A séjourné 1 nuit

Upon arrival to Splash Landings we went to the bar to order drinks. Over 10 minutes later we still had no drinks as the barman could not operate the till or simply pour a slushy. When we had breakfast in the morning it took longer to find a clean plate than it did to get breakfast. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable but we were only staying one night so we made do. I always strip the beds after we stay over at hotels to help the domestic staff and I was utterly disgusted by the bedding which lay beneath the sheets. The mould on the duvet and what I can only hope were tea stains on the duvets and pillows would be enough for anyone to throw them straight into the bin!! We love Alton Towers theme park but sadly Splash Landings resort needs extra resources to bring it back to a higher standard.

Fun theming. Unfortunately the room was unbearably hot. No air con and an ineffective fan. Non of us slept as it was so hot despite it not being a particularly hot day. Only able to book a 7.30am breakfast slot.
