The room had plenty of space. The staff was very friendly. The hotel location was right in the middle of the market square. The only thing I didn’t like is there are no parking spaces for your car. You have to walk about 5 minutes from the parking garage to the hotel.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The check-in was easy and quick, our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was perfect, the beds - we found very comfortable. The breakfast was perfect with lots of choices. The location is also great, lots of restaurants and shops around. We would go back without hesitation.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und man ist direkt im Geschehen. Wir haben das genutzt, um uns Mestre anzuschauen und waren begeistert. Auch nach Venedig kommt man schnell. In 5 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man die Busse und die Tram, die einen in zwanzig Minuten direkt nach Venedig bringen und eine sehr gute Taktung haben. Besser geht es nicht. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und sehr sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war groß und es gab extra Stauraum für die Koffer, was hervorragend war. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

Hotel Vivit was a great choice for our large family. We booked the Loft, which was amazing! Enough room for everyone, delicious breakfast and gracious staff! We enjoyed Mestre and exploring the piazza and local shopping. Just a quick overnight before a cruise, but we would absolutely stay here again.

While the check-in was smooth and the receptionist was very polite, the check-out was atrocious. Room size was good with all ameneties, but lacking tea/coffee bags/pods even though kettle was present. Regards eco-frendiliness, the door-key card when removed from the slot cut off the lights it did not cut off the a/cs which is not eco-friendly at all. The most irritating was the checkout. I was at the reception for check-out and the staff was on the phone. Once he finished the call I told him I would like to pay and checkout quickly as my train time is due He said ok. Just then a lady walked in and he turned to her. She also had to check-out. The bank rejected the transaction and she started calling her bank. I told him to close my case as she is speaking to the bank. He insisted on waiting till she finished and had another go at the payment which was also refused. Again I told him she will take time please let me go. He again refused. Meanwhile they tried again and failed again . This time I got a little upset and insisted he do my transaction which went ahead in the first go. I then requested him to book a cab for me. He gave me the number n said do it yourself. When he refused, I dialled the number and gave to him as I cant speak Italian. He refused to take my phone and dialled some number by his phone. Suddenly he cut the phone as the lady wanted to try again. We got another taxi. I have never complained, but this kind of behavior is atrocious. Will never stay in this hote

Amazingly comfortable and right in the centre of town. You can take a bus into Venice from the tram stop 5 minutes away from the hotel. Only feedback, there is no coffeeshop open early in the area. Hotel could give customers access to the coffee machine :) Other than that... we'll definitely go back and i highly recommend it.

This joint is right on a beautiful promenade full of shopping and strolling down to the bus depot where you will be in Venice city in 20 minute for pennies. Surprisingly enough you won’t fond a better breakfast anywhere. Fresh variety, working auto cappuccino machines, pastry, eggs, breads and delicious jams.Get it!
