Stayed 3 nights

Room floor was sandy, pillows were so flat to be non existent. Check in staff was lifeless and still working 12 hours later so there's a clue. Restaurant is uninspired and caters to German tourist. Breakfast is blah, lots of variety but none of it really good. No explanation of beach club, pool was closed and one of the main reasons the hotel was chosen. Overall a tired property.

Room was clean , a little small, but we had a balcony which was nice. We could see the sea from balcony and you could hear the sound of the surf. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic and helpful staff. We went in mid-October so no crowds. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance and the beach access was wonderful. A good spot within driving distance to Pisa and Tuscany if you’re looking to venture out. Room was clean and quiet.

Staff were putting away umbrellas ahead of time because they wanted to go home. They just ignored me and walked away
