⭐☆☆☆☆ Très mauvaise expérience. Avant mon arrivée, j’avais envoyé un message à l’hôtel pour les informer que j’arriverais vers 7h du matin. Malgré cela, ma première nuit a été annulée sous prétexte que l’hôtel était complet. Une fois sur place, on m’a obligé à payer une nouvelle nuit au tarif du jour pour pouvoir obtenir une chambre. Le service client est catastrophique. Aucune considération pour le client, aucune recherche de solution, aucun geste commercial. Plus tard, lorsque j’ai souhaité quitter l’hôtel avant la fin de mon séjour, la réceptionniste s’est contentée de me répondre que je paierais de toute façon la nuit, même si je n’y dormais pas. C’est une attitude totalement dénuée de sens du service et de l’empathie. Le personnel semble manquer de toute formation en relation client. On a l’impression qu’on leur a appris tout sauf à accueillir et à respecter les clients. Je voyage très souvent et c’est l’une des pires expériences hôtelières que j’aie connues. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - UNSAFE AND DIRTY

Staff was VERY friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable. Location was less than a 3 minute walk to the Galleria Mall and way more affordable than other nearby hotels. A major inconvenience was the elevator being out of service nearly my whole 3 night stay.

Stay was okay I GUESS.. I got there my room was decent. Hallways for the stairs smell like dog pee. My door was open when I got to my room. The only helpful person was the night shift lady. They advertise breakfast but they do not serve anything like that. All they served coffee with granola bars what a joke and told me it’s a “grab and go” breakfast. I was annoyed as to that’s the exact reason as to why I booked. I felt a little robbed. Then why have a set time for breakfast if you are going to set the bar that low.
