Room was filthy staff was very unpleasant. Security locks were broke on outside of doors. Anyone could walk in TV didn’t work killed yellow jackets in the room…. Hot tub was full of green slime. Pool was real murky. Very unsafe healthwise…Ended our stay and move to Comfort Inn, which was very nice.

Do NOT stay here, after driving 10 hours my family and I decided to stop and get a good nights sleep and let the kiddo play in the pool! Well let’s just list a few items that made this an absolute nightmare of a facility and La Quinta should be very concerned with…the indoor pool facility was a hazard for anyone entering, black mold throughout the entire area, windows open/screens broke with outdoor equipment laying all around, exposed wires in the wall and on the door, hot tub not working. Then we enter the room and it smells like a swamp, the 1st floor window is unsecured, locks have been broken off, anyone can access it from the outside! This is a complete and utter management failure!!! It was so bad we left and attempted to call management and they stated in order for us to get our money back we had to call Expedia…good luck with that!!! I have documented all the pictures and will be filing a complaint with the BBB!

For the price, i live this hotel. Its clean. Rooms are nice and well kept. Big downside is parking at night. Several parking spaces taken up by truck drivers so at night hard to find place to park. Seems there 8s more room to add parking.

Pool was not heated, hot tub out of order and expedia says sleeps 5 but no sleeper sofa. Paid extra so kids would have pool and the staff was unapologetic.

The pool was to much chlorine you couldnt see the bottom of the pool. Smelled like feet the whole hotel. Hot tub wasnt hot. Water was green on the Hot Tub spot. We will not be staying again

It is kind of sad. The hotel needs some general housekeeping. Card readers on the outside of the building were not working or detaching. One security door was unlocked so anyone can enter. The pool room looked abandoned. Breakfast had some unidentified substance and ham slices. Not many choices and I was the only one there. Very little occupancy. The elevator area smelled of strong petroleum, either gasoline or hydraulic fluid. Room was clean and comfortable, quiet all night. No AC in the lobby, had fans circulating the warm air.

I wasn’t amused when we got there because there was someone smoking in the front so the area stank but then the entire hotel and room stank. You can tell it was renovated but very poorly. Shortcuts were made such as using old with new. We didn’t even shower as the inside pieces and literal chunks of the shower were broken off. The mattresses were so old when you laid down you sank into it and the hard wiring and springs were painful. Breakfast was cold in the morning even tho they were bringing it out fresh, it was cold to the touch. This was the worse Laquita we have ever stayed at.

There was a roach in the bathroom and I took a picture to show the front desk. His response was with all the rain it's pretty commin. Best I can do is come kill it for you. Filed a complaint through LaQuinta.

I travel this time of year from Dallas to Fairfield for our family reunion. A lot of the family stay here. For at least the last 3 or 4 years. For 1st time i was disappointed. The room was clean but smelled of dampness mildew almost. There were crickets everywhere. Cockroaches. There were flies and little nats. I turned the temperature way down and killed the flies and the nats. Some personally. I still will stay there. There are not a whole lot if choices and i feel maybe it was just a bad day. Also, did not like that the attendee left my signed check-in sheet on the counter. I had to ask him to put it up when i see it still there when i came back through. Not sure if the i s any personal info on there. I didnt really read it but it was not comforting. Otherwise, Its a newer hotel and convenient. Hopefully, this was a one off. See you guys next year

I called tge front desk and was given another room.. that night at some point the elevator went out and we had to use stairs.that day. They did fix the elevator but wasent i til late ecening We were never offered any of our money back, bot ecen a down stairs room. I rented a an accessible room because i have a bad leg and back. The light switch at the front door to the room turns off the entire wall that has tv’s and the ionizer which makes you have to leave the light on at night if you want to watch tv. Very noisy as well, seems that it is not very well insulated. Beds are hard and so are the pillows. I typically love La Quinta’s but this one was not as good. The front desk personnel are SUPER nice though!

Check in was quick & easy but once I was in my room I noticed the double beds in the room were only full size and not even queen so it was not comfortable for 2 adults at all as well as the WiFi did not work at all when I asked the front desk about they kept giving me different passwords that did not work as the tv’s in the room were out of date and very staticky on every channel

I was so surprised at the size and look of our room/suite! Just about everything was great except the people in the room above us who had children making all sorts of noise for hours. Sounded like they were running circles through the suite and jumping onto and then off the bed. Sounded like they fell or knocked over furniture a few times too. Woke me up more than once. Finally had to take Benadryl just so I could sleep. Not the hotels fault though! But for future guests, please understand that the noise you make on your floor sounds like elephants to the people below you. I mean these kids were making the walls vibrate! The only other downside is regards to the accessibility location of our room. It’s a handicapped accessible suite, and a really good one at that! Huge bathroom and lots of grab bars, but it’s ALL the way at the opposite end of the hotel from the entrance. It’s ok for us since my husband had his wheelchair along for our destination (a cruise), but after hours on the road he wasn’t able to walk well enough to walk that far. Just an FYI for someone with limited mobility who doesn’t have a wheelchair. I saw a few closer to the front, so you may want to request that.

Hotel needs an update. TV wouldn’t work and would freeze. Wi-Fi wouldn’t work. Carpet needs to be removed and replaced with flooring to get rid of mildew smell.

We could not sleep. The room was in the front of a street light and no way to close the curtain (room 218). Air conditioner cover was broken and the tub was deeply stained. Never again…. Never …. I started to complain but I was too tired.

We booked a King room with a pullout that said it slept 5. When we checked in there was only a king bed. The front desk easily rectified it and moved us to a room that accommodated our family. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. The room was great with lots of room for everyone. Only complaint was that they clearly hadn’t vacuumed our room be cause I stepped on several used Bobby pins and there was food wrappers under the table. I did ask for a vacuum and they brought us one so we could vacuum our room.

Wasn’t the bed size we booked. The tv didn’t not work the entire stay. The desk help was absolutely no help. The AC unit didn’t work initially. The elevators were filthy. It was largely a complete waste of my key cash. Disappointed to say the least….
