Helt greit hotell, ikke noe fantastisk. Stort og upersonlig. Rommene var ok, rengjøring kunne vært bedre. Stort bra basseng område, egen strand som var bra. Og en liten bonus var takterrasse med basseng. Betjeningen var veldig varierende. Frokosten var helt grei. Var ca 25min å gå til Tirrenia sentrum.

Piacevole hotel ricavato da una struttura di un ex colonia. Mancano i servizi ed il comfort per essere un 5 stelle. Ma forse anche per un 4. Un ascensore rotto. Attese lunghissime per un cappuccino. Costo dell’ombrellone in spiaggia non incluso. Parcheggio da pagare a parte. Poi stanza disponibile dopo le 16 ma checkout entro le 10. Quindi il costo dell’accesso all’hotel è per 16 ore e non per 24. Peccato. Potrebbero fare meglio considerando che sono una catena non torneró in un loro Hotel. C’è sicuramente di meglio.

Very nice hotel with great beach front. It is either a 60 euro taxi ride to Pisa or the bus which we found to be convenient. Breakfast was very good as was roof pool. The private beach was about 40 euro and very nicely maintained. We hope to stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay ... site is incredible .. the infinity pool and sunsets divine .. would definitely stay again ..Fantastic service and everyone really pleasant However I struggled as I found information lacking and conflicting eg opening hours - kitchen closed when it was supposed to be open ... and open when it was supposed to be closed ... apparently there may have been paddle boards to hire but no info .., I asked about the electric bikes which I saw but nobody had explained them Although English was spoken by many of the staff many didn't have a strong grasp eg waitress asked if I would like water with ice ... yes please ..never came so I asked her for it and she didn't understand me - accent I guess BUT all staff very lovely and helpful and pleasant !! The lovely big pool on the ground floor had no food /drinks service and the pools close early at 7pm - on a hot bright sunny day it is early ... and if you have been out and about for the day nothing nicer than a swim and cooling off The beach you have to pay for the chairs as you are not allowed to put your towel on the sand ...there is a whole pricing structure to the chairs ....

Ok værelse - lidt småt for 3 personer. Meget det ikke fungerede og skulle dagligt i receptionen fordi engen telefon eller aircondition ikke virkede. Rift om pladserne ved pool på taget - da der var få liggestole - men ellers dejligt uden meget larm. Anden pool ok - dog mange mennesker. Stranden også, det skal betales særskilt for liggestole etc og pool-bar alt for dyr! Morgenmad ikke nogen aha oplevelse.

Absurde Gebühr für einen Platz am Hotelstrand – je nach Entfernung vom Meeresufer reichte die Gebühr von 25 € pro Tag für einen Platz in der letzten Reihe in der Nähe der Dünen bis zu 70 € für einen Platz am Meer. Blue Bar am Pool auf dem Dach des Hotels - minus 5 Sterne, trotz dreier Bedienung, die Wartezeit auf das bestellte Getränk betrug bis zu 40 Minuten, es kam vor, dass der Kellner die Bestellung ganz vergaß, die Außentische der Bar waren dreckig, der Schmutz der Vorgäste wurde nicht beseitigt, der Wein wurde wie in einer Straßenkneipe serviert, ohne weiße Serviette um den Flaschenhals, während der Kellner Wein in ein Glas einschenkte, ließ er eine tropfende Flasche auf dem Tisch stehen. Kjempe fint hotell, med bra service, vi fikk oppgradert rommet vårt gratis og vi fikk tilgang til strand området med seng og parasol. flott basseng med utsikt oppe ved baren.

Propere kamer, maar de badkamer vertoonde enkele gebreken (de kleine spiegel in de badkamer en de haardroger waren stoffig). Goeie bedden, kussens en lakens en ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en verzorgd.

Positivo: staff bar, staff colazione, piscine, spiaggia e parcheggio Negativo: pulizia (tanta polvere sopra il minibar e sopra lo specchio in camera) poca empatia dello staff della reception (tranne il portiere di notte giovane), tv pochi canali italiani, servizio in camera dal ristorante dell'hotel sempre troppo affollato (2 sere su 2 richieste, sempre e solo... dopo le 21)

It does not look like a five start hotel. They just tidy the room, never cleaned or took on new beedsheets on the 5 days we stayed. Got wrong room key so we went into someone elses room, ants on the bathroom, had to go to the reseption for them to fix the AC since it wasn't working. Booked a table at the resturant at 8pm, got there and they say it wasn't available until 9pm. So do not reccomend this hotel.

Je suis déçue de mon expérience dans cet hôtel. J'ai eu à me plaindre de l'état de la chambre au niveau de la propreté et au niveau de l'état de délabrement de certains éléments de la chambre. La chambre etait de plus infestée de fourmies. Je l'ai signalé à la réception qui a enregistré ma demande et qui a tout de suite demandé un nettoyage de ma salle de bain. Le personnel de réception et la femme de ménage etaient cependant très bien mais les problèmes relevés dépassent leur marge de manoeuvre. En bref, cet hotel ne merite pas ses 5 étoiles.

There were ants in the room and they turned off all water in the evening so we couldn’t shower or wash hands. Toilet was dirty when we got there. Breakfast and beach were good, however they don’t tell you the beach is an additional charge.

Scarsa cura dei particolari. Soprattutto la pulizia lascia a desiderare. Stanza spaziosa ma povera, una sola sedia e un microtavolino per una stanza da 4 persone… abbiamo dovuto far tornare la cameriera a spazzare per terra. Nello spazio esterno (la camera era a piano terra) c’erano le cicche dei precedenti ospiti. Almeno la la colazione era buona.

An sich ein schönes Hotel. Frisch renoviert, weitestgehend Modern. Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht um am nächsten Tag auf die Fähre von Livorno zu kommen. Was absolut inakzeptabel war, es gab eine geschlossene Gesellschaft im 4. Stock. Obwohl unser Zimmer im 1. Stock war, war schlafen absolut unmöglich. Musik und Schuhe vom Tanzen waren im Zimmer lauter als auf dem Flur. Wir waren 4x an der Rezeption und haben gebeten dagegen etwas zu unternehmen. Fehlanzeige. Nie wieder! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Schade.

This was a family holiday with 5 adults staying in 3 Superior rooms for a week, they were far from Superior and nothing like what was advertised on the website. They were small and cramped. This hotel is advertised as a 5* hotel, its far from that I have to say, I would rate it a 4*. The location is very quite and only a few restaurants in walking distance. Great base location for touring around.
This was a family holiday with 5 adults staying in 3 Superior rooms for a week, they were far from Superior and nothing like what was advertised on the website. They were small and cramped. This hotel is advertised as a 5* hotel, its far from that I have to say, I would rate it a 4*. The location is very quite and only a few restaurants in walking distance. Great base location for touring around.

Staff were amazing, AC was set to 28 degrees minimum and room was very hot. Had dinner at the hotel which was amazing as in the surroundings there weren’t any restaurants open .

Helt greit hotell, ikke noe fantastisk. Stort og upersonlig. Rommene var ok, rengjøring kunne vært bedre. Stort bra basseng område, egen strand som var bra. Og en liten bonus var takterrasse med basseng. Betjeningen var veldig varierende. Frokosten var helt grei. Var ca 25min å gå til Tirrenia sentrum.

Piacevole hotel ricavato da una struttura di un ex colonia. Mancano i servizi ed il comfort per essere un 5 stelle. Ma forse anche per un 4. Un ascensore rotto. Attese lunghissime per un cappuccino. Costo dell’ombrellone in spiaggia non incluso. Parcheggio da pagare a parte. Poi stanza disponibile dopo le 16 ma checkout entro le 10. Quindi il costo dell’accesso all’hotel è per 16 ore e non per 24. Peccato. Potrebbero fare meglio considerando che sono una catena non torneró in un loro Hotel. C’è sicuramente di meglio.

It does not look like a five start hotel. They just tidy the room, never cleaned or took on new beedsheets on the 5 days we stayed. Got wrong room key so we went into someone elses room, ants on the bathroom, had to go to the reseption for them to fix the AC since it wasn't working. Booked a table at the resturant at 8pm, got there and they say it wasn't available until 9pm. So do not reccomend this hotel.

Lovely resort and accommodation, excellent breakfast and rooftop bistro / bar is wonderful. Staff were friendly and made a real fuss of our little boy, particularly Alessandro, Deni and Marika who were all lovely and welcoming. A few minor maintenance issues and rooms weren’t cleaned every single day due to scheduling (generally cleaned between 2 - 4pm but this is often the hottest part of the day so often wanted to cool off after lunch) but very little to complain about overall. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

The waiters accidentally poured barbeque sauce into my glass of wine. Took it away and brought a clean glass. No excuse. No compensation for the wine that was thrown away and yet we had to pay for a whole bottle. The staff at the beach restaurant could not make themselves understood, including English. Sockets were loose in the room. The wall lacked paint and moldings were loose. IT'S NOT FIVE STARS I have tried to upload pictures, but the functions for this does not work.

Overall really satisfied with our stay, we do not eat fish or sea food so our food experience wasn’t the best. Few restaurants close by. Hotel was good, fresh breakfast and nice staff BUT our hotel smelled cigarette and like an ash tray multiple times. We contacted the reception to complain but didn’t get any particular help. The smell came from the vent in the bathroom so probably from some other room

The hotel was lovely was great for a few days. It was spacious for three friends. The beach is just a few minutes walk and would absolutely recommend this place if all you want to do is be on the beach. The biggest let down was the neighbourhood- it feels abandoned and derelict with many abandoned and boarded up buildings. There’s not much around at all. We were lucky to have a car but if you didn’t have your own car it would be a real struggle to try and get anywhere. Closest restaurant is 20 minute walk which is fine but it wasn’t the best restaurant either. If you want a fun thriving area, don’t book here, if you want a beach holiday and are fine to stay in one place, you’ll have a great time!

Dette er IKKE et 5 stjerners hotell! Tungvint plassert i forhold til transport. Vanskelig med Taxi, busser kommer ikke på tid. Få restauranter i nærheten. Dårlig mat på hotell, spesielt strandrestauranten.. Personal i resepsjon snakket dårlig engelsk og var lite imøtekomnende, bør på et smilekurs.

Very nice hotel with great beach front. It is either a 60 euro taxi ride to Pisa or the bus which we found to be convenient. Breakfast was very good as was roof pool. The private beach was about 40 euro and very nicely maintained. We hope to stay again!

Bare et kort opphold på 1 dag. Var litt uheldige med været, men fikk noen timer sol på ettermiddagen. Vannet langs stranden var litt grumsete denne dagen, men det var et flott strandområde tilhørende hotellet. Også et greit bassengområde + en flott skybar/restaurant med infinity-pool. Området rundt hadde litt utkants-preg og det var en del slitne bygninger og områder.

Første inntrykk et veldig fint hotell. Service var ikke noe å skryte av -ingenting ekstra. Rommet var stort og fint, men dusj var litt skitten. Vi var 2 voksne og 2 barn som reiste Det var ingen møbler på rommet som bord og stoler å sitte ved, eller legge saker og ting på. Rommet hadde tilhørende terasse som vi satt på. Her fikk vi ekstra stoler uten problem. Veldig fint bassengområde. Det eneste minuset her var at hvit bikini ble helt ødelagt pga vannet i bassenget. + for at det var badehåndduker til låns. Vi fikk aldri testet restauranten da det var veldig vanskelig å få plass på kvelden. Frokosten var ikke noe ekstra for oss, men helt ok med forskjellig utvalg. Det var veldig mye bråk i matsalen. Vi er fornøyd med oppholdet, men når ikke helt opp til 5* for vår del.

Positivo: staff bar, staff colazione, piscine, spiaggia e parcheggio Negativo: pulizia (tanta polvere sopra il minibar e sopra lo specchio in camera) poca empatia dello staff della reception (tranne il portiere di notte giovane), tv pochi canali italiani, servizio in camera dal ristorante dell'hotel sempre troppo affollato (2 sere su 2 richieste, sempre e solo... dopo le 21)

Hotellet tilsvarer ikke 5 stjerner. Badet var dårlig renholdet. Dusjen lakk vann utover gulvet. Frokosten var trist, ønsket man annet en bakst, eggerøre, pølse eller ost kostet det dyrt. Alt badetøy ble grønt etter å bade i bassengene var grønt på alle kantene rundt. Stranden var ok dyrt å leie solsenger.

The resort is everthing you see and the pictures and more. The breakfast is awesome and was a great start to our mornings. My group enjoyed our 8 days stay. I will visit again.
