Menu vegetariano à disposiçao é limitado a dois pratos, mas os dois com boa qualidade. Hotel tranquilo e bem acondicionado. Parque de estacionamento amplo. Para Estadia de inverno senti falta de uma sala de estar comum onde pudesse trabalhar fora do quarto.

Needed a road trip pit stop for my kids. I picked Vila Park for the pool and it did not disappoint. The pool was huge and deep! There was also a small kiddie pool we saw a baby enjoying. I was able to get a cocktail delivered to my seat and a complimentary chip snack as we sat. There was also a little play set with a zip line that was a great surprise for my girls who ran straight for it! The rooms were sizeable and clean. The staff was friendly and prompt. The breakfast selection was pretty good too. Vila Park was perfect for our needs.

Hotel muito bom. Bem localizado e com boas estruturas. Ótima piscina, quarto com Bom tamanho. Fica a 10 minutos de carro da praia de Santo André e cerca de 30 Minutos de outras praias.

Très bon hôtel, personnel très sympathique, le lit est de bonne qualité. Une piscine et meuble de jardin un peu vieillissant Sinon le petit déjeuner et les cocktails sont très bon, frais et fait devant vous.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast is very varied and well served, the rooms are clean and the pool is great. The downside is maintenance. The room we were in had 2 TVs one worked fine the other said “weak signal” not a single channel. Above said TV there was a lamp that, die to some missing screws, was leaning agaist the TV set. Outside, in the playground for the mids, they have a slide, which is great, but the base for sitting was broken on the ground next to it.. with the proper care it can be great, as is, it’s good.

The hotel looks like a retirement house. A bit old from outside and worse inside. The room had a strong smell of cigarettes, though I had non smoking room. The same smell was coming out from air-con. Sleeping was OK. No safe. Breakfast had some options. NO traditional pastries such as pastel De nata. The pool was big and nice. That's probably the nicest thing about the hotel. As 4 star hotel it had no slippers, no robe, no safe, no toothbrush or body lotion. I would say it should be 2-3 stars.
The hotel looks like a retirement house. A bit old from outside and worse inside. The room had a strong smell of cigarettes, though I had non smoking room. The same smell was coming out from air-con. Sleeping was OK. No safe. Breakfast had some options. NO traditional pastries such as pastel De nata. The pool was big and nice. That's probably the nicest thing about the hotel. As 4 star hotel it had no slippers, no robe, no safe, no toothbrush or body lotion. I would say it should be 2-3 stars.

1º - À chegada foi-me atribuido um quarto - 204 - com um cheiro péssimo, cheiro a roupa usada e não lavada. Reclamei na recepção e foi substituido pelo 202, que, não cheirando tão mal, também não cheirava a limpeza. 2º - Tinha reservado 2 quartos para 2 noites com nomes diferentes e dei o meu cartão de crédito como garantia de pagamento. Qual não foi o meu espanto quando vim a verificar que no dia do check-in procederam de imediato ao pagamento antecipado das 2 noites ao dito cartão. Nunca tal tinha visto!!! 3º - Para 4 estrelas o hotel está a precisar de ser renovado sobretudo a nível das casas de banho. A imagem no site não corresponde à qualidade

Estive no hotel antes deste passar a 4 estrelas e, francamente, nessa altura tinha um serviço muito melhor do que tem agora, o que é incompreensível… pequeno almoço bastante modesto e pouco diversificado, casas de banho a necessitar urgentemente de remodelação, tinha uma cortina de plástico branco na banheira cheia de bolor na parte inferior. Sala de refeições bastante antiga, a necessitar de modernização total. Como positivo considero o atendimento dos funcionários, sempre muito simpáticos. Gostei também da confecção e qualidade dos jantares. Excelente piscina, no entanto fiquei bastante desiludida pois esperava que com a subida para 4 estrelas o hotel tivesse tido melhorias, o que, de todo, não aconteceu, não tem nível para hotel de 4 estrelas… o que é pena pois é um local de que gostava muito

Super ruhig gelegenes Hotel, trotz Straßen in unmittelbarer Nähe haben wir mit Zimmer zum Garten nichts davon mitbekommen. Die Außenanlagen und Badezimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber die Zimmer sind sauber und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Wir waren am 1. Abend im Hotel beim Abendessen. Erwachsene 25€ inkl. Getränke und Kinder bis 5 Jahre waren frei. Wir haben somit zu viert für 50€ gespeist und getrunken. Das war in Ordnung aber keine kulinarische Achterbahnfahrt oder dergleichen. Es gibt aber in der Nähe sehr gute Restaurants. Pizzeria Kenia war sehr lecker und zu Fuß keine 10 Minuten entfernt und Restaurante A Cascalheira (ca 15 Fahrminuten) war bombastische portugiesische Küche!! Strände sind auch sehr sehr schöne in der Nähe! Besonders die Lagoa de Santo Andre hat unseren Kindern und uns sehr gut gefallen!! Ist auch alles trotz Hochsaison Mitte August nicht so überlaufen gewesen, war wirklich traumhaft. Alles in allem hat für uns das Hotel gut gepasst :-)

Hotel com potencial, boas instalações apesar de o quarto estar a precisar de algumas melhorias (principalmente na casa de banho). Serviço péssimo! Atendimento na receção razoável, chegamos de noite e o check in foi literalmente entregar a chave do quarto, sem qualquer informação acerca do hotel, tendo de perguntar o que precisava de saber (tal como horário de pequeno almoço, localização do quarto e elevadores, etc). Pequeno almoço fraco mas pior que a comida é mesmo o serviço prestado. Pessoas não qualificadas, mesas por levantar e os funcionários a conversar, solicitei uma colher de sobremesa para comer um iogurte e após alguma espera foi me dito que “não tinham pois tinham acabado”, existindo apenas de café ou sopa. Cometemos o erro de jantar no hotel e mais uma vez foi o pior serviço de sempre. Reservamos (apesar de apenas estarem 3 mesas ocupadas, incluindo a nossa). Comida sem sabor. Atendimento péssimo, comemos e não nos foi sequer perguntado se desejávamos sobremesas ou cafés. Após alguma demora, solicitamos o menu das sobremesas. Pediram-nos para aguardar pois estavam a atender outra mesa (sendo que apenas existia a nossa mesa e mais duas mesas ocupadas). Passaram 20 minutos e desistimos solicitando a conta, não havendo sequer um pedido de desculpas pela situação. Desinteresse total em satisfazer as necessidades básicas do cliente. De lamentar. Toda a situação foi exposta à receção aquando do check out, bem como outras falhas.

Needed a road trip pit stop for my kids. I picked Vila Park for the pool and it did not disappoint. The pool was huge and deep! There was also a small kiddie pool we saw a baby enjoying. I was able to get a cocktail delivered to my seat and a complimentary chip snack as we sat. There was also a little play set with a zip line that was a great surprise for my girls who ran straight for it! The rooms were sizeable and clean. The staff was friendly and prompt. The breakfast selection was pretty good too. Vila Park was perfect for our needs.

Super ruhig gelegenes Hotel, trotz Straßen in unmittelbarer Nähe haben wir mit Zimmer zum Garten nichts davon mitbekommen. Die Außenanlagen und Badezimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber die Zimmer sind sauber und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Wir waren am 1. Abend im Hotel beim Abendessen. Erwachsene 25€ inkl. Getränke und Kinder bis 5 Jahre waren frei. Wir haben somit zu viert für 50€ gespeist und getrunken. Das war in Ordnung aber keine kulinarische Achterbahnfahrt oder dergleichen. Es gibt aber in der Nähe sehr gute Restaurants. Pizzeria Kenia war sehr lecker und zu Fuß keine 10 Minuten entfernt und Restaurante A Cascalheira (ca 15 Fahrminuten) war bombastische portugiesische Küche!! Strände sind auch sehr sehr schöne in der Nähe! Besonders die Lagoa de Santo Andre hat unseren Kindern und uns sehr gut gefallen!! Ist auch alles trotz Hochsaison Mitte August nicht so überlaufen gewesen, war wirklich traumhaft. Alles in allem hat für uns das Hotel gut gepasst :-)

The staff was very nice, the breakfast is very varied and well served, the rooms are clean and the pool is great. The downside is maintenance. The room we were in had 2 TVs one worked fine the other said “weak signal” not a single channel. Above said TV there was a lamp that, die to some missing screws, was leaning agaist the TV set. Outside, in the playground for the mids, they have a slide, which is great, but the base for sitting was broken on the ground next to it.. with the proper care it can be great, as is, it’s good.

Hotel com potencial, boas instalações apesar de o quarto estar a precisar de algumas melhorias (principalmente na casa de banho). Serviço péssimo! Atendimento na receção razoável, chegamos de noite e o check in foi literalmente entregar a chave do quarto, sem qualquer informação acerca do hotel, tendo de perguntar o que precisava de saber (tal como horário de pequeno almoço, localização do quarto e elevadores, etc). Pequeno almoço fraco mas pior que a comida é mesmo o serviço prestado. Pessoas não qualificadas, mesas por levantar e os funcionários a conversar, solicitei uma colher de sobremesa para comer um iogurte e após alguma espera foi me dito que “não tinham pois tinham acabado”, existindo apenas de café ou sopa. Cometemos o erro de jantar no hotel e mais uma vez foi o pior serviço de sempre. Reservamos (apesar de apenas estarem 3 mesas ocupadas, incluindo a nossa). Comida sem sabor. Atendimento péssimo, comemos e não nos foi sequer perguntado se desejávamos sobremesas ou cafés. Após alguma demora, solicitamos o menu das sobremesas. Pediram-nos para aguardar pois estavam a atender outra mesa (sendo que apenas existia a nossa mesa e mais duas mesas ocupadas). Passaram 20 minutos e desistimos solicitando a conta, não havendo sequer um pedido de desculpas pela situação. Desinteresse total em satisfazer as necessidades básicas do cliente. De lamentar. Claramente não é um 4 estrelas. Mau serviço de pequeno almoço que não está dimensionado para a ocupação. Hóspedes convidados a partilhar mesa com outros coiente devido à falta de mesas. Se os hóspedes têm que aguardar 15 mins por mesa, o período de funcionamento do pequeno almoço também tinha que ser estendido. Estava a decorrer evento de ginástica no jardim e puseram as participantes a passar no meio da sala de pequeno almoço em pleno funcionamento, gerando ainda mais confusão a um espaço já de si sobrelotado. Má experiência.

Hotel was very nice, but the dining options are a 25 Euro buffet, or order from the snack menu at the bar, pizza, burgers and such by no later than 6 pm. 25 Euros is crazy for us as we eat very little. Not worth it. 6 pm was too eatly. Thankfully there is a decent little sandwich shop right across the street which suited us fine for the night at under 8 euros for the two of us including a beer and a wine. We don't mind paying more for a meal, but 25 euros for a buffet seems excessive, especially since we have had excellent a la carte meals for 15 to 20 euros. But the room was comfortable and the breakfast had a lot of options. So all in all it was a good choice. The bartender seemed a little challenged when serving, maybe he was new. He was difficult to communicate our orders with and made mistakes in pricing.

Hotel com comodidades de 4 estrelas mas péssimo atendimento por parte dos funcionários, principalmente do restaurante. Lamentável. Fizemos uma reserva de uma noite e posteriormente reservamos outra noite. Ligamos a explicar a situação e a solicitar que nos mantivessem no mesmo quarto. Mesmo assim, conseguiram entregar-nos um cartão chave para apenas uma noite. As 11h estão a ligar-nos para o quarto da recepção a informar que iríamos ficar sem água da parte da parte devido a uma necessidade qualquer de manutenção, sendo que estávamos prestes a fazer o check out. Pequenas falhas da receção mas que não deviam acontecer num hotel de 4 estrelas. Restaurante com atendimento péssimo, comida razoável, não vale a pena. Pequeno almoço pobre e mais uma vez sem funcionários qualificados para atender as necessidades dos hóspedes. We didn’t know the area but liked the hotel and the town. Met some very friendly people and shop owners. It is an out of the way area and we were pleasantly surprised by the town. The area beaches are spectacular.

Estive no hotel antes deste passar a 4 estrelas e, francamente, nessa altura tinha um serviço muito melhor do que tem agora, o que é incompreensível… pequeno almoço bastante modesto e pouco diversificado, casas de banho a necessitar urgentemente de remodelação, tinha uma cortina de plástico branco na banheira cheia de bolor na parte inferior. Sala de refeições bastante antiga, a necessitar de modernização total. Como positivo considero o atendimento dos funcionários, sempre muito simpáticos. Estive no hotel antes deste passar a 4 estrelas e, francamente, nessa altura tinha um serviço muito melhor do que tem agora, o que é incompreensível… pequeno almoço bastante modesto e pouco diversificado, casas de banho a necessitar urgentemente de remodelação, tinha uma cortina de plástico branco na banheira cheia de bolor na parte inferior. Sala de refeições bastante antiga, a necessitar de modernização total. Como positivo considero o atendimento dos funcionários, sempre muito simpáticos. Très bon hôtel, personnel très sympathique, le lit est de bonne qualité. Une piscine et meuble de jardin un peu vieillissant Sinon le petit déjeuner et les cocktails sont très bon, frais et fait devant vous.

Super ruhig gelegenes Hotel, trotz Straßen in unmittelbarer Nähe haben wir mit Zimmer zum Garten nichts davon mitbekommen. Die Außenanlagen und Badezimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber die Zimmer sind sauber und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Wir waren am 1. Abend im Hotel beim Abendessen. Erwachsene 25€ inkl. Getränke und Kinder bis 5 Jahre waren frei. Wir haben somit zu viert für 50€ gespeist und getrunken. Das war in Ordnung aber keine kulinarische Achterbahnfahrt oder dergleichen. Es gibt aber in der Nähe sehr gute Restaurants. Pizzeria Kenia war sehr lecker und zu Fuß keine 10 Minuten entfernt und Restaurante A Cascalheira (ca 15 Fahrminuten) war bombastische portugiesische Küche!! Strände sind auch sehr sehr schöne in der Nähe! Besonders die Lagoa de Santo Andre hat unseren Kindern und uns sehr gut gefallen!! Ist auch alles trotz Hochsaison Mitte August nicht so überlaufen gewesen, war wirklich traumhaft. Alles in allem hat für uns das Hotel gut gepasst :-)

Fortunately our stay was just as a stopover from faro to Lisbon. I wouldn't have wanted to stay much longer. Outside it's badly maintained, it definitely looks better in the picture. The AC was pretty poor.

Nice, clean hotel. Resident cat which is a bonus. Pool closes at 3pm which is a shame as it would be nice to use it after checking in.
