. Möbel alt und verbraucht. Laut, so dass man erst ab mindestens 0 Uhr keine Musik mehr hört. Am Wochenende voll ohne Ende, wie eine Kirmes vor der Tür. Im Flur riecht es nach Schimmel. Frühstück richtig ecklig. 1 Stern maximal! Meerzugang nur seitlich und für alles muss man extra bezahlen. Tiefgarage 30 € pro Tag! Wucher. Draußen Kampf um freie Parkplätze (Kosten ab 7 € pro Tag). Wir haben uns leider erst bei Abreise massiv beschwert, da wir nur 2 Tage da waren. Angeblich hätte man das Zimmer tauschen können. Aber bei fast 250 € pro Zimmer mit Frühstück erwartet man von Anfang an mehr Qualität. Nie wieder hier! Wir als Familie können nur abraten! Die Rezessionen unter meiner spiegeln auch wieder, dass die Fotos nicht der Realität entsprechen.

Alt alt for dyrt til standarden. Betalte næsten 6000 dk for 2 overnatninger. Værelset var slidt og ekstremt beskidt. Sand på gulvet også efter rengøring og lister samt ventilation var helt behårede. Fandt lange sorte hår i skufer samt vasken på badeværelset. Ved indtjekning Der lå kæmpe nullermænd under sengen.. sengen var ekstremt hård. Vinduer har ikke været pudset de sidste mange år. Loved everything about this stay except the morning noise in the hallway. Great location, superb service, lovely town, bus nearby, and a delightful breakfast each morning. Remember if you need heat in your room to have the front desk activate the system - love the green thinking!

A good buffet breakfast. Lots of beach opportunities, in appropriate season. Staff was friendly. Room is old but clean and otherwise it was good. It’s a quiet area with limited happenings, again, we were there in off season.

Fick byta rum efter två dagar då första rummet var rätt orenligt och eluttagen var både utdragna och intryckta i väggen, kändes inte så säkert. Inte så serviceminded personal på stranden, och personalen i frukostsalen var väldigt stressad och man kände sig ivägen när man skulle ta mat.

We thought this was more of a beach type stay considering the pictures. They have a space in the beach that limits two upright chairs on the beach but you feel like you’re away from the beach. If you want to lay down for sun you have to pay 10euro per loungue chair and they squeeze it in to the already crowded area that’s designated for the hotel. Seems like they rent out a small section from a beach club to offer to its customers. The beds were very hard. Staff was not as friendly as we are used to in the hospitality business. The lady that checked us out was very nice. The man that checked us in didn’t explain much when we checked in. No towels are provided in the beach or the pool. You can use the room towels, but then have to ask for more towels. There is a fee of €30 to park daily in the hotel or you can park on the street and pay for street parking if you can find a spot since it gets pretty full during the day. Overall, it was an average experience. It wasn’t a terrible hotel. Maybe my expectations were higher than they should have been.

Grand Hotel was such a beautiful beachfront hotel. We had a view of the water and a quick walk to ample umbrella seats at the beach. It was a wonderful beach to visit during our trip to Italy! We were given an upgraded room that was available at no charge. Easy to walk to restaurants and delicious gelato. Great beach vibe with restaurants and bars right by the water!

Great hotel with a very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is not the largest, but has everything you need and is fresh. Good coffee. Great to have pool close, and also the beach right in front of the hotel with access included. Tirrenia was also a pleasent area. Not the newest standard on the rooms, but upgraded bathrooms, nice bed and size. A really nice hotel overall! Would absolutely recommend, and we will be back :)

Das Hotel war grundsätzlich ganz ok. Zimmer war soweit sauber da wo man immer putzt, aus den Fenstern sah man allerdings kaum raus da diese so verschmutzt waren und auch die Vorhänge waren nicht sauber. Der Boden um den Pool hat eine weiche Beschichtung die teilweise echt ekelig aussieht und sich auch an vielen Stellen bereits löst. Strand war sauber. Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Wir waren einmal in dem Garten Restaurant des Hotels und das Essen war sehr gut. Um das Hotel herum gab es einige kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ca 5 min Fußweg auch eine nette Gasse mit vielen kleinen Restaurants in denen wir auch gut gegessen haben.

The hotel is very dated. We haven’t been for about 6 years and it is still as dated as it was years ago. The only improvement was the breakfast area had been relocated - much better. The shower in our room was so small you could not turn and it was extremely difficult to wash your hair. The hotel has a distinct smell of ‘ drains’ in the entrance and reception area, very smelly and off putting. They have introduced a 15 euro hire charge for pool towels… the towels were almost threadbare!! We also had an issue of another guest stealing our hired towels, they clearly did not want to pay the 15 euros. This is definitely not a 4 star rating!!

Room floor was sandy, pillows were so flat to be non existent. Check in staff was lifeless and still working 12 hours later so there's a clue. Restaurant is uninspired and caters to German tourist.
