One night stay was good. Their pool is somewhat small and the water was good even though we were told it was 80 degrees. The hot tub was the size of a tub but was warm. Everything else was good.

The property was good. The front desk check in folks were very welcoming and new the area well. All employees we came across were kind. I like that the hotel had an indoor pool and sauna, however, the pool was not in working order to use. The sauna was, which was nice. Also, the free breakfast was always good and appreciated. Thanks for the great service by the 2 gentlemen that were at the check in desk. Sorry I didn't jot down their names. Sat. 9/21, check out 9/23.

Bathroom tub was dirty. We were too disgusted by it to take showers. I don't think the sheets were changed. We slept in our clothes due to the dirty conditions.

The room was poor in both the condition and the cleanliness. Had to ask for towels. There were none. There was a used coffee pod near the coffee pot. Main light and an outlet did not work. We put a towel down inside of the shower because it seemed so dirty. The overall smell was disgusting and the AC was very noisy. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Staff was great. Room was not the cleanest. There were crumbs from previous guests on the floor. Stains on the comforter. Shower was not clean. My husband had to clean it before we showered. Breakfast was good, several options for everyone.

Looks shiny new at 1st glance but once in room the wear is evident. Our toilet seat was broken. It would slide off to one side if not careful. Bathroom did not appear swept( hair on floor and in tub) Service desk said maintenance was not available. Offered to move us but we had already unpacked and were tired.

The front desk was very nice and polite. I didnt like the room. The carpet was extremely dirty and had so much stain everywhere. Seemed like someone lived there with a dog. I saw bedbugs. I couldnt sleep peacefully.

The hotel was very clean and our room was comfortable. The only issue for us was that our room was next to the interstate highway and the noise from the transport trucks was so loud, it kept us up all night. The hotel did not put good quality windows in which was a huge mistake. I would not stay here again for that reason. We tried turning the fan on in our room but it wasn’t working properly so the fan only stayed on for a few minutes before shutting off.

Our room faced the freeway and the sound of traffic going by, especially semi trucks, was very loud and irritating. Also, the door of our room had a large gap in it when the door was closed. You could actually see the light from the hallway coming through the space. I felt unsafe in that room. Never will stay there again.

The stay was fine but we were hoping for the more comfortable beds that this chain normally has. Beds were okay but not as good as normal. Also the fridge didn’t get very cold and didn’t have a freezer area. We were needing to keep things cold for our return flight the next day and hoped to freeze our ice pack.

The place was clean but terrible highway noise would have been nice to know. We had a plugged toilet when I went to the desk the said there was no one available to unplug it unless she left the desk so I used the plunger to get it working.

We stayed at this hotel before and didn’t notice the truck noise from the PA Turnpike, which passes by near the rear of the hotel. We must have been in a front room because this time we were on the third floor in the rear of the building and the noise was constant and loud all night long. If you stay here, definitely request a room in the front of the hotel.

Anthony and John checked us in. They were absolutely amazing. Anthony made sure we had towels for the pool, John gave us a run down of all the times for quiet time and breakfast. Anthony check in on us the next day. Very personable, very professional, and perfect hosts. Give them a raise!

ALL of the staff is so friendly, always checking in on the guest, and so helpful!!! The room was clean and grounds were very nice!! I would recommend this particular hotel to friends and family because of the staff and how welcoming and comfortable they made us feel!! Thank you!!!

Great place, convenient for skiing at Frost and Boulder. There are a few gas stations and fast food places around. Nice hotel breakfast. The staff was very accommodating when I found out I had mistakenly reserved the wrong room size. They accommodated my new request quickly and without fuss. WIll stop here again.

Was unfortunately understaffed, so when I came to check-in, there was no one at the front desk & I waited almost 15 minutes. A little run-down in the rooms, but at least it did the job just for a 1-night stay. It was certainly family-oriented, breakfast was alright, and the place is in a safe location. If I’d ever need a quick, affordable place for the night in the Poconos, I would still consider coming again.

Shoutout to Anthony and Vince for being the coolest front desk workers I’ve literally ever met. Staff is literally top notch and the breakfast is fire! Stayed two years in a row and WILL be back next year for more bubbles. Till next time

Anthony at check in was great! He offered the kids bubbles and made sure we stayed close to the pool. He was very helpful and couldn’t recommend the place to stay enough. Thanks❤️

Got lost on the way to the hotel. I called the hotel and the staff member was extremely friendly and was able to give me directions. Make sure you use the hotel name or if you copy the address it says State Route in front of the address. No fault to the hotel because they gave me perfect directions and Check in was very quick. Very clean. Breakfast was great with snacks to pick from for a snack later in the day or for the road. Only complaint is that it is by the highway and you can hear the trucks pass by. It's great when leaving because you can hop right on the highway however you can hear trucks pass over the bridge. We just turned up the volume on the TV and that worked. Turn the sleeper mode off too so the TV doesn't turn off in the middle of the night and you don't hear the highway. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked very nice. Overall good stay!

Overall, a nice, quiet facility! The staff were all pleasant to interact with. The place was a bit slower paced than we are used to, but that's on us and making assumptions. It was clean and taking care of. It IS secluded but literally right off the turnpike and main roadways around the area. This made it easy to venture and mozy around from place to place.

There was an accident in the kitchen which caused food shortage at 9:00, children went hungry. Didn't even have milk for cereal. Frozen bread was given after seeing no bread, bagels or Danish. No pancake mix. Very disappointed. Many people went without food, no explanation or apology.

The breakfast was awful. Milk was bad and clumpy when poorer in my cereal, bagels were hard as rocks and coffee tasted like water. Staff was very nice, our room was practically on the side of the highway and could hear traffic all night
