Amazing Pools, Direct Oceanfront Studio, King bed

Overall simple nice room , great views. cleanliness was an issue. Could feel sand on bare feet when walked in , dresser drawers where dirty with grit and hair ( gross) so had to leave clothes on luggage during my stay . Mentioned it to host response was ' what would you like me to do about it " was annoyed like not my job to clean or come up with a solution.Very annoying check in process have to send pictures of license and credit card multiple times . When you check in legit have to wait for a random person to walk out of building and grab the door to get inside ( which had to wait serval minutes with my bags for ) they told me numerous times no check in before 4 plus keep room clean don't lose cards wrist bands or paper parking pass or I'll be charged like once is enough. Also couldn't get door code until 4 pm unless I wanted to pay extra and then I texted the number at 355 they said have to wait still ( fine ) then no text with code until 406 after I triple texted for a code . Little things which upset you. If room wasn't as cheap as it was, id be very upset.

The room had a washcloth on floor when we entered. The closet door was sitting in the closet.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The place not only looked like it was heavily smoked in but smelt like cigarettes no matter how long we left the patio door open. The hot tub is not a hot tub it’s a spa tub. So false advertisement there. Elevators kept breaking down. To get into your room for the first time you have to stand outside and wait for someone else to open the front door to even enter the hotel. Keypad to the door to the room would have to have the code typed in multiple times before it would work. When owners were address about our concerns we were told to contact the front desk because it was out of their control or just ignored all together. I rent 4 places a year and honestly this was probably the worst. No sort of refund was even offered. Do not stay here.

Location was amazing. The condo was clean and the view was beautiful. The room was very dated and the checking process was cumbersom, having to send pictures of myself with the credit card among other required pictures. That said, I would stay there again.
