the staff are so very friendly and able to deliver everything we need in a polite as and resourceful manner. The location cannot be beaten being on the doorstep of the town centre. Fantastic and we maintained pool. Breakfast was up there as the best selection and comfortable surroundings. We definitely intend to return with a much larger group Of friends

The property was pretty good. Rooms were good other than really hard bed. Due to high tides, there wasnt much for a beach, but not the hotels fault. Breakfast was across the street and yes you have to be cautious or aggressive to cross, but didnt bother us at all. Breaky was good, combination or Thai and American. Only complaint would be the repetitious and loud music around the pool. Even when there was nobody really there, it was loud. Had to request turn down a lot and normally if good music we dont mind as long as you can still talk. All in all quite happy and would return.

I was originally checking out today but I love this hotel, location, staff and the food so much I’ve booked another week! There is a great gym only 10 min walk away. I love this place I highly recommend this to anyone who is a clean freak like me, the house keepers and staff keep this place immaculate. 10 out of 10 for me. I ended up cutting my knee no one’s fault but my own, and the manager drives me 20 min to the hospital for all my appointments and picks me up as well. My experience has been excellent.

We love everything about this lovely resort. This is our second stay with our two children. The staff are wonderful and helpful, the two pools stunning, the property well Maintained and clean and the breakfast delightful. I would recommend this resort to anyone and we will be back again .

Nice hotel in the heart of Lamai and very close to the beach. Booked the pool room and it definitely lived up to expectations. However this type of room and I think the hotel in general attracts a lot of mosquitoes and they even had a mosquito repellent ‘bomb’ used in communal areas during the day to help with the issue. My only major issue was when returning my scooter (booked via the hotel), where they’d charged me for an extra day but we agreed to split the difference 50/50. Overall good stay but the area is very busy!

Incredible stay an Am Samui Pslce. The staff are so nice and friendly. The hotel is kept so clean and the hotel restaurant is amazing. Prime location on Lamai beach you can not beat it. You’re a few hundred meters to the best part of the beach and beach restaurants and bars. And in the other direction you a few hundred meters from the best location on Lamai beach for the best restaurants, bars and Muay Thai fights on Saturday night. I love this place. I highly recommend it especially if you want a clean safe place to stay for you and your family.

I really enjoyed my 3 days stay in this hotel. The pools and gardens are well maintained, the rooms are clean and big with good views looking over the pools. The cleaning and receptionist staff are very friendly and helpful. I would stay at Am Samui again without hesitation.

2nd stay here, lovely big rooms, mine was facing the pool and I had quick access to the pool. breakfast was ok, eggs made to order. I can only put the poor selection down it being the rainy season and low occupancy. Close to everything, plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Beach is a short walk and is still one of the best. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is slightly outdated, but is kept clean & is well worth the stay. Would definitely recommend this boutique hotel to guests who want to be in the centre of all the action in Lamai

We got upgraded to a better room when we arrived which was nice, our room was located near the bigger pool and exit towards the beach. Really nice room and private exit to the pool area. Regarding the room that lowers our rating of our staying: - The bed was horrible, it was like sleeping on the floor. Slept bad our entire stay and I had back pain every morning. It was way too firm. - The air conditioning was loud, even though we had different modes on. And when turning it off it became too hot in the room - so make sure you have ear plugs. Other wise great stay! Nice surroundings, great service. The hotel both helped us with renting a scooter and transfer when we were leaving. Breakfast was also good! And the location is great, middle of the center. I would also recommend going to Sala Thai which is the best meal we had on koh Samui, just outside the hotel on the main walking road.

I was originally checking out today but I love this hotel, location, staff and the food so much I’ve booked another week! There is a great gym only 10 min walk away. I love this place I highly recommend this to anyone who is a clean freak like me, the house keepers and staff keep this place immaculate. 10 out of 10 for me.
