Good experience in the bar and the restaurants. We had drinks in the Glasbaren and dinner in Kosta Delikatess, and both times we had a delightful experience, good quality of beverages and food and hospitable service. But the room was disappointing - not what you expect from a 500 euro per night room (we stayed in the art experience room). The room had some art missing which meant empty wall with screw heads, The room does not feel cozy and the furniture looks cheap. I would also expect in such an expensive room to have a nice selection of amenities & accessories in the bathroom, instead of a bottle of combined shower soap/shampoo fixed to the wall. Also some lightning for the make-up mirror will help. Breakfast was also a disappointment, mainly stale bread.

This hotel is a stunning representation of the art of glass of which Kosta is well known. From the room decor to the light installations to the amazing Ice Bar, every inch of the hotel is curated and an artist's dream location. The breakfast buffet is bountiful and has options for all diets and tastes. The staff is professional and very helpful. It is great that the Kosta/Orrefors outlet is across the street and a massive outlet mall with clothing, books, and other items is next door to the hotel.
