The room was nice enough except the curtains were light filtering and allowed a lot of outdoor light in which was considerable given the outdoor light just outside our room that stayed on all night. The room was big enough and the parking right outside the door was nice on our first floor room. Continental breakfast wasnt anything to get excited about. And i dont get why there was a sign in the lobby window "beware of dog". If your dog is prone to needing to beware of why have it where guests must go to check in? Smoking outside of rooms made it unpleasant and the outdoor and surrounding area needs ALOT of work. Paid 80 dollars so it was fine for a cheap night stay to enjoy Eureka Springs. But other hotels had a good rate and looked better in person than this one.

Our room was clean a spacious, bed was very comfortable, staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the pool was empty but that’s ok. Location was perfect. Most importantly it was nice and quiet. We would stay again

I didn’t pay much for room and feel I kinda got what I paid for. The property was quite run down. The door had light shining in around it. The curtains had thin spots worn in them and so did some of the bedding. The room smelled very clean though. The sheets had a few spots as well but I do believe they were clean, just stained. I only had a couple towels and when I went to get more, they were damp and had spots on them. The staff exchanged them of us. The staff was very nice. The facility advertised as having a pool but it was not in service and appeared to have been that way a while. I’ll just plan to spend a bit more next time I think.

The staff is SUPER nice and helpful. The motel is convenient to everything in the area. Very reasonable rates. CLEAN. COMFORTABLE. One can’t really ask for much more. There’s no pool and they don’t have room service that will bring you oysters on the half shell and Dom Perignon at 2 in the morning, but I use neither. It’s a simple 3 S’s kind of place. EXACTLY what I need.

This hotel is way outdated with cockroachs crawling on the walls and floor. The bedding was uncomfortable, and the lighting for the hotel sign illuminated our room at night. The coffee pot water tank hadn't been cleaned since who knows when, it still had water and floaters from the last users. It was 95 degrees and the pool was empty, and seemingly hadn't been used in years. The booking stated it had a pool... If you want a cheap place to stay and dont mind delousing afterwards go for it. The room looked okay walking in. Upon further inspection it was gross. There was bugs on the beds and floors. The bedding had spots all over it. The shower curtain had holes from wear and tear on the seams and the water leaked out to the floor from the holes. The most frustrating part of it is that they gave us the wrong room to begin with. We ordered a King in non-smoking room. They sent us to a double queen that was supposed to be non-smoking but the smell in the room would say otherwise. When we called to get the room fixed they said that its not their fault and blamed it on Hotels.com for inputting it incorrectly. Even so if that was the case the management should have checked the reservation on their end since it is their hotel. There are other cheap hotels that have at least a cleaner room with no bugs in them.

The property was fine for a place to sleep. It was a little musty and the light over the sink wouldn't come on the last day we were there. I was going to tell the owner/manager before we left but they weren't at the desk, so I just left my key when I went back in the second time.

Place is very run down. Saturday night we came in with a container of leftovers from dinner. I sat it on the table while my daughter got ready for bed and I got a some other stuff from the car. I only left it on the table a couple of minutes but when I picked it up to buy in refrigerator there were two roaches on the box. It was very dark over by the bed where my daughter laid down. A few minutes later she screamed because something crawled on her neck. She was shaking and I flipped on the light. There was a large roach on her pillow. We grabbed all our stuff and left at 9:30 PM when we were supposed to stay until the next day. There was no on in the office. it was locked up with no one around to tell.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was way too firm for my taste but that's a matter of preference. I liked that I could park outside of my room. The shower didn't have great pressure and was a little short for most adults but it's an older property. Overall, it wasn't bad for a budget motel.

The price was right. We stayed one night, as we were passing through town. I can't speak for the staff or amenities because we didn't use either. However, the guy at check in was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and we felt safe. If you like the 70s motel room decor, then this is the place for you! It was like walking into the motel rooms of my childhood. It was outdated, but I liked the throwback decor. We'd stay there again.

The staff remembered us from our last stay. The check-in process was quick and no-hastle. We had one slight issue once we got settled into the room, but when we all alerted staff about it, they immediately took action and had our problem resolved in a matter of minutes. We were greeted in the morning when leaving the property as well and given salutations after a short interaction. The staff goes above and beyond expectations each time we go there; it's obvious that customer service is their forte. We feel like valued guests and we will definitely be staying there again soon.

The staff is SUPER nice and helpful. The motel is convenient to everything in the area. Very reasonable rates. CLEAN. COMFORTABLE. One can’t really ask for much more. There’s no pool and they don’t have room service that will bring you oysters on the half shell and Dom Perignon at 2 in the morning, but I use neither. It’s a simple 3 S’s kind of place. EXACTLY what I need.

Very quiet and just on the edge of town, so it kind of felt secluded. Clean, spacious rooms with all the amenities of a “big chain” hotel. Friendly staff and amazing service! Would definitely recommend and will for sure be back.

The price was right. We stayed one night, as we were passing through town. I can't speak for the staff or amenities because we didn't use either. However, the guy at check in was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and we felt safe. If you like the 70s motel room decor, then this is the place for you! It was like walking into the motel rooms of my childhood. It was outdated, but I liked the throwback decor. We'd stay there again.

The room was nice enough except the curtains were light filtering and allowed a lot of outdoor light in which was considerable given the outdoor light just outside our room that stayed on all night. The room was big enough and the parking right outside the door was nice on our first floor room. Continental breakfast wasnt anything to get excited about. And i dont get why there was a sign in the lobby window "beware of dog". If your dog is prone to needing to beware of why have it where guests must go to check in? Smoking outside of rooms made it unpleasant and the outdoor and surrounding area needs ALOT of work. Paid 80 dollars so it was fine for a cheap night stay to enjoy Eureka Springs. But other hotels had a good rate and looked better in person than this one.

The pool was closed the owners had a big dog that barked during the nite the breakfast was stale cereal a loaf of bread that was kept in the refrigerator with a bottle of jam. Will not stay again

This isn't a “high class” hotel but I'd recommend it. The owners who just recently bought this hotel is very sweet! And has helped my husband through his extended stay! And it's close to downtown! They are slowly renovating as well!

Overall, what I expected for the price. It's an older property that has not been well maintained. The main door to the room did not seal making all the noise outside very noticeable. The one ice machine did not work. The rooms and exterior were clean but dated. Had to ask each day for additional towels as we had three people staying. The staff was very nice and responsive to any concerns we had.
