Trevlig personal, bra hämtning ToR flygplatsen. Rummet litet, men helt OK. Frukosten var mycket bra med ett stort urval. En sak som inte var så bra var att man angav att parkeringen var gratis, men INTE talade om att det bara gäller en dag. Det vore bra om det skulle framgå tydligare speciellt då vi bott på hotellet flera gånger tidigare och då haft gratis parkering alla dagar.

I stayed 1 night in Sept., returning from election work in the Baltics, room had a stained bed cover, the toilet rim was not clean, fluid, and human I presume on the wall behind trash can. TV went blank, went to the front desk, she offered new batteries, tv still did not work, evening clerk offered free coffee it was lukewarm. Night manager offered a refund and that has never come

Saknade en minibar, en liten garderob eller där man kunde hänga kläder samt någon längre duschskrapa så man kunde få undan vattnet när man duschat. Hotellfrukosten är bland de bästa jag sett! Galet bra och serveras från 4-09.30! Rent fint trevlig personal i övrigt toppen!

Hotellet är ett bra val för övernattning innan eller efter en flygning. Det enda negativa var vår upplevelse vid ankomsten. Vi landade sent på natten och ringde hotellet 15 minuter innan för att ordna hämtning. Tyvärr körde bilen iväg precis framför oss, och vi fick vänta ytterligare 45 minuter innan den kom tillbaka. Det var en tråkig upplevelse, särskilt när man är trött efter en flygning och reser med ett 1,5 årigt barn. I had missed my flight so it was a rough morning. After I booked my hotel, I called the front desk to get directions of where to catch the shuttle. Cornelia answered and was very nice and gave me really good instructions of where to find the shuttle. Then when I arrived at the hotel, she was at the front desk, welcoming me with a big smile and again very helpful with breakfast times, restaurant hours, and where the nearest shopping was. She really made my day and my stay enjoyable!

Room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Bathroom was really well cleaned - which is very important to me. Breakfast was the high point of the stay though. I was expecting a simple breakfast but was pleasantly surprised with the variety of food. My only complaint is that, even though I called several times to set up the shuttle pick up service, which is offered with the booking, I couldn’t get through and had to pay for transportation from the airport to the hotel. In fairness I did call the same day I was traveling so be advised and make sure to give yourself time and call a few days before your check in.

We found this property when we stumbled on the option to park and leave our car. Then we discovered the 4am breakfasts start. A hotel truly designed for the early morning flight out of Arlanda traveler. Our new go-to place! Recommended!

Das Hotel war trotz nähe zum Flughafen sehr ruhig und man hat nichts gehört. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und hatte sehr viel Auswahl und viele frische Sachen. Nur wenige Gehminuten konnte man den Bahnhof erreichen um in die Stadt zu fahren. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel sind kostenlos vorhanden. Wer gerne dene Koffer ausräumt und seine Klamotten in einen Schrank hängt wird hier einen Schrank suchen. Aber im großen und ganzen kann man dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

A good find in the vicinity of the airport, and good value for money. Room was fine, well appointed. Modest but clean. Hotel appeared to us late at night arrival to be out in the middle of nowhere, definitely not walkable. Use their shuttle or make sure your taxi driver knows exactly where the hotel is located. Ours thought he did, but he didn’t. Thing that surprised and delighted us most was the excellent buffet breakfast ready to go at 4 am! Didn’t expect that - truly appreciated. Would stay here again.

Only stayed one night to be close to airport. Complimentary shuttle and breakfast had a nice variety. Is in a very industrial area. There is a nice walking path across the street. About a 19 min walk to a shopping area and restaurants.

Shuttle to and from the airport makes this an easy place to stay before and after a flight. The breakfast buffet is superb and the evening menu is limited but good quality and well presented. The staff at this place are really good.

Rent och snyggt. Trevlig personal. Frukosten får inget högt betyg. Varm mat kall, knäckebröd och kex kändes gamla och sunkiga, vatten i kranen varmt, inget gott kaffe, med frukosten finns mycket att göra.

Our flight left the next morning so early we didn't think we would get anything to eat... however, they had breakfast out at 3:30 AM. We traveled over 24 hours that day to get home so we deeply appreciated the breakfast available so early.

We stay here for trips back to the uk. We can leave the car and the price is reasonable and cheaper than airport. Rooms basic but have tea coffee and kettle. The food is excellent. We have eaten in the evening and had breakfast. Breakfast starts at 4am but as we needed to be on that shuttle at that time. The hotel provided a takeaway breakfast
