Ganz liebes Personal, welches einem in diesem, so gar nicht 4-Sterne würdigem Hotel, nur leid tun kann. Den Türknauf unseres Zimmers hielten wir am nächsten Morgen in der Hand - und kamen nicht mehr aus dem Zimmer. Nach einem Anruf bei der Rezeption wurden wir von außen „befreit“. Zudem war unserer Fernseher im Zimmer kaputt und funktionierte nicht. Er wurde vom bemühtem Personal ausgetauscht. Als ich dann abends noch kurz in die Sauna wollte hieß es nur: leider defekt! :-( Aufgrund dieser Erlebnisse würden wir das Hotel leider gar nicht empfehlen!

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Gebrauchsspuren, Defekte, Türen und Möbel). Personal ganz okay, freundlich jedoch nicht so zuvorkommend wie es sein sollte. Preis-Leistung war trotzdem absolut in Ordnung, da wir sehr günstig gebucht hatten.

Waren eine Nacht in dem Hotel, da wir auf einer Veranstaltung in Düsseldorf waren. Nähe zum psg Dome ist super. Zimmer war groß und sauber. Wir haben Frühstück dazu gebucht, war alles top.
