The room layout and general condition was fantastic. I did feel like the sofa was extremely uncomfortable and a bit stained up. Everything else however was great. I did not enjoy having to pay for parking, it wasn't very expensive but, other locations nearby have this included.

室内や寝具の臭いが気になりました。初めてのコンドミニアムタイプの宿泊施設の利用でした。キッチン利用には、ラップ、台拭き、床拭き、塩コショウやソースや等の調味料を持参すれば良かったと思いました。洗濯洗剤、シャンプー、コンデショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープ、食器洗い洗剤は常備してありました。洗濯干しはありましたが、洗濯バサミが欠けていました。スタッフさんはとても親切でした。北谷バス停前のホテルでしたので、利用バスさえきちんと理解していれば、とても便利です。アメリカンビレッジまでは徒歩15〜20分で遠くは感じませんでした。

北谷周辺でとても便利でした。部屋の中に洗濯機と乾燥機があるので助かりました。小学生の子連れで宿泊しましたが、子どもたちもお家みたい！とはしゃいでおり、問題なく宿泊できました。ただ、ゴミ箱辺りに小さなアリがいたのが気になりました。それ以外は大満足でした！

We like everything about the property, except the microwave and the wall next to the sliding door are moldy. Even the smell of the drawers in the kitchen and the cabinet of the drawers smell moldy. There was an underwear left by another occupants inside the closet.

Loved the tv options to use Netflix, Amazon, and Disney plus. Loved the kitchen use, utilized washer and dryer. It gets really hot in the kitchen and bathroom, the A/c in bedroom doesn't reach the whole area of the hotel rooms.

The hotel is one of the nicest places I have stayed in while in Japan. Some highlights include the washer and dryer in the room and the small kitchen, which had all the dishes and essentials needed for cooking. However, I did have an issue with the noise around the property. The hotel is located near a major road, and it could get quite loud from Monday-Friday, especially between 9 and 11 pm. During this time, I could distinctly hear motorcycles passing by, and some riders seemed to intentionally lower their RPMs, creating an annoying loud noise. None of this is the hotel fault but just something I experienced to keep in mind.

Stated in a standard room, excellent condition apartment with amenities like large fridge, kitchen with electric range, automatic A/C unit and separate ceiling fan, and washer and dryer stocked with detergent and cleaning supplies (like soap, dish liquid / cleaning sponge, vacuum). Only issue it was a little small, could have used a drawer for storing clothes. View was not exceptional, nor location, but it was safe. Optional parking garage space was a little tight to parallel park but was doable with my SUV with cameras all around.

Our stay was average, it would have been nice to communicate with English speaking person and to have English translation on the kitchen and laundry appliances. We were fortunate to have our daughter in law help us (she is Okinawa). A lot of construction going on 24/7, but we understand. We enjoyed our stay, loved how close we were to the American Village, Araha Beach, and Hamby mall. A good location I felt for us since we didn’t have a vehicle. Thank you so much. It is a nice aparthotel equipped with a decent kitchen and laundry/dryer machines. The location is ok. The bus station just against the hotel. There are two supermarkets close to it. American Village is in walking distance. However, it will be better to have a car if you want to visit more spots around this region. Hotel provides enough parking lots for visitors.

凄く清潔でベッドも広くお風呂も広かったので快適でした。154センチの身長で余裕で足を伸ばして湯船に浸かれました。今回はバスでの移動でしたので停留所も近くてアクセスしやすかったです。 2泊滞在しましたがガスの乾燥機は使い勝手よく、助かりました。洗剤も常備されています。柔軟剤はありません。すぐ近くにドラッグストアがあります。バスタオルとタオルは一枚づつを自分で洗濯して使います。乾燥機ですぐ乾きました。ベッドメイキングなどは頼むと別途料金だったかと。ゴミなども、チェックアウトの時に自分たちで分別して下のゴミ箱に捨てるようになっています。とても快適だったので次回もここに滞在したいと思いました
