Dormimos uma noite como parte de uma viagem maior. Para quem está de carro, o estacionamento grátis é conveniente.

Hotel muy cerca del aeropuerto con buena calidad-precio. Camas cómodas, parking gratuito delante de la puerta y desayuno bueno gratuito. Buena opción para viajes de negocios. Un Uber al centro cuesta unos 9 euros. La zona alrededor es algo fea e muy industrial. No es un hotel para hacer turismo en Porto, más bien de negocios y como opción para dormir en este hotel antes de tomar un vuelo la siguiente mañana.

Choose this hotel for the convenience to get to the airport in the morning. Bus was directly across the street. Unfortunately there was no in-house food options for an evening meal.

This is nice hotel, the staff was very helpful, the room is in descent size and clean. The parking is very easy.

Breakfast fare / spread was excellent. This is a lovely hotel w very efficient staff manning the front office and kitchen. However, the downsides: no kitchen for lunch or dinner. The eateries and shops are far away, although there is one eatery quite nearby, requiring one to walk out a bit. So, if one is ok w walking for quite a distance ( like me, ok, but it was cold outside!) or one has a car/ transport, this is indeed the right place. For me, despite the cold, I enjoyed the long walk on cobbled pavements, and the very courteous and super efficient young crew manning the front office and kitchen. Crew members like Jaoa ( from front office, and anor João ( kitchen), Stephanie, Lina, Daniela need special mention. They were all extremely helpful in so many ways incl directions. I will surely return on a repeat visit- soon.

Hotel a circa 8 km da Porto centro. Per raggiungere la zona turistica della città evitando l’auto, vi è a pochi metri la fermata del bus 601, con tratta aeroporto – centro e che al costo di 2 Euro a persona vi porta sino al capolinea, fermata “Cordoaria”, che è a pochi metri dalla Torre dos clerigos. E’ una soluzione da considerare (al momento di prenotare). Se invece si arriva dall’aeroporto con il 601 per raggiungere l’hotel scendere alla fermata “Assoc. Emp. Portugal”. Con l’auto nella via di fronte all’hotel si parcheggia facilmente; è comunque possibile usare il loro parcheggio (con sovrapprezzo). La camera al nostro arrivo è ok: spaziosa, pulita, bene illuminata, ottimi i faretti a fianco al letto per la lettura di un libro. Aria condizionata regolabile, Wi Fi molto veloce, presenti molte prese elettriche. L’arredo è il classico da Holiday Inn. Letto comodo, bagno grande: apprezzata la disponibilità di due sedie con le rotelle, non è molto frequente che capiti per mancanza di spazio. La colazione è buona, variegata nella parte dolce, nel salato presenti le uova strapazzate, aggiungerei uova fritte, wurstel e bacon. In sala colazione molto simpatica e solare Marilza: una persona efficiente. Volendo si può fare colazione anche all’aperto, ci sono diversi tavoli. Difetti: manca un frigo bar, aggiungerei nel bagno una specchiera ad ingrandimento, il WC al nostro arrivo aveva il coperchio instabile. Giudizio finale: hotel consigliato per qualità/prezzo e comodità del bus 601

Pleasant hotel between Porto Airport and Matosinhos. Rooms are small but adequate. Very clean. Mediocre shower. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

O atendimento é muito simpático, bem como é muito favorável a limpeza do quarto, no entanto, o lavatório da casa de banho estava entupido e não escoava água, o secador não funcionava, bem como os canais nacionais, na televisão não eram visíveis.

Noisy, not comfortable bed, bathroom needs maintenance, water in the shower either too hot or too cold.

The only issue was the AC cut out every few hours in the night and the room got hot and had to get up and rest it

Hotel have great staff and breakfast but be aware there is not really a room for 3… the sofabed is so uncomfortable it is really not usable and we had to book an additional room otherwise would not be able to sleep

Good hotel for the price, however it is a bit far from the city centre. There is a bus nearby and a Metro station that you can get to via a 20 minute walk. The downside is that there was no fridge or safe in the room, which I was not fond of, but it's not terrible because there was a safe downstairs you can use if there is space available (5-6 safes)

The stay was very good. The one recommendation - if the room could have a small fridge it would have been perfect.

Bon service, petit déjeuner inclus, douche de qualité, propre, pratique, seul gros bémol : le lit (pas hyper confortable et des oreillers trop épais et trop durs).

The heating wasn't working properly, the room was cold. We tried to get help with it without succeed. Apart from this, everything was great. Also, breakfast is very good.

There is no fridge

Overall a great valué at the location we wanted. The included continental breakfast was also a strong plus. Also, fantastic staff! Particularly Carlos at the reception desk was very helpful and has a positive attitude. As well as the team in the breakfast lounge. Definitely a property we will come back to again when back in this area.

The staff need to be more interested in the guest especially if they smile and try to engage them to get local information. A small perk that is free is a smile.

Very convenient if you don't mind being outside of the city centre, using bolt, walking to the beach and major places. Easy access to bus. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast has good variety and was better than other places I've stayed.

Convenient for the airport

Location is great if you want to be near the airport. Surrounding is not nice though and it’s just located between motorway and harbor tror industry. Walking distance to the beach is about 45 minutes

The hotel is clean and the service is great as well. It's a bit far from downtown, however, there is a bus stop right infront of the hotel. Uber aslo is an option which is one of the cheapest in Europe

Loved the staff and breakfast. Beds were comfy and the hotel quiet. Not much in the way of dinning near by.

The worst breakfast I ever had in a Hotel in the last 10 years. Coffee is undrinkable and the whole breakfast is really bad quality. They also overcharged our credit cards and now we have to fight to get our money back. Worst experience in Porto area.
