The room was very nice, the breakfast was excellent. Staff was all friendly and helpful. The hotel inside was a lot nicer than outside. Another motel shared a parking lot with the Quality Inn and there was no indication as to what belonged to each place. There were parts of the property unused, looks like they had a restaurant at one time . Pool was empty and fenced in for safety. We would stay again as the staff was nice, it was convenient for where we were going, but the outside can give the impression that the place is past its prime.

I am handicapped. You booked a room for me for which they had only 2nd floor availability. They had no elevator. I was stuck with no options in a city I’ve never been before.

The staff was friendly & helpful, the bed was comfortable & the free breakfast was good. However, the hotel had no elevator!!! I was on the second floor & had to struggle with my things up & down a steep staircase. Both times the staff helped (once a young lady & leaving an elderly lady). I’m a senior myself so I felt bad for them. Also, my room smelled very bad! (Like the carpet had never been cleaned. They let me try another room but it wasn’t much better. I popped some popcorn to mask the smell & stayed in the 1st room. The rate was $50 cheaper than the hotel across the street & I Saved another $30 with Expedia. It still was not cheap!

Hebron with my wife and two young ones... i usually disagree with most reviews but it's actually true. These rooms are out dated and there are stains on the carpet, and the bedding. Actually killed two bugs that looked like cockroaches by the room entry door. Some lamps weren't even connected, I had to dig behindthe furniture to connect them and found old stuff under the beds in the process where it shows they don't thoroughly clean these rooms. Two wash cloths were stained and the curtains didn't close properly. Also the chairs were stained. The refrigerator and microwave were clean The beds were comfy but i wouldn't walk bare foot in these rooms. Water pressure was pretty low, hard to get a decent wash. Very nice staff, friendly, lnformative, and helpful. I think this is one of those locations that this brand needs to revamp. Give the staff a raise and remodel the whole thing because it's just not fair.

This was family weekend at college and every hotel triples their rates. Check in was fine once the guy showed up at the desk- it was late, maybe 10pm. We waited for 5 min, our room was top of steps on the right. The steps were filthy, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Our room had two baby Roachs in the bathroom sink and one climbing up the back of bed board! I was grossed out! Checked bed for bugs- nothing more -thank goodness. The bathroom was gross, needed a paint job to say the least, cleanish, but shower curtain was ripped, walls gross, cocking needed to be redone, and door gross. Room had crumbs on floor near the tables. We asked them to vacuum while we were out, they didn’t make the beds. (When we asked why ? when we came back- they said we didn’t fill out the form. We never got a form to fill out. We had no choice to stay because everything was booked! We didn’t leave our personal items in the room when we left for the day because we didn’t want anything's to get in them! When we stayed, everything stayed on the tables. Second night when we walked in two more Roachs in the sink. Just gross! Room was $350 a night - To whomever owns the hotel- a little work goes a long way. Go sit in your bathrooms of your rooms and take a good look at it.

It was a nice and clean hotel. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were very quiet and the breakfast was better than most. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was the wifi was very slow.

Room smelled. Plug ins in the wall. TV didn't work. Bed looked messy and looked as someone had laid in it. Dirty and much needed maintenance and repairs. No management help and claimed they couldn't move us.

Right off the highway so you will have the noise from that, but it was very clean and the staff is nice. Shower had good hot water, bed was comfortable (pillows not so much) the amenities like microwave and mini fridge were clean and worked great. Overall would recommend

The important things in a quick overnight trip were great. Bed was comfortable, A/C was cold and no rattle sounds, and the shower had massage type pressure. They told us there was know rooms available on 1st floor as I requested months ago! There is know elevator to go to 2nd floor I am 69 with very bad knees the person with us was 80 reason for 1st floor request! We made it to 2nd floor with help from my younger people in our group helping us went to the room it was 96 degrees in the room heat wouldn’t go down ! Deck would not answer phone to report problem! Group members went downstairs and told the person on duty she apologize! And all of a sudden a room became available on 1st floor!!! Never using that hotel again and we would go there almost every month!!!

I had a reservation for 2 rooms. when I went to check in they only had a reservation for 1 room. The hotel was full and no other rooms were available. I had to scramble to find another hotel that could accommodate us. Very frustrating. So, who messed up? Hotels.com or Quality Inn ?

We like the property easy access from the highway. Also find shopping and food places close by. The bad thing was construction near the property that did make it difficult to get to the hotel. Which wasn't expected a pond arrival. But we did find our way to the property. We like the Quality Inns the are comfortable and very clean and maintained.

The lobby and the hallways had an odd smell that I assume was some sort of deodorizer that was applied liberally. The breakfast the first day we were there was pretty OK, but on the second day it pretty much did not exist. Day one we ran out of coffee, and day two there was no coffee, so we had to get breakfast elsewhere. For what this place cost, it really wasn’t up to scratch. The next time I come out for the PIAA I am going to reserve a room much further in advance at a different establishment.

The clerk was nice and checked us in with no problems. The hotel had no elevator, the carpets were threadbare and stained, and the room needed painting and upgrades. The hotel is very dated. Breakfast had minimal offerings. When exiting the front door, 5 or 6 housekeepers we smoking at the front door. Not a great experience.

The staff was nice. However, the room had a weird smell that we ended up going to get fabreeze for the room. The bathroom door had some kind of water damage to it. There was a door that connected our room to the one next door that we kept locked but you could hear everything through the door. It also would have been nice if they served breakfast maybe starting at 6. We didnt get to eat because we had to be to our even by 7:30 which was 35 minutes away.
