The room was very hot and there was no air conditioning unit !!! . Hotel offers very little and despite being close to the airport there is no shuttle service available. There is also nothing around this hotel , it’s very isolated.

Convenient location not far from Munich Airport with easy access via the local 512 bus. We availed of food from the bar which has a limited menu but the food exceeded our expectations. We tried two different soups and enjoyed the cheeseboard platter. Both soups were delicious and the platter was plentiful and tasty. It is good for clients to be aware that the hotel is directly in the flight path of some planes so some noise is experienced.

Good location to the airport, but unfortunately without a free shuttle. Room was small, but functional. The duvet was meant for -30 degrees weather, way too thick! Unfortunately, no real restaurant (just microwave pizza) and the bar closed at 19:00. A stiff price of CA $186.70 is too much for a short night!

Could not get a good meal here at 7 pm. I guess I was too late. Too tired to go to another locale- I had an early morning.

The property was extremely disappointing. Despite being assured in advance that there was proper air conditioning (a key reason for booking during a hot summer stay), there was none. The entire facility was unbearably hot, and sleeping was nearly impossible—especially while traveling with a baby. Their only “solution” was to open the window, which happened to be right next to the entrance where people smoked and talked loudly all night. On top of that, our request to have the room cleaned was completely ignored. Parking is available, but only for an additional fee that was not disclosed in the property description. And while the hotel is close to the airport, there is no shuttle service provided. The only positive aspect was the proximity to the airport, but everything else made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this property.

Great option for an overnite stay before catching a flight. Taxi was fast and convenient, room was clean, dining was good for what we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Zimmer waren sehr Modern, die grose dusche ging leider nicht nur der kleine duschkopf er hat aber völlig ausgereicht, der deckel in der dusche war etwas locker. Was unbedingt eingeführt werden sollte ist das man dennoch das zimmer sauber gemacht bekommt egal ob man 2 oder 3 nächte ist oder länger, aber ich fande das doch schon sehr traurig das man nicht mal nach einer nacht wenn man 2 nächte bleibt das zimmer nicht sauber gemacht bekommt, selbst der müll eimer wurde nicht geleert das fande ich schon sehr schockierend vorallem weil wir ein kind mit hatten. Alles andere war schön personal nett und freundlich auch beim anreise tag, auch wenn man eine frage hatte wurde dies freundlich aufgenommen. Ich würd es wieder buchen aber das mit der reinigung sollte unbedingt besprochen werden dort weil ich finde das haben menschen verdient die mehr als 1 Nacht in dem Hotel sind das sie das zimmer immer sauber haben, es muss ja nicht jeden tag gestaubsaugt werden aber den müll entleeren und mal nach dem bett ob flecken drauf sind und das bett ordentlich machen gegebenfalls noch frische handtücher rein legen wäre nicht zu viel verlangt. Ich hoffe das sich dies ändert für das Hotel ansonsten eine schöne gemütliche Atmosphäre dort. 😀🌸

In der Dusche war Schwarzschimmel und der Wasserhahn im Bad war äußerst verkalkt. Es waren auch überall noch einige Krümel und Brocken. Die kleine Toilettenspülung hat auch nur manchmal funktioniert. Insgesamt war das Bad sehr dreckig und unhygienisch. Hier wurde offensichtlich nicht vernünftig gereinigt. Der Rest des Zimmers war akzeptabel. Für den überaus hohen Preis war das Personal auch nicht so freundlich wie erwartet. Als ich die mangelnde Sauberkeit angesprochen habe, habe ich nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung erhalten. Die Mitarbeiterin hat kaum reagiert, als wäre das eine ständige Beschwerde und keinerlei Anerkennung des Problems wert.

Carpets in the room and all over the hotel were very dirty. Not good for people with allergies.

Clean sheets and very lovely mattress. And quiet! I love that the guests are spaced out across the rooms, and sound proofing is so good i slept likr a baby. Breakfast fabulous, quality bacon! Highly recommended 10/10

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, dadurch zu warm im Zimmer und bei offenem Fenster hörte man die Flugzeuge laut die dicht daneben vorbei flogen. Dreckige Fenster Fleckiger Teppich Keine Erklärung zur Parkplatzschranke

Room was nice but the twin bed is a pull out chair they consider a sofa. My misunderstanding or unclear description of the room details. The hotel did not have AC either. Probably something I should have looked for or reached out and asked. Other than those items, staff was very patient with my questions and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious.

Klimaanlage läuft theoretisch, praktisch keine Kühlung. Für mich unverständlich. Man zahlt immerhin dafür. Somit einen sehr schlechten, bzw. verschwitzen Schlaf.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und stickig. Man müsste schon vorher mitteilen, das die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Wir denken, dass die an ist stattdessen kommt da nur warme Luft. Fenster kann man nicht aufmachen. Starke Kopfschmerzen habe ich, die ganze Nacht nicht geschlafen. Das Bett ist steinhart. Frühstück ist ok und Nähe Flughafen.

My only complaint is that the hotel is too warm. You cannot leave the windows open due to the aircraft noise. There is no air conditioning, they call it a 'cooling system' but it's simply not adequate. We had to ask for a fan.

The room was good, but the bus connection to the hotel is not as fast as for the Novotel. I also find it off that I was asked to pay to be allowed to access the room one hour before 3 pm. The first such demand for me, and I travel extensively.

Personal bei Problemen nicht sehr bemüht. Auch ein Guten Morgen oder ein lächeln kostet nichts! Es war OK, ich würde aber nicht mehr dort hin zum Übernachten

Neskutečně neochotný a arogantní personál. I kdyby byl hotel sebekrásnější, tak nepříjemný pocit z chování personálu to nevylepší.

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit Nähe MUC, nette Speiselokale in der Nähe. Wir kommen wieder!

We stayed two nights and it was quiet and clean though it is not far from the airport. Very convenient to take the bus to the airport.8 mins only. We left at 5:30am. Bus is available.

The Hotel is one of my favorites on my annual trips to Munich; convenient to the Flugplatz. Nice and affordable breakfast buffet.
