I would use this property again Great location. Clean property. I would travel again. The only issue was , we booked a “ Mountain View “ room at a small extra price. However the room they put us in, had a sun shade down covering the entire window. It was broke not working, thus down. So we had no Mountain View . I am still waiting for a refund for the difference of the extra cost? The hotel was advised of the issue, and they said they would correct, but never did. I assume they will make me whole. Despite this , I strongly recommend the property. Also the loop area was nice and cozy !!

The hotel was great, newly remodelled everything was great. Wished we would have found this hotel first but glad we found it. Will love to come back to stay longer. Owner came out to talk with us and enjoyed the visit.

A gem in Manitou Springs. Totally refurbished with high end amenities. Staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Outdoor pool looked great but we were only there one night. A nice area to hang out in evenings as well. No breakfast offering, but their locally roasted and brewed fresh coffee was superior to Starbucks. Many cafes nearby for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!
