Overall good. Good: - Kind staff - Wonderful massage - Clean room/facility - Restaurant offers a great buffet and nice dinner although limited variety at dinner - Walkable distance to Planegg’s office (20 min) - Nice pool on the roof - Limited parking places, if needed Bad: - Poor location with not much to do around. Too far from Munich (traffic will add too much time for a short visit) - Too many people smoking (not only cigarettes) around the pool - Long wait to get transport (through ride apps, or bus)

Very good and fashion hotel. all service are there including nice spa, gym and pool on the roof top. Rooms are modern, clean and of the right dimensions. the area around is a business area, not so far from munich down town, but car is quite mandatory

Modern style hotel with highly ambitious appearance. The room was introduced as a Junior Suite. Kudos to the designer to have included all elements of this room category into such small space. Only critique beside the space was that the bed while queen-size consisted of two beds and mattresses pushed together. The kitchenette was fully equipped for two. The bathroom satisfied with modern design, walk-in shower and all amenities to be expected. The check-in process suffered from being entirely digitized, interactive and seemingly over engineered and took way too long. The garage is very tight and requires the driver master the vehicle and know it‘s dimensions very intimately. If you drive a full size car or bigger see that you find a space in the open space. Overall we were content with our stay and would come back if in the vicinity. The hotel would benefit from not trying to be more than it is.

Very nice hotel. The immediate surrounding of an industrial park might seem weird, but it’s really nice after all, close to small suburb with a nice park and small river next by. Hotel is very modern and nicely designed. Breakfast was excellent and as well as the service too. Only minor negative is that the pool on top is only for adults.

The breakfast was good with lots of options. Pool was nice but outside people are allowed to use for a fee so it can get crowded. The sun block curtain in the rooms makes it very dark and good for sleeping in. Parking is first cone first serve so some have to pay a fee to park while others don't. Area is industrial but we found Pizza Avanti close and drive to get meals several nights .

Das Hotel inkl.Frühstück und Spabereich ist Klasse für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Fitnessbereixh Befalls ok,könnte größer sein aber alles ist vorhanden um ein Training machen zu können,was ja in den meisten Hotels eher schlecht als Recht ist. Parkplatzgebühren sind leider viel zu hoch.

Chambre confortable, petit déjeuner fabuleux, piscine et spa au top! Seul bemol: Beaucoup de monde à la piscine en fin d'après-midi, elle semble être "the place to be" à l'heure de l'apéritif!

The hotel was very clean, The breakfast assortment was rich and fresh, staff very friendly and accommodating. Spa was excellent, ... would definitely book another stay within. (The only thing i would change is the timers for the Spa. It is only half or full day tickets. When you in between you have to book a full day, even when half of the day is already gone. The hotel should offer, for example 2 or 3 hour tickets, and offer shampoo, shower gel, in the Spa area, because business people appreciate it, ... like in the US.) Es un excelente hotel , muy nuevo y bonito El servicio de housekeeping deja bastante que desear. Se les olvida reponer insumos básicos de habitación , me dejaron varias veces sin toallas e incluso dejaron abierta mi habitación en una ocasión . A mejorar ese aspecto El resto excelente , incluso el desayuno 10 puntos

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück – sowohl in Auswahl als auch Qualität wirklich überzeugend. Weniger gelungen war das Abendessen: Die Hummer-Ravioli waren deutlich zu al dente und stark überwürzt, was den Genuss erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Am gravierendsten jedoch war der Zustand der Bettwäsche (siehe Bild). Solche Mängel dürfen in einem Haus dieser Kategorie nicht vorkommen – hier besteht dringender Handlungsbedarf. Auch der nächtliche Rezeptionist hinterließ keinen guten Eindruck: Er wirkte wenig hilfsbereit und desinteressiert, was in einer Situation, in der man auf Unterstützung angewiesen ist, besonders unangenehm ist. Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt mit Licht und Schatten – mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Gästekomfort könnte dieses Hotel deutlich mehr überzeugen.

Uns wurde ein wirklich hervorragendes Frühstücksmenue geboten! Das war wirklich eine glatte 10+ Leider war die Matratze in unserem Bett etwas schiefgelegen, auf dem blauen Teppich sieht man an einigen Stellen Staub, sowie auf der Badezimmertür Fingerabdrücke.

Gesamteindruck gut, aber Bad war nicht gelüftet. Nach intensivem Lüften dann ok. Dichtung an der Dusche hing weg. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber es wurde kein Saft angeboten.

Großzügiges Zimmer, sauber, viele Ablageflächen, unaufdringlich aufmerksames Personal, tolles und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Hotel is a bit out of the city, but we used the 265 bus into pasing and caught the tram into the city. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly.

Wir waren zum Oktoberfest da. Frühstück war gut und die Zimmer waren sauber. 1 Fahrstuhl für 80 Zimmer. Kleiderschrank ist sehr schmal, ein midi Dirndl passt nicht ohne zu verknittern, Bügeleisen nicht vergessen ;) Keine Gepäckablage, nur ein Sofa, 2 mini Tische als Nachttisch und 1 mini Tisch mit einem kleinen Stuhl. Nur Kabel-TV, da Entertainment down seit Juni. Das Hotel hatte bereits mitte September auf Winterbetrieb umgestellt (bei 20°+ Außentemperatur), so dass es uns nicht möglich war das Zimmer runter zu kühlen. Einkleiden war unmöglich bei der Hitze. Selbst unser Brötchen von morgens war bis mittags durch ohne Kühlung. Die Schminke war so weich,  das man die nicht benutzen konnte. Am ersten Morgen haben wir durch die Hitze rückwärts gefrühstückt und hatten einen Kopf wie ein Rathaus, was uns erstmal bis Nachmittags außer Gefecht gesetzt hat. Das hat sich die nächsten 2 Tage nicht gebessert. Unserer Anfrage nach dünneren Decken ist man nicht nachgekommen,  da wir ja den täglichen Reinigungsservice abbestellt hatten !!macht das nicht!! sagte man uns da könnte man nichts machen. Also war weiterhin schwitzen angesagt :( Wir haben 3 Tage und Nächte mit offenen Fenster im dunklen (kein Fliegengitter) verbracht und ohne Decken geschlafen,  da das Zimmer konstant über 26 Grad warm war. Parkgarage sehr eng mit einem Suv braucht ihr 2 Parkplätze. Beim Check-out haben wir zumindest die Parkgebühren erstattet bekommen,  da wir über ein Buchungsportal gebucht hatten.

Schönes Zimmer mit gutem Bett, zwei Kissen. Sehr gutes W LAN, kostenloses Wasser, gute Kosmetische Produkte. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und der Kaffee schmeckt. Das Essen im Restaurant ist wirklich gut und der Service passt. Werde wieder buchen

The hotel was very nice, but there’s really nothing in walking distance. There is a bus stop right there which is convenient, but we had to hop on a bus and usually 1-2 trains to get to the places we were going which took about 45 min (versus a 10-15 min car ride - we couldn’t get any Ubers but we had a group of 6 and it was during Oktoberfest which likely made it tough). I’d recommend downloading the MVV app so you can view bus/train times & purchase tickets. There is free breakfast with your stay, and like most hotels, it is the same buffet everyday (pancakes, fruit, yogurt, sausages, etc.), but it was helpful since there were no restaurants in walking distance. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable, but the main bed was fine. Otherwise the hotel is very nice, and we did enjoy our stay. There is AC, but it doesn’t get very cold, so it was still pretty hot in our rooms.

This was my first time staying at GREFIS, but not my first time in the area. Honestly, this hotel is one of the better hotels I've stayed at for business in Germany. Great proximity to Munich and good access via public transportation. The breakfast was excellent and a highlight, but the spa with the sauna was another excellent feature. Rooms were very nice, but perhaps a bit warm for my tastes in the winter. I often left the window open. I'll be returning to the area soon, and I'll definitely be booking here again.

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und man hört alle Geräusche auf dem Gang. Sonntags morgens um 8 Uhr wurde der Gang gesaugt, wirklich sehr störend

im großen und ganzen hat uns dieses Hotel gefallen aber die Lage ist nicht optimal( Industriegebiet am Rande von München). Das Hotel eher modern aber wir fanden die Zimmergestaltung nicht ganz optimal( viel zu viel schwarze Farben, sehr dunkel). Die Dusche hat uns leider auch nicht gefallen( keine Duschkabine oder Trennwand ).. ganzes Bad stand ständig unterm Wasser..Gebucht haben wir ein Familienzimmer, bekommen ein Zimmer komplett auf Rollstuhlfahrer eingerichtet( was eigentlich nicht schlecht ist aber es hat doch wenig gestört). Wir haben beim Check-in kein Info bekommen wegen Silvesterparty( es war wohl alles ausgebucht).Wir mussten im Zimmer bleiben in irgendwo in nirgendwo. In der Hotelbeschreibung stand nicht drin das der Pool und Spabereich erst ab 18 Jahre ist. Ich hätte sonst das Hotel nicht gebucht. Das Hotel ist eher für Pärchen geeignet, nicht für Familien mit Kindern. Ich würde das Hotel für Familien nicht empfehlen.

Very nosey in the hallway after 11pm on two consecutive nights.. with groups of people talking. Not normal for the Grefis.

Hotel eccezionale. Nuovo, wifi velocissimo, camera moderna, silenziosa e confortevole. TV enorme,

Es war alles perfekt, bis auf die Tatsache, das ich keine Hilfe bei der Rechnung erhalten habe, da diese auf meinen Arbeitgeber der NIO Deutschland GmbH in Gräfelfing laufen muss. Eine Email an Hotels.de ist bis heute leider auch unbeantwortet.

Great hotel, wonderful friendly staff, included breakfast is heads and shoulders better than anything you get in the U.S. at a similar price point. The room I used could use a paint touch up, the location requires a lengthy walk to a train station or use of Uber/Taxi, and the area is a bit industrial so a little noisy at times but these were the only issues.

Obwohl wir vorher angerufen haben und nach den Ladesäulen für Elektroautos gefragt hatten, waren diese nur mit einer speziellen Karte zu bedienen. Die öffentliche Ladestation in der Front des Hotels war defekt. Sehr ärgerlich. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich abseits von allem (Bus, Bahn, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, etc.)

Nice clean hotel on the edge of Munich. Short bus and train ride into city. Breakfast included in the price and was very nice. Rooftop pool area and spa.

Dette var vores udgangspunkt for turen til München. Hotellet er lidt udenfor München i et roligt område. Dejlig pool på toppen af hotellet. Maden og stemningen på hotellet var fint.
